I had a great experience with this company. Javier sent me a master plumber that knocked the job right out. The final price stayed true to the quote. I got a one year guarantee and a 10 percent discount on future jobs if I refer a neighbor or friend. They didn’t drag the work out either.

This company is wonderful, second time they are doing a job in our house. We usually have particular ideas and demands which are not always easy to implement, and both the owner and his staff are knowledgeable, polite, accommodating, and reliable. They are a pleasure to work with, they really try their best to make sure the customer is happy, and go the extra step. May not be the cheapest, but so much worth the money. I can only highly recommend them. I am glad I came across them.

Excellent job as always. Second time using RMR and they once again outperformed expectations. Worked late into the night to fix a leaking shower and get it operational. Poured the new slab and left a clean area. Repair has been great. Fair pricing for excellent work, they genuinely want to help customers.

These guys are absolute superstars!After having been completely ripped off by Almco Plumbing (Yes, Ill say their name so you dont make the same mistake my wife and I made) RMR came to save the day.Lets start with the issue that called them out...We had lost hot water pressure overnight and had no idea why.After researching a plumber to call, I decided it was best if we found someone that didnt have massive overhead in advertising and ran a small crew.This led me to find RMR deep within the pits of Yelp, far away from the fancy deals at the top of charts.After giving them a call, they came as soon as they could.This is where I met Eduardo for the first time.He showed me that our 1.5 year old tankless water heater was leaking and had corrosion on the inside.He also pointed out that the installation done by Almco plumbing had not been done to California code and was missing several things we had actually paid for on their invoice.Beyond that the installation was all around sloppy, including not having run piping for proper drainage, which led to moss growing all over our concrete, which I had asked about when that installation was made and they just straight up lied telling us everythings good.Regardless of their mistakes Eduardo gave me a list of what needed to be fixed, called the tankless heater company, processed a warranty claim for us and managed a temporary fix for my wife and I to have hot water again until the replacement part came.All for... NO CHARGE.Talk about a great first experience.He was even kind enough to give the other company a chance to make right on their mistakes, which proved his ONLY goal was customer satisfaction before we had even paid him a penny.Talk about low pressure sales. Here it was non existent.I was the one who had to ask for a quote of what RMR would charge for their services should we decide we wanted them to do the repairs.Incredible.I called Almco plumbing the next day to explain to them the situation and to nobodys surprise, they didnt want to take any responsibility for their work, instead they wanted to charge us over $2000 to fix their own mistakes.They even went as far to tell me that everything RMR pointed out wasnt needed in the first place (even though the receipts showed we PAID them for parts they didnt even install).I told them we werent going to do that, and unfazed they just said okay, and left.These guys couldnt care less about servicing or building a relationship with their previous customers.In any case, screw them.I called Eduardo back and told him we want to hire him to make everything right.He came back the day the part came with his crew Angel, Chai and Carlos all of which were incredibly polite, courteous and made it their mission to make sure our plumbing experience was not going to be a repeat of previous experiences.These guys work as a family unit and absolutely knocked it out of the park for a price that was fair and reasonable.They even power washed the moss that was growing on the concrete due to the previous sloppy installation.Talk about customer service.In the end, everything was done with attention to detail, care with their work backed by a 2 year warranty.To sum it up, RMR are absolute rockstars and understand the value of building long lasting customer relationships.We wont be going anywhere else for our plumbing needs moving forward.We know that Eduardo and his team value our business and we now feel like they are an extension of our family that we can count on when needed.I encourage anyone reading this to not get caught up by all the fancy marketing of other companies, because in the end someones gotta pay for it and its always the customer.I also sincerely hope this review will help you, the reader, make the right choice for your plumbing needs.These guys 100% deserve your business, and the review.You wont be disappointed.Thank you RMR for saving the day!

RMR were extremely professional and knowledgable. Eduardo and his team took the time to answer every single question that we had. After experiencing several slab leaks one after another, and after contacting RMR, RMR delivered far and beyond with their expertise recommendations to reroute the pipes in order to prevent future slab leaks from happening again in the near future. They got to work and completed the job! If you need any plumbing issues addressed, RMR is the right set of professionals that you need to contact! You wont regret it!

Sergio and the RMR team did a spectacular job plumbing our new kitchen (2 sinks, island, refrigerator, dishwasher) and complete reroute of lines out of slab. They were professional, skilled, thorough and 100% stand behind their work. Would absolutely hire them again!

RMR Plumbing provided competitive prices and kept me informed about projects I have hired them to do for me. They updated the entire plumbing system at my home and ensured everything with my septic tank was done correctly according to code. All my work was inspected by San Diego County inspectors, since it was a new home and I did not have any issues with any inspectors. I will gladly continue to work with RMR Plumbing in future projects and I recommend them to anybody that needs any sort of plumbing work done.

Its Sunday and I was installing a bidet attachment to our toilet when I broke the main thing where the water is coming from while I was tightening a bolt. Called a couple of plumbers that I found on Google but they both cant come in on a Sunday. We have 1 toilet and I dont have time to wait around. Third times a charm! RMR answered my call and said they would be here in 2 hours! I texted after an hour since the call, just to check in and they answered that they will be coming. They texted again when they were 20 minutes away and it eased my anxiety. Eduardo and Angel pulled in and were very nice and respectful of the property. They wore those shoe socks things to keep our floor clean while they walked in and out of the house from their truck to the bathroom. They did what needed to be done very quickly and made sure they cleaned after. Eduardo even completed the bidet installation! I never have cash in my house so I was thankful that they took payment through Zelle. Im so thankful I found this company. Their number is now saved in my Contacts because I know I can depend on them for emergency plumbing like today!

We’ve worked with Sergio and his team on multiple projects at our home. They’re extremely professional, reliable and fairly priced. They’ve helped with the gas line and water hookup for a washer dryer, installed a tankless water heater and helped with a late night leak (Saturday night at 8pm). We bought a home that had a leak in the showers and needed a pipe to be replaced. Needing a plumber a week before our move in. Sergio was able to help us out right away. He was very professional and punctual. He was even willing to answer questions while working. Just to keep us informed and help us understand what job was being done. He was given 5 hours to finish the job as that was the allotted time provided by the HOA and Sergio was able to get it done properly and well on time. We highly recommend Sergio and will definitely be using him again next time we come across any plumbing problems.
