Had a backup issue right before going out of town so we called on our way home. They could come a day or two later which was fine. They arrived promptly that morning and talked me through the issue and how they were going to fix it! Rob and Josh were extremely helpful and kind. It was honestly an enjoyable experience! Pricing was acceptable for the service and gave them some cookies on the way out! Great guys. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do, they will be my first call!

I called last week with questions (I know nothing about septic tanks- this is new for me) and I was able to have every question answered and had my appointment scheduled ASAP. They were prompt with showing up, incredibly professional and the companys communication is amazing. I was followed up with once and the called to let me know the driver was on the way. I will be using this company from here on out without a doubt!

Took the advice of a neighbor and coworkers and called Bob Lynn & Sons after a concerning experience with another company. Donna kept me calm over the phone on several occasions while the guys worked extra hard on our disaster, even in the pouring rain! We tried every avenue (town codes, original home builder, old site plans, etc) with no luck. But they didn’t quit until they found where our drain leads to! They even checked in on a weekend during a hard rain to make sure everything was still running smoothly. 10/10 recommend!!!

I felt prompted to write this review because we recently had an emergency that could have ballooned into a bigger problem, but Rob and his team were right on it - fixing and correcting the issue immediately, preventing and permanently fixing a long-time headache. This is the type of selfless and prompt service they have always provided to us. We are very fortunate to have received exceptional service for our septic and related needs from Bob Lynn & Son for as long as we have owned our home - for the past 18 years! Rob and his staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, personable, explain what they are doing and, most importantly, they get the job done right. Likewise, his wife Donna has always been super responsive, friendly, and helpful; they make a great team. We are so grateful to know this family-owned business and highly recommend their services!

Our Family has used Bob Lynn & Son, for as long as I can remember. Bob, senior prior to his passing, was always a gentleman with a great colorful personality. His son has carried on his fathers tradition. This company, is fair priced, professional and probably the nicest people you would meet. Bob and his team were extremely helpful in correcting the issue with our sewer pipe at our new home. The communication was excellent and the work was completed in a very timely manner. Awesome experience with Bob Lynn! We needed to locate our septic for the sale of our house (never had any issues so we didn’t know where the clean out was). I called up and spoke to Donna. They were there the very next day and she is super awesome and pleasant. The plumber that came out that ran the camera probe out was awesome too. He couldn’t find it manually, so he came back with the camera less an hour later. Now that’s customer service! I totally didn’t expect that, but they went out of their way. It speaks volumes to how they choose to operate their business. Super fast, super friendly, and got my question answered right away.If you have a septic system, this is who you deal with. AWESOME!

I cant say enough good things about this company. They were responsive and efficient, as well as sympathetic towards an awful septic issue we had. Previous contractor misdiagnosed the problem was going to charge over the top fees. Rob and his men solved the issue quickly and saved us thousands of dollars. If necessary, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in need.

Bob Is an honest and very good guy to deal with. He is very friendly and knows what he’s talking about when it comes to your job. I have him coming back to my house sometime next week to do a job that I have to have done, and am glad I am working with his company. I highly recommend ! I called them for a second opinion. They arrived on-time and listened to the history of of our problem. They quickly identified and fixed the problem. In addition, they showed me why the problem was happening and how to prevent it in the future. This is the ONLY plumber I will ever call.

I want to thank Bob Lynn and his family for all his help with my sewer issue. He came right away snaked the lines and checked the tank. He suggested that the village should empty the tank as it was full, however the village said it was not full enough! Bob and his crew came back and spent 1 hour emptying the tank and made sure all lines were still open. I can not thank them enough. It is a very unpleasant job to do and it was very hot day. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service. Thank you all!!!

I had Robbie Jr, at my home with his employee from Bosnia, the installed a new concrete septic tank due to the fact my metal 45 year old septic tank, yes 45 years old, collapsed. They had to jack hammer a huge rock andvthen peel rock with their machines, and then had delivered a one thousand gallon concrete tank,and placed into the ground, great job, great people, would recommend this company to all who need new septic tanks or need tanks cleaned.
