Had an a back up with our sewage, Zachary came out after hours and was able to get us up a running for the night. He identified that there was a problem that needed to be fixed, he came the next day and got it all taken care of for us. He was fast and reliable, even sent us pictures to show up exactly what had broke. The price was also a good price for the all the work he had to do. Will definitely be calling them again if needed in the future.

Got here within the expected time and taught us how to drain and refill our water heater. As first time home owners, we are learning the maintenance of everything and these guys have been super helpful. A few months ago we needed them to replace something in our yard that was causing a knocking noise in our walls (and our neighbors) and they got out here to fix it pretty quick with a warranty for the work as well. I also used these guys when I managed planet fitness, and they always got out in a decent amount of time and have been easy to work with.

Job well done by Dave and the folks at Sierra Vista Plumbing, Inc. Needed two new water heaters, had one from 2013, the other from 1994! Tied into a circulating system that few wanted to touch, the plumbing is cleaned up and presentable enough that I am leaving the closet doors open to appreciate it. I would prefer doing business with SV Plumbing in the future. Thanks, again.

Several weeks ago we woke up on a Saturday morning with the water heater creating a small flood inside. Sierra Vista Plumbing were the only ones who returned our call and could see us that weekend. By Sunday afternoon, our new heater was installed, and the old one removed.But what we appreciated most is that they are on top of communication, Returning phone calls in a very prompt manner and letting you know when a technician is on their way, and giving you prices right away. Good communication like that is rare these days, and we will be repeat customers for that very reason.

Absolutely one of the best companies I had the pleasure of doing business with.Dave the tech they sent showed up as promised, talked to my Home Warranty Co, (although he didnt have to), explained everything to them, explained everything to me, then said he would be back to replace my hot water heater in the morning.Shortly after he left I received a call from their dispatch stating they would be right back to replace the heater tonight.Dave showed up along with 2 other employees and within an hr I had a new hot water heater.Even when they had a problem with the pilot light not staying lit they worked the problem, realized it was a faulty safety switch, went back to the their office got a new one and replaced it, which solved the problem.An outstanding company with outstanding service and I will absolutely use this company again in the future when I need to.THANK YOU SERRA VISTA PLUBING FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING COUSTOMER SERVICE, AND DOING WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD DO.

We were surprised this morning with a leak at the house. Never a good way to wake up. Called up Sierra Vista Plumbing and they were there within 45min of our call. They quickly verified and remedied the leak. Very pleased with the responsiveness and quick repair. We have used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

We had an emergency septic tank issue at our house after hours. I called Sierra Vista Plumbing and they were able to send someone right away. David was very professional and explained everything to us. A second tech came out to help because it turned out to be a bigger issue. I didnt get his name but both were excellent and got our job finished fairly quickly. I will definitely use SV Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

Like everybody reading this review, I dreaded calling a plumber when we had a kitchen drain backup. With my palms sweating I bit the bullet and called Sierra Vista Plumbing. The phone was answered promptly and politely and we were able to schedule a same day appointment. When the technicians arrived, they were polite and went straight to work. Our problem had a couple of additional issues and they took care of everything. They cleaned up after themselves so all was good. They gave me the bill, (which is always a shock when dealing with folks making house calls!) but I had no problem because of the total positive experience. I highly recommend these folks.

So I Scheduled an appointment with Sierra Vista Plumbing Company to repair a kitchen sink faucet sprayer, simple right...? while waiting for my appointment I spoke with two(2) other plumbing companies, (Struse Plmg and Mr Fix-it) and one company, (Mr Fix-it) never even returned my phone call after visiting there office two days in a row after I went back the second day since they didnt reply after the first day and still havent heard from them....! The other company said they dont make this quick connect anymore and youll have to replace the faucet....! Huh...?!?!So in any event, David and Patrick showed up at my house the day of my appointment and within there window and on time. I explained the Situation to David and he crawled under my kitchen sink, told his partner Patrick hey, I need these tools and a Flashlight. So within just a few minutes, he said , well this is just a quick-connect and with no more than 5 minutes, he was finished, repair and installation was completed....! David was a true professional, and his partner Patrick, so I ask you, what does this say about about those two(2) other Plumbing companies...? I Explained everything to them as I did to David from Sierra Vista Plumbing and you see what they said to me up top there, so I wil ask you.... as a consumer, who are you gonna call when you need a plumbing repair...? I can tell you, without question, Im calling Sierra Vista Plumbing, True Professionals, Very Knowledgeable, On Time, and David Knew his product.Thank you David, Patrick and Sierra Vista Plumbing.....!

Crew was friendly, professional, skilled and worked into the evening to get us out of a situation. They worked very hard and took few breaks. Were able to fully explain any questions we had as to why they did what they did and foresaw future problems that were rectified during the course of the work. I have been a union member of the plumbing and pipefitting trade for over 45 years as a worker, foreman and superintendant and can vouch for this company. Will definitely use the when the occasion arises. 5 stars with no reservations.

I’ve used Sierra Vista Plumbing for about 10 years for two different houses. They’ve done everything from complex jobs like diagnosing and rerouting pipe lines from underground pipe leaks, to basic plumbing jobs and water heater installs. Their work is top notch and always includes the best materials and workmanship. If you want ANY plumbing job done right they are your company. After dealing with other plumbers cheap workmanship I’ll never use any other plumber in Sierra Vista. I never worry when they do a job or when I have a plumbing issue because they always get it right! Highly recommended.

Simply amazing!!! by far ther best in the business. my AC wasnt working, Aaron came same day (because he got finished with another job early), he found the problem quickly, they worked with my homeowners insurance company and he came back to fix my AC later this afternoon immediately after getting the okay from home shield. Aaron really cared about getting the job done. he even went into detail, explained and showed me what he was doing and what was wrong. I cant thank them enough for caring and wanting to make sure our home was cool and we were taken care of. They went above and beyond my expectations, I wish other companies would follow their example. I will always use Sierra Vista Plumbing and I recommend them to everyone!
