    Called BMR 2 days before Christmas regarding a bathroom plumbing issue. They came the same day to access the situation and were here the day after Christmas to put in a new one.     My hot water heater broke so I began searching for a plumber. Most of the places I called were either closed or not responsive.     I highly recommend BMR Contracting! Fast, friendly, affordable professional service! We had a leak under our kitchen sink.     Sincerely thank BMR contracting. Our bathroom was clogged on Sunday. We called them and they came to the store in less than half an hour to check the situation and solve the problem. Because the blockage was serious, they came to the store before 9 oclock on Monday morning. After four hours of hard work by two employees, the problem was perfectly solved. Sincerely thank you. The most important thing is to give a very reasonable price. Very good work. Very reasonable price. 100% satisfied.

    Roger Doyle from BMR Contracting, came to our house today to troubleshoot are brown water in are whole house water filter. He recommended that I call the water company to troubleshoot the water filter issues. He didnā€™t want us to spend money until he knew definitely what the issue was! The water board came and said there was no break in the main water line. So Roger Doyle saved us $10,000 by having the water board come and check everything out. Roger has integrity that most people donā€™t. Thank You For figuring everything out!! I recommend this company!!

    BMR contracting just finished a shower for us. My husband recently had a leg amputation and couldnā€™t get into our old shower stall. Roger from BMR came right away and looked our bathroom over told us what we needed and wrote up an estimate. His workers were right on schedule, courteous, professional hard workers. They covered my floors and swept up everything when they were done every day. They always checked with my husband to make sure grab bars were installed the way he needed them. I would recommend them.

    Excellent experience with this company!! We had an emergency with one of our shower fixtures spraying hot water from the nozzle, and they had a guy to our house within an hour!! Seeing as it was a bigger issue than what we thought, BMR accommodated our needs at the lowest price possible due to us living in a rental property, and the finished product is working perfect! Couldnt recommend BMR Contracting enough! They are an awesome company with kind and understanding leaders and employees!!

    I called BMR because my mobile homeā€™s water heater went and they were there within 2 hours to assess the situation. They told me exactly what was wrong and exactly how I could get a new water heater for free since mine was only 2 years old when it went! They exchanged the new water heater that AOSmith owed me from Loweā€™s and brought the new one to install it and that was all done in under 3 hours and now I have hot water again!! The plumber that was sent was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to clean up after himself before leaving! They worked with my budget and made the process very quick and as painless as possible (all things included) and Iā€™m definitely calling Roger back if I have any other home issues!

    Having worked with other big name HVAC companies in the past, I discovered BMR and am beyond pleased. They are professional, experienced, timely, reasonable and above all, honest. They threw no sales pitch at me for a ridiculous pricey fix as others do, and established an ideal customer relationship I can depend on for future needs. Technician Miller knows his stuff, is most pleasant as well as technically brilliant. I recommend others to ignore fancy ads and vehicles and switch to BMR for their expertise in several areas.I would give them 10 stars if allowed.

    BMR recently finished remodeling our bathroom and we couldnā€™t be happier with the results! The team completely transformed our old outdated bathroom replacing plumbing, electrical work, drywall, installing a modern tub and tiled shower, and even re-joisting the floor before installing a brand new subfloor .Their craftsmanship is top notch and all of the tile work looks amazing from floor to ceiling. They did a great job keeping to the schedule and finishing the whole job in just about 2 weeks. They really listened to us every step of the way and made sure that our vision for the space lined up with the work they were doing. Their top priority was always making sure we were happy and we definitely are now with the finished product! BMR delivered on creating a space thatā€™s beautiful functional and rock solid.     I got home from work. My basement was flooded. I couldnā€™t use my bathrooms or any water. I called and they showed up within an hour. A half hour later all was well! Amazing and so friendly.     This company was at my house within a half hour, on Dec. 23, and had my leak repaired by 2 hours later. The owner came to initially diagnose the problem and his worker came to do the fix. Then, Roger, the owner came back to make sure the job had been done properly! Also, the receptionist called me twice to follow up and make sure I was being taken care of.     Had an issue on thanksgiving with the sink backing up into the dishwasher, my niece suggested and called BMR and they showed up next morning ( in the time frame they gave ) and they walked in the kitchen and went right to work . It ended up being more work than expected due to the garbage disposal needing to be removed and new pipes to go in ā€¦ but they worked fast & efficiently & answered all my questions ( because I understood nothing of the connection) but they were explaining & working away . Checked basement pipes as well . The price was fair and reasonable for the work & im happy to have found them & I will absolutely recommend them & plan to use them for the future.

    Roger and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation. The quality of the work they do is really good. We had issues with our last contractor who had no idea what he was doing and they fixed every little thing he messed up. I still look at the job they did and just go WOW!! His team is super friendly and clean up after themselves every day. I will be calling them for my next project down the road.

    This company was so fast to get back in touch with me when I had a sewer back up in the middle of the night.     I have worked with BMR on a home repair project and they were excellent. Roger is always responsive and his team is always professional. Our hot water heater went down last year and the BMR crew had it replaced the very next morning quickly and cleanly.     Spent a week trying to find why we had no or little water and couldnt locate what sounded like running water. I made an appointment with BMR CONTRACTING. They were on time very friendly and professional. He found the problem within 15 minutes and had it fixed within half hour, cleaned the mess and we have water again. BEST PART it was so far less expensive than I expected. VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH BMR, and will be doing future business with them.

    We have used BMR Contracting twice since moving into our new home for two SERP are projects. We used them to install and vent a power vent water heater and again to fix a leak on our copper water supply pipes. Both jobs Roger came out to consult and then sent his workers out in great time to work on the jobs. Both jobs were completed with excellent satisfaction. Great work, very neat, workers cleaned up after themselves. They also explained everything to me and both jobs were done quickly and efficiently with skill. Would highly recommend and certainly use again.

    Called at 8am, scheduled between 11am-12noon, at house at 11:30am. Charlie pointed out the problems, let me know what would happen if he got into trouble with old shower diverter (piping that hasnt been touched in over 30 years has that possibility), and charged a fair price. Very personable and honest, holding onto that business card.

    Excellent, plumber was clean, courteous, and most importantly very capable. job got done faster than expected, despite the usual host of setbacks experienced in any repair job. Owner came and provided a quote/estimate (only plumber I contacted that would do that) which is important since every job repair job is quite different. Owner also came back at the end and checked the work to make sure it was up to snuff (which is was). There was a small communication issue with the office where the plumber was unable to make it on the scheduled day and the office forgot to call to let us know. They worked hard to make it right and we had a plumber first thing the next day.

    These guys were a total life saver for me when my hot water tank decided to burst. I initially called another company who showed up and told me that they couldnā€™t help me because they couldnā€™t turn the power to it off (it turns out they just couldnā€™t find the breaker switch to shut it off) and told me to call an electrician. Instead I called BMR and they got to my house within the hour and proceeded to replace my hot water tank. They were very respectful and professional throughout the process. Long story short, I know who Iā€™m calling next time I need something like this.

    Words cannot expressive my gratitude towards the staff. I called on a Saturday morning after calling atleast 20 other places around me with NO call back. I knew they where too far and it is a holiday weekend but I was desperate because my hot water tank blew. They responded in minutes, very knowledgeable because I couldnt explain my tank well so I sent pictures and they knew exactly what I needed. They agreed to drive 2 HOURS ONE WAY on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND with the tank I needed and replace it. They arrived within 3 hours of calling, installed the new tank in roughly an hour, and where very kind and professional and their price was WAY better then I anticipated. Coming from a mom of 4 kids who had just come back from the zoo to no shower, THANK YOU a million times over!! I will NEVER call ANYONE else.

    Roger came out and provided quick, honest service to my home on a Saturday nonetheless! I was having problems with clogged pipes, toilet, sinks and then the worst - water in the basement. He came out and assessed the situation. He told me that he was going to be completely honest, he could snake the drains but what I really needed was a complete septic clean job. Instead of doing work that wouldnā€™t have completely fixed the problems, he personally called another company for me that specializes in the service I needed and got them out there the same day. I greatly appreciated his honesty so that I didnā€™t have to pay two bills that day. Would highly recommend and use again!

    Water heater broke friday,needed to be constantly reset to get any warm water. I called several places and none were open until monday to even schedule when it would be replaced but i decided to try to call BMR Saturday and explained situation and how i have kids and felt unsafe by resetting it over and over and it was leaking. They said they would fix it sun but there was a hiccup (miscommunication?) and the guy who was supposed to come fix it became ill and couldnt do it. But Roger called and said he would have someone else come out and they did and had it all replaced within an hour on a sunday!! DEFINATELY RECOMMEND!! They stayed true to their word and made sure to get it installed even tho they had to get a different employee to come out on a weekend. DEFINATELY APPRECIATED them getting it done and staying true to their word. Hard to find that these days! Thank guys!!

    Thank you thank you thank you!! Called BMR (after reading all the great reviews!) just after 9 this morning with a leaking toilet...within a half an hour Roger came by to have a look and give a preliminary assessment. By 11, two guys from his team were here and less than an hour later everything was all fixed up. Every person involved was awesome! It may not have been a huge fix, but it wasnā€™t something we had the time (desire or experience) to figure out.     My water pump was acting weird. I found BMR on Google and gave them a call. Roger the owner came out the next day to look at it and thought it might actually be a problem with the well. He gave me the name a well guy to call and didnt charge anything. I tried to at least give him money for gas since I live in the country and he wouldnt take it. You dont find good honest service like this much anymore. I will definitely use his company in the future

    From the very minute I called all the way up until payment everyone Ive talked to were sooooo kind and amazing!!!!!! They really kept theyre word when they said whatever route I wanted to take in getting a water heater and having it installed theyre were going to make sure I was taken care of....after being played by someone else trying to get whatever money they could get out of me!!!     We had a very complicated job, our bath tub wouldnā€™t stop leaking. All the pipes were in the wall with our vanity installed right to the wall. The two guys knew exactly what to do our vanity was removed our pipes were replaced and when the job was completed everything was back where it was and working great. I recommend BMR to everyone. I already have my son getting a price for work at his house.

    I heard good things about BMR so decided to give them a call when my hot water tank started to go which was around 11:00am. I knew my hot water tank was beyond its years and was going to need to be replaced and after talking to a gentleman on the phone he said the owner would be right out to assess the situation. He showed up within 10 minutes to see what type of job it was going to be and explained it would indeed need to be replaced seeing as it was almost 16 years old. He had his crew run out and get a replacement tank of the same size and before I knew it, everything was up and installed within an hour. The crew was extremely friendly and respectful of my property not to mention the price I was quoted was very reasonable! Here I thought I was going to have to wait days before getting this fixed and it was completed all within the same day only hours after calling. I will definitely be using BMR for future work to be done on my house and would highly recommend if youā€™re looking for a professional company to do the job right the first time and not get taken to the cleaners!

    Roger and his plumbers did a great job working around my schedule. I needed a complete new install of water and sewage drain for an upstairs bathroom.     One September afternoon while I was away from the house my husband called in a panic as a super storm dropped extreme amount of water. Now our house is use to this and we have to sump pumps working. But one has stopping working and he didnā€™t know why the water wasnā€™t going down. So it was just filling out basement. I called in a panic looking for a plumber to see what we should do.Pat answered he was calm and so kind... He said he would call his guy to ask for suggestions, as he only answered the calls, and call me right back.Well within my drive home I noticed the route home was closed due to the storm flooding the main road. He asked about the flooding. I explained I wasnā€™t home, but trying to get there, and my husband wasnā€™t answering his phone. He offered to come out himself because of safety to see how bad it was, as I wasnā€™t able to get home to see if my husband had been okay.I told him I would get there as soon as I could but it was a dead stop and routing other ways. We met just as he was knocking at the door. Immediately went to the basement to step into ankle deep water. He called his guy on hand and told him to come immediately. This water was pushing into our finished portion of the basement and spitting out the walls because it was that intense of a storm. Only one pump was sucking the water and it could NOT keep up with the amount of water coming in.Once his guy came it was quickly determined that one pump had died. He got his pump and hoses and started to suck the water out. Words cannot express my gratitude had the water rose more it would have reached the sockets and electricity may have been a factor in this. He called and followed up and I will be forever grateful for the kind hearted people at B &M Plumbing. If you are in need of a plumber start here!!! Theyā€™re customer service is one to make you think there are good kind people in this world still....

    I had an issue with a worker earlier with this company (overcharging, major delays, and communication issues. I ended the contract due to this concern). I would suggest speaking primarily with the General Manager (Pat) and staying involved with the process.Review update: I spoke with the General Manager and the issue was resolved. The worker that was the basis of the issue was dealt with and a resolution was reached (refund and etc). The General Manager was an excellent Mediator. I am glad it worked out.
