    Mr. Fix It of Sierra Vista procured and installed an electric water heater for us today. The entire operation took less than 24 hours. With one phone call to Karen Hendrix at Mr. Fix It, the job was scheduled and a highly rated water heater was procured. The next morning, the new water heater was installed and the old model was hauled away. Our technician, Joe, was a true professional. He did not leave the job until it was evident that the heater was functioning properly and he left an immaculate workspace. Additionally, he was very helpful in explaining the features of the water heater. We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Mr. Fix It of Sierra Vista.

    Thank you Mr. Fixit for giving me my dream bathroom! It was dark and dingy, the tile and grout on vanity tub surround stained. Original tub and toilet were impossible to clean. Chipped and so low it gave me back problems. Tub couldn’t soak in, just shower.With a new amazing shower head, taller toilet with bidet seat with a night light and jetted tub my bathroom has been turned into a spa. All I had to do was add candles, towels and shower curtain for a peace, tranquil spa feel!Love it! Here’s some photos to show what a professional job Mr. Fixit’s team can do for you! Just adding that this winters cold nights lately has made bright aches and pains! Had leg aches and back ache this a.m. and a spa was exactly what we needed. I’m still amazed you found one that fit!     We had 92 feet of 6 feet high concrete block wall installed. Took one week start to finish. Their Masons are highly skilled so dont worry. The wall is straight and plumb. A beautiful well done job that I could never do myself.

    Very pleased with our dry wall and paint repair just before Christmas.     I contracted Mr. Fix-It to repair damage to my roof and to conduct a complete remodel of my master bathroom. From the very beginning they were very straightforward with me and although this was a very busy season for them (i.e. the spring), they kept me informed of progress on the timeline. The roof repair ended up being the first project and the team that came out was very professional and did an awesome job. They talked to me daily about progress and if it seemed like something might work better or be done better, they talked to me about it. I profess to being a novice at anytime of construction or housing repair and yet, they never talked down to me about what the job entailed; constantly making sure I understood (in my own terms) what was being done. The bathroom remodel was second and again, there was great communication between the team and me. The bathroom final product (ripped out the old bathtub, ripped out the sink and vanities, installed a new tub and wall siding, redid the plumbing for the tub/shower, and installed the new sink, vanity, mirror, and lights). The entire bathroom project turned out amazing and I cannot wait to use them on my next remodel project.

    We had a plumbing emergency and Mr. Fix It responded within 30 minutes (on a holiday). The owner and a lead supervisor assessed the issue and had the issue fixed fast. The price was fair.     I wanted to thank Joe from Mr. Fix it for installing my Aquasana filtration system. Joe did an outstanding job setting up my system within a limited space. He removed an old salt water softener system, purged the lines, drained my hot water heater to remove the sand and sediment that came from my well. He walked me through the steps to perform the routine maintenance and even shared with me some other tips on how to monitor my system and save money from not having to order extra filters. Overall Joe was extremely professional and very friendly. If I have any water related or plumbing issues Joe will be the man that I call first.Secondly, I want to thank Alexa and Karen for squeezing this project in while I was teleworking. It saved me from having to take additional time off from work in which I really appreciated. They both are awesome and really try to do their best to accommodate all their customers.     Mr. Fix It has completed three projects for me in the last few months. I have an old house, and the weather stripping on the exterior doors badly needed repair/replacement. Then I needed to have a broken ceiling fan replaced, and I decided to replace some outdated/not working lighting fixtures. In all cases the office staff were friendly and responsive, the carpenters and electricians on time and performed the tasks well and efficiently...in short, excellent experiences every time.Id like to give a special shout out to Tom, the electrician, who replaced the broken ceiling fan and then gave me some ideas for changing out some old florescent fixtures with energy efficient LEDs. Im very happy that the new LEDs are not only much brighter than the old style lights, but should save a bit of energy...potentially good for my electric bill and will do a bit to help save the planet.

    When we had a major water leak in our bathroom and guest bedroom, everyone told us to call Mr. Fix It. I am so glad that we did! Our bathroom was completely painted, our new vanity and mirror look great, and the guest bedroom and carpet are in one piece again. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and how quick they were getting different kinds of people in here to fix things like the drywall, replace tile, and such. They just hauled off all of the trash and put all the furniture back in the guest bedroom. We are so glad we followed our friends advice!

    In March 2022, I called to get an estimate for a shower re-tile. Got the estimate in a timely manner. Asked to adjust some items on the estimate. It is now Jan 2023 and I havent heard anything back. I have called and emailed multiple times and either no one answers the phone or my emails are ignored. I worked with Mr. Aaron Kerr who was very professional during the measurement but has since dropped all communication.**edit to initial post. Company has reached out, there was a miscommunication. Will update as the project continues!

    Had another contractor supposedly repair a roof leak, about a year later noticed water leaking into front room, and drywall damage, looking further also noticed some black mold, got in touch with Mr. Fix It, thay came out did an inspection. Redid the roof where the leaking water was coming in, took care of the black mold replaced my wall. The crews which did the repair were very professional and knowledgeable. Was more than pleased with the work they did, I could go on and on about what was done, would like to thank the personnel at Mr. Fix It, and let them know that their my go to guys, thank again guys.

    We had flooding in a bathroom and mold issues. Walls and all flooring and fixtures,Including the shower had to be removed and replaced. Insurance company was glad we picked Mr. Fix It as they have worked with them before. The insurance company under estimated and estimated some things wrong.Aaron stayed in contact with them and brought all items up to what we had and wanted replaced.The workers that came in our home were competent and friendly. If I had questions they were more than happy to answer them. If I saw something I didn’t like the would address it right away. Either fix it or get approval from Aaron if it was something major.As you can see from the 5 star rating, we are very happy.

    We had the estimator Alfred walk our flat roof for issues, as wed been in the house for almost a decade and figured it was time. Instead of saying we would need a whole roof (whew!), he found the area that had an actual issue!     They added a concrete pad adjacent to my driveway. Rhuben, set up the forms and finished the concrete. He even put down the lines in the concrete to match my existing driveway. You took my pops for $8600 for a job he found out should have cost him $2500-3000 tops.     I have used Mr. Fix It for several projects throughout my home. I have NEVER been disappointed in any of the work they have done on my home. They communicate delays well, they keep me informed on work that needs to be completed. All of the staff and tradesmen have been amazing to work with.Anytime I have had questions about a project or had any issues, they have been prompt and have gone above and beyond to make it right. Most contractors dont even call you back, but this company does!I have lots more work to be done in my home and I look forward to Mr. Fix It doing these projects. I want a company that does the work right and I want a company that cares. Mr Fix It checks all these boxes for us! Thank you Mr. Fix It I look forward to our next project!So my review continually is deleted for this company. I may work here but Mr.Fix It is the only company I would trust in town to work on my home and they have on several occasions. I will continue to repost my review as it is legitimate.

    They are awesome! Responded immediately to our broken pipe and then started the next day on the water and moisture removal. They worked hand-in-hand with our insurance company and communicated every step along the way. We will be repeat customers for sure!!!
