    Jason came out and did an amazing job installing a new PRV that had failed, Jason recommended checking the pressure yearly. He modified our. Old school Main shut off and irrigation valve and did a great job, I’d highly recommend Willis Brother Plumbing. It’s family owned and the three brothers are top notch in their trade.

    I had a slab leak in my kitchen that needed urgent attention. After a disappointing experience with another plumbing company that gave me a pricey quote and a bad feeling, I searched for plumbers with great online reviews late Thursday night. Willis Brothers Plumbing responded almost immediately and were able to schedule a visit first thing the next morning.Their plumber, Nathan, arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and courteous. He took the time to carefully inspect the leak, clearly explaining the issue and outlining the necessary repairs. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me a few different options without any pressure. While their quote was competitive, it was their honesty and transparency that truly impressed me. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation or upsell me on unnecessary services.I ended up going with yet another company that could start the work sooner. However, I was so impressed with Willis Brothers Plumbing that I felt compelled to share my experience. They were a breath of fresh air in a stressful situation, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy plumber. They clearly prioritize customer service and satisfaction, and Im confident they would have done a fantastic job.

    Willis Bros. Plumbing was phenomenal. I’ve been in my house 25 years and never needed a plumber until the day before Christmas Eve. Bath tub faucet kept running. Called these guys after reading reviews. Showed up same day, price was spot on what I anticipated, I even had him change out shower while he was here (which eneded up being waaay more difficult and took two trips to HD). He stuck to his price despite taking a lot longer. Can’t wait to use them again!! Already thinking of more projects :)

    I am very pleased with the quick response from Willis Brother Plumbing, I had a leak inside the wall next to the water heater in the garage, I spoke to Melisa on the phone and within a short while Jasen came to my house and repaired the leak. A pleasant family plumbing business. I highly recommend their service.

    Amazing.Called Nate with an emergency during a kitchen floor installation. Showed up 15 mins later; within another half hr everything was complete.Stress free is not usually how youd describe plumbing emergencies - but this was seriously an amazing experience.-Jason

    I had an emergency at my house where my toddler flushed his toy down the toilet and clogged the pipes. Originally, I had a plumber come who wasn’t able to fix the problem. We had no water and couldn’t use the bathroom or shower so it was pretty rough and my family was worried it would be hard to fix.I called Willis Brothers Plumbing and Melissa helped me get everything set up. She was awesome! Jason was here first thing the next morning. He literally had the problem fixed within a few minutes. Jason went above and beyond making sure everything was working and that I wouldn’t run into the same problem in the future.He was even able to get the toy out which was over 60 feet deep in the pipes. He showed me with the camera and got the toy out. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will definitely be calling them for all of my plumbing needs!

    Caleb came out and repaired our kitchen sink drainage problem. Also corrected improper installation of pipes under sink that contributed to issue. Very kind and well spoken and was able to explain issues very clearly.

    Great emergency plumbing service in north san diego!Our water heater broke late Friday evening and we called several places. Roto Rooter wouldnt give an estimate over the phone and couldnt come until the afternoon the next day to give a quote. Another company couldnt help until Monday.Willis Brothers gave us a quote for the water heater and replacement service over the phone. They also came to Valley Center/North Escondido the next afternoon to finish the job. While it was slightly more than we wanted to pay for a new water heater, we were thankful to have a water heater installed within 24 hours.The Willis Brothers came with everything they needed and were in and out in under an hour and a half. They also took the time to explain the settings on the new heater. Great job! We will definitely call them for other plumbing issues.

    Caleb not only fixed the plumbing problem, he also repaired the faulty water pressure valve, that caused the problem. Nate detected a gas leak that could have been dangerous. SDGE came to repair the gas valve. Thanks

    Willis Bros. Plumbing is actually owned by three Willis brothers and two of them fixed our house water supply line. We had a bad leak in our water service from old cast iron fittings corroding. I called the company and Nathan Willis answered in person. When I explained the problem he came over later that day, we agreed on a fair price, and he and his brother fixed it the next day. Very professional and competent tradesmen, and an old school family business ethic that I really appreciate. Highly recommend this company.

    The Willis Brothers company was the only one to respond to my initial request to fix a copper pipe leak. They were also quick to make it out and replace it PDQ. The price they quoted was as expected and reasonable. They are now at the top of my list for our plumbing repairs.

    Have known all three brothers for several years. Have had an issue with a bad fix on a tub faucet for quite awhile. The faucet has not been flush against the tub wall for what seems like forever. The faucet handle has been fixed several times now. They diagnosed the problem, got going on it and it is fixed, on top of providing a new stopper, could not be happier. And, bonus fix of the toilet that began to leak recently. Truly could not be happier trusting all three of them for our plumbing needs from now on. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in North County.

    These guys are fan-freaking-tastic! We were hearing our water running continuously and seeing the meter move while no water was on in the house. We for sure thought we had a slab leak! So we called out the Willis Brothers and they arrived within the hour on a SUNDAY! They used their super cool Ghostbusters style leak detection equipment and found out that our fears could be put to bed, it was just a fussy toilet! We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, promptness, and professionalism! 100% recommended!
