    Last night I came home to a partially flooded basement from a bad leak in my hot water tank. Called RFC and Robert said he could have someone down to replace it first thing this morning. The guys just left, they were super clean, quick and professional. The whole experience was pleasant for such an unpleasant situation. Being in the trades myself, I’m very aware of the customers needs, frustrations and concerns, and this was an A+ experience. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend this contractor to friends and family.

    Robert and his guys were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and neatly. They replaced my hot water heater and tub setup in no time at all!! I look forward to having them complete some other projects i would like to get done in the very near future

    I had an issue with a backed up main sewer line in a very old house. I called RFC late afternoon, explained the situation, and they showed up first thing in the morning. They identified the problem, made numerous phone calls keeping me informed during the entire process. I had a great experience with RFC and would highly recommend them.     Beautiful work, fair pricing,very pleasant people to deal with. Kris installed our Hot water heater repaired leaks under the kitchen sink, replaced a kitchen faucet, and fixed an issue with a bathroom sink. They came quickly, were in and out in a few hours with no mess and no fuss. I couldn`t be more pleased and I highly recommend them.

    Can’t say enough good about this company ! I had a handle leak in my tub faucet & called RFC for a quote that lead to a replacement. Chris and his partner showed up on time, replaced and left the work area spotless. Great price, great work and clean up. Definitely recommend this company and will definitely call them in the future!

    Robert sent his expert Mitch to address a leak under the kitchen sink. First he had to find it, hidden under a cabinet floorboard but above the kitchen flooring.Mitch applied his tools and plumbing expertise, his tricks of the trade, and made several runs for plumbing supplies in order to overcome quite a number of obstacles to success here.Robert always promises customer satisfaction, and he and Mitch achieved it once again!     We noticed our hot water tank was leaking on Saturday night at 9:00 p.m. My husband called the next morning and Robert came Sunday afternoon. Monday morning they came and installed a new tank, very efficient and helpful. Thank you RFC Contracting.

    Great experience with RFC! Had a few plumbing issues Ive been wanting to have taken care of for a while now, and after many rounds of looking up plumbers, calling and leaving messages, getting no return phone calls, or getting return calls and then no shows, I finally found RFC via Google search. Not only was my call answered directly, follow up phone calls happened when promised, initial diagnosis and estimate happened when promised, and the work happened when promised. Gabe and Chris took the time to explain to me what was causing the problems, what they needed to do to fix them, and then answered all my questions. Everything looks great and works great. They even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them - skilled, professional, and courteous!

    Called RFC to evaluate a clogged drain in a very old building.The guys were there very quickly to evaluate the situation, gave me a quote for the work right away and began. Unfortunately the pipe was too far gone and needed replacement. He gave me the most economical option for repair with a very fair price.     If youre looking for an honest plumber, I recommend contacting Bob @ RFC. He came out same day I called. Thought we had a leak in the basement, but there wasnt one. Just a small adjustment was needed to the washer drain hose.

    I live in Buffalo and came to my uncle’s home in Utica. He had a plugged sewer line that had backed up all over the basement!! I left messages to around 5 or 6 plumbers. The owner of RFC called me back promptly; said he could come the following day but understood if I was able to find another 24 hour plumber that day. As it turned out no one was available same day so I contacted RFC Contracting to come. The service was excellent. Mitch and Alex went above and beyond. They had to disassemble and lug heavy equipment down VERY OLD and almost impassable cellar stairs. They were helpful and patient and answered all my questions and offered suggestions for clean up and ways to save money with needed new part. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs for my uncle’s home!

    Wonderful Service, called due to leaking pipe under kitchen sink, the crew came out next day. Took 1 hour and it was done, the plumbers gave me tips on how to keep it from happening again too.     Highly recommend RFC. Being prompt and Honest goes a long way, and I feel that’s how we were treated with Rfc. I called looking for some help on a well pump and they showed up within a day or two to lend me some advise. Will be using them again in the future.

    We had an unexpected kitchen sink drainage issue come up on a Sunday afternoon. Looked online and found RFC. Based on their rating and depth of work I decided to call the number and Bob, the owner answered. Provided him with the info and by 8:30 AM Monday (MLK Day) his guy Kris was onsite to go over the issue. Before the day was over Kris and Mitch fixed the problem by rerouting the drain. Everyone was kind, extremely professional and informative. They would be my 1st suggestion to any friends or family in need of repair or upgrade.

    I had a problem and explained the urgency. I couldn’t believe they were here in 29 minutes. After figuring out the problem. It was fixed and they also tested it to make sure and when I asked how much I owed I couldn’t believe what I was told. Beyond fair way less than I hoped for .     I recently hired RFC to replace an old lead service line. They were fast, efficient and friendly; but best of all their quote was less than half the other two quotes I had!
