Robbie and Skip did an amazing job clearing the entire perimeter of my basement drain system of iron ochre (that brown slime that clogs the lines). They were prompt, clean, got the job done in under and hour, and had it working literally as good as the day it was installed. They also provided me with a customized maintenance plan and then took the additional time educating me on how to perform it myself. Couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. Highly recommend Sump Safety!

My sump pump quit working completely and was on the verge of overflowing. I quickly called Ron at Sump Safety and he came almost immediately to help me out. He replaced the pump and even installed an alarm system (to help warn me sooner if the sump levels were getting too high again). Price was fair and a great deal. Sump Safety is outstandingly professional, friendly, and more than happy to help you have better pumps and drains in your home.
