They first tried their best to repair our malfunctioning on-demand water heater, working tirelessly with the manufacturer to identify the issue. However, when it became clear that the heater couldnt be fixed, Raymond discussed our alternatives and took on the responsibility of ordering a replacement, reassuring me that it would be installed as soon as it arrived. There was a minor hiccup with the unit being listed on the suppliers invoice but was missing on the delivery truck. Raymond, however, resolved this issue quickly and efficiently, locating the unit and arriving at our location in La Vista within a few hours of the delay. Raymond and Elias got to work right away, and within a few hours, we had hot water flowing through our pipes again. They were professional, thoughtful, and took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring that I understood the differences between the new model and the old one. However, it was reassuring to know that I wouldnt have to worry about this additional main line issue in the future.     I was dealing with water backing up into my basement drain. initially, i had a plumber from another company come and assess the problem. the plumber ran a camera line and concluded that my drain had collapsed, quoting me an $11,000 repair job. he also claimed that his camera could push through a clog, but i was skeptical. i decided to give elias from a different company a chance, and i couldnt be happier with my decision! elias and raymond came to my home in la vista and managed to remove a significant amount of tree roots from my drain using various tools. my plumbing is now draining as if it were brand new. they managed to fix my problem and saved me $10,830 in the process. i would not hesitate to use their services again.

    I had a pipe leak that resulted in a damp patch on my hallway floor. with the constant demands of my job, it was challenging to find someone who could come out and help me pinpoint the source of the leak. raymond kept in touch with me, trying to arrange a suitable time, but our schedules just werent aligning. despite these hurdles, raymond managed to get a key from my landlord and attempted to visit my home. unfortunately, this initial visit wasnt successful because the key wouldnt work. but raymond didnt let that stop him. he made another visit to my home on a late friday afternoon, a time when most people are winding down for the week. despite that, he showed up, found the problem which was a blocked furnace pipe, and fixed it. he also replaced a split nut under my kitchen sink which was causing a leak. on top of all this, he even helped me hang my flat screen tv, something i was struggling to do on my own. elias, who is the owner, is just amazing. hes there for whatever you need and goes above and beyond to assist. ill definitely recommend gordon brothers plumbing to all my friends in la vista and call them again when i have another plumbing issue. their name gave me a chuckle the first time i reached out to them. thanks elias, i really appreciate your help.

    This is the third occasion Ive enlisted their plumbing services. They successfully set up a bathroom, managed to fix some pipes I had inadvertently damaged while drilling into the wall without checking, and also installed a dishwasher. I am extremely satisfied with each job theyve completed. We still require a new water tank installation, but thats a task for another day. Well definitely be reaching out to them again for this.
