My first experience with Plumbing Outfitters was very positive. The two people I spoke with to make my appointment were pleasant, helpful, and professional. The tech who came to help us was Carlos Ventura. Carlos was thorough and professional, but was also considerate and friendly. Carlos wouldn’t rest until he found a solution to our immediate problem. He took care of that problem and made suggestions of more long term actions we may need to take. The charge for the work Carlos performed seemed fair and competitive. I will definitely call Plumbing Outfitters the next time we need a plumber.

Aurelio and Coy were absolutely fantastic! As a boy mom, I often find myself dealing with clogged toilets, so I’m grateful that we decided to replace them. From the very first interaction with Aurelio to the final day of service, the experience has been truly exceptional. Its unfortunate that many people hesitate to call a plumber, opting to tackle issues themselves due to the stereotype that plumbers are akin to mechanics. I can confidently say that this is not the case here. I have relied on Plumbing Outfitters for over four years, and I have never encountered any negative experiences.Aurelio’s expertise was invaluable, especially when he managed to unclog all the bathrooms just before the weekend, saving us from the unpleasant odors of my kids inevitable mishaps! The following week, both Coy and Aurelio returned to replace all the toilets, and their workmanship exceeded all expectations—truly deserving of more than 10 stars! I was referred by a plumber friend to call Plumbing Outfitters.Beginning with the phone call they were pleasant to speak with and were able to come out the same day.I received a text with name and photo of who was coming. The Licensed Technician Aurelio Lopez Jr. came out. He was also pleasant to speak with. He repaired my water heater vent pipe in the garage and then checked it in the attic, he tested my water pressure and showed me where my water shutoffs were in case of an emergency. Aurelio also gave me insight as to what things I could do on my own.I will gladly call again for their services. It is nice to have a tech who is knowledge with a heart of a teacher.

Everything about the service was top-notch. I called to make an appointment, I was asked about the issues and history for each of them, then asked what my preferred schedule would be for the service call. I set the day and time and received a confirmation right away. I received a few reminders about the upcoming service visit, including a link to follow Jorge on his way to my home about a half hour before his arrival. Once he arrived, I went back over the three issues I was having. We discussed options and he then generated a quote for fixing the issues. I had him fix two of them and he went the extra mile and wrapped the pipes with insulation for me. This was a great experience and although not cheap (what hasn’t gone up lately), I believe I received good value for the cost. I will be calling Plumbing Outfitters for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Kyle and Dylan came out and resolved a problem that had been playing our bathtub since we moved into this home, and had the issue fixed within the hour. They educated me on exactly what the problem was, and made sure that I had no other concerns or questions by the end. They were kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable regarding their craft. The bill was absolutely 100% worth paying, and I would call on them in the future for any further issues. 10 out of 10 service, keep up the great work guys!

To start, I had a leak in the yard. I went to yelp and asked for bids. Several companies including this company bid. They were not the lowest bid for the work, but I remembered how professional and courteous Melvin was when he came by to do a site visit and submitted his estimate. Later I talked to Melvin and we discussed that he will be selected to do the work. In my yard I had a water leak about 8 months ago and the yard was still a mess from that. Previous plumbing company was a nightmare. Melvin and his assistant came out, dug where the previous repair was because that is where logically when the water was coming from. The leak wasnt there. Melvin and his assistant began searching for the leak and found it. They dug up the line, repaired it and put mud back. They left the yard neat and the line repaired. They only took about 2 hours to do the repair. I am happy with their work and will be using them again in the future.

Jorge and Seth came out and installed a water heater. I needed it done quickly since other contractors were coming out the next day. I didnt accept the quote until 2 pm, and they arrived at 5pm with all the needed supplies, and worked until 8pm on the water heater and a sink leak. They did a great job, and charged me a bit under the quote. 100% happy on everything, and grateful they worked late. Service is their middle name. Glad to recommend.

This was the best experience working with the two gentlemen, that I’ve had since I moved back to SunCity. They arrived on time. We discussed the plumbing issues for the installation of my water softener. They returned a few hours later with the equipment needed. The plumbing installation was done neatly. The gentleman answered a the questions I had. They left the area where the work was done clean as well as the area in my garage. Thank you for your excellent service. Called Plumbing Outfitters based on a friend’s recommendation regarding a clogged kitchen sink after a difficult experience with another company. Appointment making was easy and the person taking the call was willing answer the questions of an anxious homeowner who had been burned by a plumbing company before.Christopher came out, listened to my drainage concerns, and gave me multiple options with upfront pricing and exactly what would be done. He gave his thoughts about what was likely to be causing our issue but I never felt overly pressured to choose one option over another.I made my selection for how to proceed. He gathered the equipment and got to work. Drain was opened quickly, camera was run to verify the clean out and to see if we had other issues. Christopher made sure to show me the camera going down, point out structures in the pipe, and where the clog had formed. We talked about why there had been residual issues after the previous company AND what we could do as a homeowner moving forward to keep our drain flowing better.Not only was there a great job doing the work correctly but also with communication from the company as a whole. Christopher took great care of our plumbing issue, our property, and cleanup duties were on point. Pricing was reasonable and felt on par for the job being done. There were no surprises there.I would call on Plumbing Outfitters first should we need a plumber again.

My primary concern was a leak, but I wasn’t sure if it was coming from the main pipe or the irrigation system. The technician who helped us was very respectful and gave us five different options with different price ranges, for replacing our water heater. This was the second time I used Plumbing Outfitters. The first time, the owner, who came to our house, gave me an honest evaluation of the problem with our shower, and my husband was actually able to replace the handle himself. That built trust, and I didnt feel taken advantage of, as if it was something only they could fix, so I called again when our water heater started leaking.

Chris and Dylan were very professional, thoughtful and detailed with their assessment. After viewing the disposal they gave me three options and explained each one thoroughly. They did not give me any pressure at all, but yet helped me finalize the best path to move forward with the disposal. I called in the AM and they were able to come that afternoon. The company sent a picture and a brief annotate about Chris so I would be knowledgeable of who was coming in my house. They were on time and fixed the issue promptly. After they replaced the dispoal they cleaned everything up and left the area spotless. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Chris and Dylan!

Well we had a plumbing emergency. It’s December 26th at around 5:00 pm and the shower won’t stop and the cartridge inside is stripped. I tried everything I know to do which should be a few things since I was a construction project manager for several years. Anyway. Long story short broken plumbing the night after Christmas should have cost thousands to fix I had worried. My wife called you and 45 minutes later a kind, well adjusted young man, Matt showed up asked all the best questions, did the work and was on his way in no time. NO EMERGENCY PRICING just a job well done quickly at a fair price. Six stars.

Came home to a leaking water softener, made a few inquires on Yelp for repairs. I had another company come out first to diagnose, but they didn’t quite have the expertise and said they’d have to get back to me. In the meanwhile, I kept searching and Plumbing Outfitters was next on the list. They came out the next morning, Kyle - is as professional as they come. AND they had the resources to diagnose the issue. They were able to identify the part needed to fix the issue and gave me estimates on the spot. They did NOT even try to push any additional services and it was actually MY idea to replace the whole (aging) system.It took a couple of days for the new water softener to get in (I purchased it myself from Home Depot), Plumbing Outfitters worked around the delivery from Home Depot, insuring that I was an priority to perform the install for me.Kyle messaged me the morning of the install and asked if he could come EARLIER than the initial time frame. Who has heard of this? Being early? Kyle explaned what he would do and he was able to fix the leak that same afternoon. Kyle showed me pictures of the leaking manifold and gave me a fair quote for the repairs. While he was here he flushed out the water heater and did an inspection of the main drain. Great job Kyle and Plumbing Outfitters.

Jorge Reyes did an outstanding job figuring out creative solutions after an additional connection to the supply line failed due to rust while he worked on the problem. He provided clear communication of the issues and challenges throughout the work and did a great job of outlining the pros and cons of various solutions. In the end the solution we both agreed on worked out well and the quality of work was excellent. I hope I don’t have a problem in the future that requires a trustworthy plumber, but I know I’ll call Plumbing Outfitters again if I do.

He took a look at the issue, asked me questions, listened to what I had to say. When the source of the leak wasn’t apparent he brought out a little snake camera and was able to look inside the wall without cutting into the drywall in order to diagnose the issue. He let me see inside my wall and really understand the issue going on. He left the place clean, and I grateful for his work and expertise. I will absolutely call Plumbing Outfitters again if the need arises, and will recommend them to friends.Update (September 2021): Called Plumbing Outfitters for a quote to convert a tub/shower combo to a shower only, which requires relocating the drain, re-piping the shower and installing a new valve body, and also relocating a vent pipe. Kyle came out to give the quote. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, looked at everything and sent me a quote straight away. I was very pleased with the price as it was a fair amount less than a competitor’s bid, and I know I can trust Plumbing Outfitters to do a fantastic job. The pipes and drains were subsequently moved, all the work looks fantastic, I’m very pleased.Update (October 2021): Had Plumbing Outfitters switch all of our sink and toilet shut offs from the old valves to quarter-turn ball valves, and install one new toilet. The work was all done cleanly and efficiently. The technicians were friendly, courteous, and excellent at their job.Update (June 2023): Plumbing Outfitters was running a drain special and my bathroom tub and sink had been draining slowly, I called right away and they got me on the schedule right away. Dustin came and had everything fixed in no time. He asked if there was anything else we needed, and offered to give a quick check of our water heater (which always makes me nervous, being up in the attic). As always we were given courteous service with excellent skill, the bathroom was left tidy, and I never felt pressured into extra work I didn’t need. I love everyone at Plumbing Outfitters!Update (October 2024): Needed another drain cleared, Noah came out and did the job. Just as with every single technician I’ve dealt with over the last 4 years, Noah was prompt, friendly, professional, informative, and did great work.

I LOVe Plumbing Outfitters!! They are the BEST! I’ve been lucky I’ve never had any real problems with my plumbing; just some minor things fixed, searched for a leak (they didn’t find one, but he figured out what the problem is) and a water test. They do quality work, have good prices, are honest and reliable, and they are the nicest people around! Their customer service is stellar!! You won’t be sorry!!An update - they are still 5 stars (more if I could give more). Carlos came out and replaced the gas shutoff valve in the kitchen. They arrived on time and did a great job (now I can shut off the gas to the stove without a sledgehammer it get through the gunk)! I still love them and I still say hire them for your plumbing!!!ANOTHER update - They are 10 stars now and are literally my heroes!! They came to replace the kitchen faucet and smelled gas!! I’m all plugged up from allergies and can hardly smell at all right now. They found a gas leak in the furnace! Who knows how bad that could have turned out! Melvin an Mathew arrived on time and installed a new tankless water heater. They installed all new plumbing and were able to reuse the vent and drainage. They installed a recirculation device in our furtherest bath which used to take forever to get hot water. They cleaned our faucet filters and now we have good water pressure and fast hot water. The explained everything and cleaned up their work area. Highly recommend. Maybe not the cheapest but you pay for quality.

To say that plumbing outfitters exceeded expectations is an understatement. We had to have our entire sewer line replaced and through a painstaking process of trying to contact the city back and forth to get additional work done that would be needed to continue our project, plumbing outfitters followed up often to let us know that they hadn’t forgotten about our project and if there was anything they could help with to let them know. The days that they were able to continue working, they did a phenomenal job and it was done in a very timely manner. No disappointments or let downs with this company.
