Nothing but good things to say about this business. I was in a bit of an emergency situation, AC went out and I have a pregnant wife at home. Airmerica had a full schedule today but they made the time for me and got our air conditioning fixed up in no time! Very grateful for this company and will definitely use them in the future!

I 100% recommend! Not only are they professional, but very honest as well. The owner Ryan came to my house and took a quick look at what was going on and immediately was able to identify the issue. He said he would send a tech to look more in depth, but initially thought repairs would be around $850.A few days later John came by to start repairs. He looked and let me know that the issue wasn’t as severe as they first anticipated and rather than inflate the cost or do unnecessary work, they were extremely honest and upfront about what needed to be fixed. My invoice came through $300 less than expected.If you want to support a locally owned business that does right by their customers, then I strongly encourage you to go with Airmerica.

We had Ryan from Airmerica come out to help us clean and tune up our AC units. We bought our place a few months ago and the AC looked like they had not been touched in a decade. Ryan cleaned them spotless and made sure they were working properly. He was very kind and offered us great advice to save money.Our AC is definitely approaching the end of its useful life so we will for sure have Ryan come back out to install a heat pump when the time comes. Ryan (owner) is great! He and Thomas (his apprentice) showed up to our house today to look at our air conditioning unit. We called this morning, he said he thought he could see us some time today. A few hours later, he called and said he could be here within 20 minutes. He showed up, addressed the problem, and explained it to me, so that I could understand. I feel he is trustworthy, professional, punctual, talented, knowledgeable, and nice! His pricing is reasonable, his customer service and communication is great, too. Attention to detail, polite, cleans up after himself, etc.

After our summer vacation, we came home to a boiling house and broken AC in the middle of a heat wave. The companys owner personally responded to us and was at our house quickly on a holiday weekend and was ON TIME and in communication throughout the repair process. (With other HVAC companies, it feels like you get lost into a vortex of an internet contact form and never hear back from anyone. Not with airmerica!) We also have a very old unit and expected to hear we needed an entirely new system. Nope. Just one part needed! 🙌*Bonus* If their schedule is backed up, they have access to portable AC units to keep your space cool in the meantime!! Total lifesaver in the heat!!

I called him about our system not working and he came right over and found it was our old electrical box that was the problem, a bad breaker. The system was still perfect. I inquired using Home Advisor. Ryan came out right away to do an estimate. He was extremely professional. We needed to do some AC maintenance and ductwork. He was very reasonable and fair with his pricing. He was able to schedule the install within a couple days. He came out and spent the whole day making sure everything was working correctly and that the ductwork was installed professionally. He took his time to make sure everything was up and running. Other companies would check the temp once and be done. He checked it throughout the day as he was working on the air conditioner. Hes extremely friendly and his employees are as well. He is the owner and shows that he cares and takes his time. He does the work himself. I would highly recommend his services.
