Agape Plumbing Service is highly recommended by me in my experience. Fernando is a life saver! I recently had a drain leak in my kitchen wall and it totally ruined my kitchen. Fernando orchestrated the demolition, restoration of the wall, new cabinetry, plumbing repairs, painting, etc and dealt with my home insurance for me. We had constant plumbing issues with our washer machine drain. Fernando team always came out quickly to snake and unclog. They also did an awesome job with a huge replumbing of the sewer drain. Great service! 100% satisfied. Water Heater died and there were leaks. They came the same day to assess and we scheduled an appointment for repairs from the water damage. Long story short, they moved very quickly dealing with the insurance. Even the insurance recognized they had everything filed with them as the company that would fix this. Great work, professional treatment. I could tell they really cared about the customer. They recommended a water heater that would not require them for maintenance and I appreciate that. Seems like I found my goto company for plumbing and anything that might require repairs.

I called ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber for backed up toilets. Fernando answered the phone and informed me that he couldn’t come out the same day but would be out the next day at 8 o’clock. He came out ran some tests and found out that we had a collapsed sewer system. I told them to go ahead and do the work and they did a fantastic job. They had to dig up our front yard that we just had landscaping done but when they were finished you would never know they were ever digging in the front yard. Fernando and all of the workers were very polite and friendly. The process took several days but we were informed of that ahead of time. So next time you have a plumbing problem give ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber a call you won’t be disappointed.!

We had a small leak in our master bathroom which was beginning to show up in our dining room below. I called AR and spoke with Fernando about my problem. He sent out two of his guys, Eduardo and Juan, who were already in the Eucalyptus Ridge complex area working on someone elses unit. Eduardo and Juan came in, checked out the situation, and explained to me every thing that was going to take place, and the cost of the job. The job was theirs.The next day they showed up with tools in hand and ready to conduct business. About mid-way through repairing the leak, I requested they install a walk-in shower for me. Phoned Fernando to inform him of my intentions. No Problem. Mid-way through the shower installation, I requested they replace the present flooring with vinyl. Once again, No Problem.These guys were amazing. No matter what was asked of them they took care of it. The entire process from inspecting the leak to laying down the vinyl flooring was flawless. The new shower and flooring are awesome.I am pretty sure I will be using them in the future.Fernando, you did a great job in who you hired. A direct reflection of the boss, himself. Fernando at AR plumbing is absolutely WONDERFUL. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom down to our family room and kitchen. I called 5 different businesses and Fernando was the first person to say I can be over whenever youre home. From the moment he came to our door he was polite, professional, competent with his profession and communicated the problems I had with the leak so I could understand how it happened, how he could fix it and what it would end up costing. He encouraged me to contact my insurance company right away to make sure we were taken care of and if there was a different company the insurance company wanted us to use, to just let him know. Now lets talk about his workers. They showed up on time, every day and were very professional, polite and very hard working. I never felt like the job was dragging on or had doubts about the quality of workmanship. Fernando has very knowledgeable people on his team who were able to answer any questions I had and they would communicate my concerns with him so he was kept in the loop at all times. I first used ARS when my upstairs toilet had a sewage leak that had seeped all the way down to my garage. Fernando and his crew were prompt, responsive, and professional. They only did the services that were necessary, never tried to “upsell” me with unwanted services, and remained friendly and courteous even when my (awful) home insurance company refused to pay anywhere close to the full amount of the estimate. They came back again last month to troubleshoot a faulty water heater. Fernando said that since I was a repeat customer, they would not charge if it was a quick fix even though all the other plumbing companies were going to charge at least $190 just to come out and take a look. It ended up being more than a quick fix (they had to do a flush of the system), but I really appreciated the loyalty to repeat customers. Suffice it to say, ARS will the first company I call the next time I have a plumbing issue in my home. Thank you Fernando and thanks to your professional crew!

I had an upstairs toilet leak late Saturday night. I called a few “24 hrs emergency “ plumbers and either got no answer or was told it was a quiet night so they let everyone off. Fernando of ARS answered and said he’d be right over and he was! He stopped the leak, replaced parts, shared friendly banter and was on his way. We were (are) so grateful. I am selling my home and a home inspection revealed an active leak from the upstairs bathroom. Escrow was closing in 2 weeks and I needed a repair fast. Showed that he cared to fix my plumbing problem and not just rush through it. To unclog the toilet I thought was a really good price already.
