Greg and Gage immediately took great care of us. We didn’t have hot water at our kitchen sink and we had a few clogged drains. Turns out we just needed a hair catcher cleaned out and to turn the kitchen faucet a different way (woops). Another company could have taken advantage and charged us $500 to fix everything but Greg just took care of us for free. They seem like truly honest business owners and we will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs

Our experience with Aqua Bear Plumbing and Greg Distefano was excellent. For the diagnosis and estimate, there was no fee of any kind: no trip fee, no time spent fee, nothing. Two plumbers showed up when scheduled, inspected the toilet to diagnose the cause of it not flushing properly, and determined that our toilet needed to be replaced (no surprise given that it was 32 years old!). They were very friendly and explained everything in detail, and we agreed that it was time for a replacement.We scheduled a date for the replacement, and again they showed up on time, did their work quickly, treated our home respectfully, installed the toilet we requested, and were out the door leaving us with a gleaming toilet and a clean bathroom as they did not leave any mess.I especially loved the emails and texts I got when they were on their way, along with a link where I could track their journey to my home and be prepared for their arrival. Appointments, estimates, and invoices were also emailed promptly.10/10 would recommend, and we will be using them for future plumbing needs.

This is such a great company. Had the misfortune of having a break in my mainline on Christmas Eve. I called a neighbor for their plumbers name as they recently had the same issue. The company is Aqua Bear Plumbing (formerly Blue Bear). I called for an estimate on the 26th. I was beyond pleased with the wonderful gentleman, Adam, who came out. He found the leak, explained what was needed to repair it, & even found a sewage leak I wasn’t aware of. The work was performed & completed on the 29th! Fast response and they stayed until my water service was back on and running which took many, many hours of hard labor. Also cleaned up when the job was finished & came back the next day to finish up any loose ends. Customer service was above & beyond, showed up on time & kept me informed. I have had many plumbers over my lifetime but this guy was top notch, uses good quality materials & I will definitely use them exclusively now. If you have any questions or concerns, Adamaddresses them immediately to your satisfaction. Have been telling my friends about this experience & I highly recommend this company.

Aqua Bears plumbing is now our go to plumbing co. They’re reasonable and do what they say when they say they’ll do it. We had a reroute project that had numerous unexpected issues. Adam was the craftsman that did the work, he’s professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and did the work on a extremely hot day. Some of the work required him to run a line in the attic, the temperature was hovering around 110, he never complained. He arrived on time and completed the work as promised.

I called Aqua Bear on Monday morning after 2 other leak detection companies put me off. Megan from Aqua Bear had Adam come in less the 90 minutes. He was friendly, polite and professional. After discussing my issue, Adam suggested it might be my pool filler valve was causing my water meter to run. It turned out that it was. Adam only charged my the show up fee . He was responsive, understood our issue, called out some concerns we hadn’t thought of, shared the local ordinance needs, and broke the problem and solution into chunks we were able to act upon. He then did a superb job in moving our water heating framework from a tankless gas solution (problem was in the gas delivery system which the other plumbers weren’t able to diagnose) to an electric tank system that took our new solar power into consideration. We now have a less expensive, more reliable, full house (did I say we are seeing immediate access to hot water at the far end of the house which use to take up to 2 minutes!) hot water system at a Great Price! Im a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Bluebear Plumbing!
