I am extremely pleased with Estevans accomplishments; the outcome was exceptional and truly professional. We previously encountered a negative experience with another company, John Padilla, which failed to provide an accurate estimate and solution. In contrast, Hack’s Plumbing and Drain delivered outstanding service at a fair price. I will endorse this plumbing company to all military personnel due to their provision of military discounts

As usual service was swift, professional, and courteous.Old review: Estevan attended the service call swiftly and professionally. He was extremely helpful and courteous while finding the problem and quick in following up with another company for remediation work.This is the second time I am using Hack’s Plumbing Services and I would definitely recommend them.

I was referred to Hacks Plumbing by a water restoration company and was desperate so I didnt really check them out. Well, now theyve been back three times to help me with other plumbing maintenance, and every time they are totally on time, professional and reasonably priced. Another plumber had recommended we clean out a particular drain a long time ago, so while Hacks was here I had them do it. They said it wasnt that bad, even put a camera down to make sure. The other company had me so scared and pressured me to do it right then and there. I am glad I waited and was able to get another opinion. They have also been able to get me scheduled really quickly, even when it wasnt an emergency. This last time, their technician looked at a couple of things for me while he was here and gave me what I thought was very good advice, which was good peace of mind after our flooding problem that is what brought them out to begin with. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Hack’s and about our technician, Raphael. We had a clogged pipe that multiple other plumbers could not resolve. The clog was located and resolving the clog involved jackhammering into our beautiful wood floors in our dining room. We received several quotes, and Hack’s gave us the lowest price and most conservative/least invasive option. They were very professional. They scheduled the work quickly and had it done in a day. They also listened to and addressed all of our concerns. For example, I was concerned about dust (family members with asthma), and they put up plastic and did excellent dust and debris containment. They took the extra time to minimize damage to our floors, and the quality of their work was top notch. They were also super efficient and finished within one day. I highly recommend Hack’s and will use them for all future plumping needs. Thank you so much, Hack’s and Raphael, for doing such high quality work at a great price!

I needed a plumbing company to do some outdoors drainage work, and I was able to book an appointment pretty quickly with these guys. The answering service is responsive and wasnt a leave a message sort of thing. They called me the morning of the appointment to confirm everything and then called again to let me know when theyd be arriving. Tanner was the guy who did the job and he was friendly, professional, and more than helpful. I think this is a high quality outfit with good services and equipment.

I had a clogged drain. Called Hack’s Plumbing, they sent over Cesar. Plumber arrived on time and began work right away, diagnosing my problem. Turns out it was a main line clog. Cesar used his big machine snake thing in the clean out in the rear of the house. He pulled out roots from the drain and the water went down. He then use the camera to inspect the drain to make sure that all the roots were gone. Great job! Thank you so much for your help!
