I decided to go with the latter, accepting a temporary water outage while waiting for Wyatt to locate a new seat. The following day, rather than wait for a replacement seat for the old one, I decided to reach out to Wyatt again based on the fair charge for the work done so far and the reasonable quote for replacing the bathroom faucet and shower faucets. Despite his busy schedule, Wyatt managed to fit me in to cap off the hot water line and cut the hole in the pantry wall, allowing me to have running water and use a second shower while waiting for the main one to be fixed. They returned the next morning and did an excellent job installing the new faucets, leaving the place as clean as they found it. The lead man on the project, Robert, was friendly, well-informed, and consistently helpful. They sent a sizable team to extend our sump pump discharge across our property to connect into the storm sewer. They went out of their way to avoid disrupting the yard, and by the time they had finished, it was impossible to tell that they had dug a trench across our lawn.     Really awesome work from wyatt and his team. petty family plumbing found our decaying steel septic, swapped it out for a concrete one. they then proceeded to pump out the said septic and provided us with great guidance in finding a septic for our half bathroom. well definitely be back for any future plumbing needs. hope you guys stick around, because it might be some time before we need another big job like a septic install and a pump out. stay healthy!

    Got some busted pipes needing fixing after a big ice storm, similar to a lot of other folks. was put on a waiting list with a plumbing company and they told me it would be 4-6 days before they could swing by. but to my surprise, they rang me up the next day and said they could squeeze me in. so, i hustled over to meet robert at the house straight away. working with him was an absolute delight! he broke everything down for me and handled all my queries with a lot of expertise. ill definitely be calling on robert and this plumbing company again for sure.

Theyve done an incredible job replacing my water heater, mending a busted pipe, fixing faulty valves under my sink, and replacing pipes for my outdoor faucet to function. Each time, theyve been top-notch and, most importantly, the pricing has been very reasonable! With all these experiences, it was the first time that the repair costs were much less than I anticipated. On their last visit, Calvin and Wyatt were particularly fantastic. Calvin checked all our toilets for any potential water leaks, as the water meter showed slight movement even when the water was turned off. He truly went the extra mile. The office staff, including Robert, is also wonderful, they are very polite and quick to respond, ensuring you get what you need.
