Ramjack and the Tucson crew did an excellent job installing over a dozen piers to my home. The project was very large in scale and the team was very efficient with communication and performing the job. From Brian explaining all the details leading up to the project to Victor and his team executing, I cannot say enough good things about the job and the team.I had the option to go with another foundation company as the former owner of my home chose them instead of Ramjack. After seeing the workmanship of Ram Jack vs that other company, it is clear that Ram Jack knows what they are doing, they have the best interest of the customer in mind, and your home will be in good hands with this company if you happen to need their services.

I feel strongly about letting people know when an entity or person gives extraordinary service and Brian G of Ram Jack of Arizona is one of those people. From the initial inspection completely through the final inspection, Brian was exceptional, continually keeping me abreast of everything foundation-related. His professionalism, timeliness, and kindness was very appreciated.The Ram Jack team, in general, was fantastic, from Brian G, Nicole G, Victor C and the foundation crew, to the polyfoam application team. The coordination was great and the work was even better. Thank you, Ram Jack Team, for rectifying our major foundation cracks/settling issues and doing so with upmost professionalism.

Brian Guthrie promptly responded to our service request to determine whether we had foundation issues from water leaking into our basement. Mr. Guthrie conducted a thorough inspection and determined that we had no need for concern. The foundation was sound. He didn’t try to sell anything and there was no charge — a unicorn experience in this day and age.

I cannot say enough good things about Ram Jack of Arizona! However, the thing that makes Ram Jack in Tucson so awesome is Brian. Hes the first person youll meet if you need Ram Jacks services. Hell come out and take a look at your concerns, explain the process, take pictures, ask questions and answer yours. He takes the time to listen and get to know you as well, which lets face it, you dont find that often anymore. Brian is also the one who will come back out multiple times (in my case, itll be 4 visits after our last appointment coming up) if you find more issues after pulling carpet or if your just nervous about foundation issues. The young man who came to take all the measurements for the floor level survey was just as amazing and I feel terrible that I cant remember his name. Brian and the team at Ram Jack were there for my family during our house hunting last year. Brian came out to look at a house we were going to buy but, after Brian looked at the house and gave his advice we decided to keep looking. Ive had Ram Jack out to our old house and our new house and Ive got Brian scheduled for two other homes that relatives own. I wouldnt trust any other company for foundation issues. Ram Jack does things the right way and they treat you like family. Brian and the Southern Az team at Ram Jack are, in my personal opinion, the best in the business. Ramjack did a polyfoam injection in the kitchen and dining area of our house. The process went well and seems to have worked to correct the floor leveling issues. Thanks to Brian Guthrie and Sarah for their work. In particular, the injections were done into the grout around the flooring tiles without cracking any of them. Also, a interior utility location service was included to insure that wiring, piping, etc. would be affected. This is essential.

We discovered an unusual change in the way our foundation was aligned with the courses of adobe block after living in our home for 20 years. Talked to a contractor who recommended Ram Jack to assess the situation. Within 2 days Brian Guthrie was able to stop by my home and after discussing the age of the home (1970’s) and the construction practices at that time, I was reassured that it is not a structural issue but that some masonry work could address the visual changes that we noticed. There was no charge for this visit and Brian was very professional and easy to talk to. I’m so glad I chose to call Ram Jack of Arizona.

I hired Ram Jack to install 12 helical piers, inject polyfoam and to stitch the slab of a home I recently purchased. I worked with their representative, Brian G, who did a fantastic job. He came out to quote the work and did not utilize any high pressure sales tactics to acquire my business (unlike the other companies) Brian was always quick to respond and easy to get a hold of. His team showed up early on date they estimated and worked quickly and efficiently.I would highly recommend this company for structural and foundation repair.

The foundation repair specialists (Ian and Tim) who came to our house today were fantastic-- knowledgable and very helpful, answering all of our questions and explaining many things clearly to us in ways that we easily understood. They were also really funny too, making the whole experience enjoyable! They demonstrated their honesty in directing us that we currently do not need foundation repairs (we wouldnt have known otherwise), and they taught us what to look for in the future. They will be my go-to people in the future if I need, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs foundation work.

The person who came to inspect our home was very honest and very informative. He told us that we arent dealing with foundation issue (whew!), and he shared with us strategies to better maintain the house. I wouldnt wish foundation problems on anyone, but I would highly recommend these guys if you are in need of foundation repairs.

We were in need of a second opinion on our 1940s wall cracks before we committed to a $10000+ plan from AZ Foundation Solutions. Pat the owner came out and spent a charge-free hour looking over our house inside and out . Unlike AZFSs salesman, Pat had much more knowledge and experience, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something. Rather, he was trying to assess whether their work (foundation piers) would solve our problem. Not convinced that it would, he assured us our house wasnt structurally unsound and recommended a go-slow approach and hold off on major repairs like he or AZFS specialize in. We got the opposite line, and falsely confident in my opinion, from AZFS.We will definitely contact AZ Ram Jack hould we need to go to the next level of repairs. Their honesty and knowledge convinced us of this companys integrity.

I was very pleased with the service from the estimate to the work getting done. The two techs show up at my house to repair a foundation crack and did a great job . They took their time to setup plastic sheets around the work area to keep dust from spreading to the rest of the house.

I noticed spilled water running out of a bathroom around the same time that the bathroom door stopped latching. Obvious foundation issue (with other signs once you know what to look for). Ram Jack was responsive and easy to work with. They handled permits, plans, and engineering sign-off.My only complaint is that the company recommended by Ram Jack for static leak testing pre- and post- repair wasnt reliable or easy to work with as an individual home owner. (Ended up finding another company for that.)Otherwise, experience was very painless for such a major repair, all things considered. After the repair, bathroom door immediately started latching, and water spilled on the floor stopped running out the door.Held off reviewing for a couple years as I wanted to wait and be sure that the issues were settled, and indeed there has been no further movement or recurrence in the area.

Pat was direct and honest and advised us that first and foremost we were likely dealing with a sewer line/plumbing breech under the house. He was correct. Thank you for honesty, the other company we had out didnt pick up on that and wanted to charge us $500 for a engineering analysis (measures of the floor/ceiling heights).
