I called this morning at 9:10 am. Worried about my sump pump, as I had not heard it for a while, and when I looked at the water in the pitt, it was almost up to the top of the pump so I was worried it wasnt working. They had a man out here by 10:40 am, he looked at the sump pump after crawling along distance in my cross space, and said it really did not need repair or even cleaning. So I just paid him the $69 service call fee. I always appreciate a company that tells me I dont need a service I otherwise would have paid for and not known the difference.

Called Mainline to install a Primary/Backup Sump Pump Combo with a backup battery. They provided a quote right away and came out just a few days later. They use quality name brand parts and installed with great craftsmanship.Mainline is always my first call when I need plumbing services.

Best service I have ever gotten from a plumber. My 87yr. old father called and said he heard a loud noise & then water running. The toilet tank in his only bathroom had cracked in half. He shut off the water but now what? Luckily MAINLINE PLUMBING, that I have used 4 times before this, sent out David that same day and installed a brand new toilet. David was great, very very personably and treated my Dad with great respect. I will use Mainline plumbing everytime!!

A 5-STAR shout out to Jake from MAINLINE PLUMBING. I had em out before to replace sump check valve.Called them yesterday morning re: separate sump issue (not emergency) & Jake was here today just after 12:00pm. Great turnaround time!!He saw the problem immediately and replaced pvc to the motor with correctly placed vent hole (old one was too low).He also fixed old issue with hot side of my utility sink.GREAT service, GREAT price & in and out in less than an hour!!Many of us here at Moravian Woods Condo Assoc has had them do work! I am extreamly happy with the service I have recieved both times I had to use Mainline. The first time I had a backup and they immediately sent out David Smith. He was extremely professional and considerate. He got the problems fixed in a timely manner. The second time my water heater broke. I gave them a call and asked if Dave could come out again, and he was there the same day. He he was able to get a new water heater and install it for a very reasonable price. I could not be happier with the service I have recieved from Mainline Plumbing. I highly recommended them and tell all my family and friends that if they have any plumbing issues to call Mainline.

I had a problem with faucets. I contacted Mainline and the plumber was there promptly. While he was here I requested a couple other plumbing tasks to be performed and he did it. We had Mainline come out and replace our hot water heater in the middle of the snow storm last February. Dave and his helper did an amazing job! Not only did they do a perfect job, but the clean up and removal was great. No damage, no problems and they even shoveled half the driveway before I got back home with gas for the snow blower.They are the only company I will be using form here on out. We had Jerome replace the water heater for us. He absolutely has done an amazing job, he went above and beyond my expectations. He is very detail oriented and experienced. Along the job whatever that comes up he tries to take care of everything the best way possible to customer satisfaction. I recommend Jerome and will call him if anything comes up again.

I have had 3 different plumbers out to fix my shower, it was causing a leak through my dining room ceiling. The last guy came out, saw the water damage on the ceiling, and still said there was no problem. The plumbers cleared two drains. The sewer drain was a real mess to work in and very difficult to open. Stormwater drain required digging under sewer line to replace trap by hand. They never took a break and went right to work. They were Saints to work under those conditions and make all right again. Very glad I called Main Line.
