Someone drove over my septic distribution box and busted the pipe. I call then early in the morning and he was over here within 30 minutes to check it out. Everything ended up being fine but the responsiveness and eagerness to check it out was amazing. Definitely impressed!

They were referred to me by my realtor. While not present for the perc test, they sent me pics and video via cellphone so that I could easily see what they were talking about. Payment was done via Zellepay and a receipt was provided. Very professional, and very easy to work with.

Chase and the guys are top notch. Very fast and most importantly, the septic system was done right. They use the best materials and parts which is rare around here. They used actual septic drain field rock where everyone else around is using cinders - which will fail much sooner. They did a very nice install. Final inspection in the morning and theyll get the rest closed up. They are taking the time to put the soil and grade back properly. Its looking great!And theyre nice guys too! 😀

We have just recently completed a chamber system install with Chase and Derick at Under Pressure Plumbing Septic.This project completion has been a long time coming, due to changes we had to make as the landowners with the location of our septic. Chase, Derick and their team have been excellent to work with throughout this entire process. They have been responsive, explained everything every step of the way, provided answers to all of our questions, and just generally gone out of their way to be exceedingly helpful during this project.We cannot recommend Under Pressure Plumbing Septic enough.

Unfortunately, the land I was going to buy failed the perc test, but because of them, I saved myself from a really expensive deal that would have cost me a lot of money. Above all the rest! Derrick did a fantastic job trying to get a piece of property to perc. He worked with us in different locations on the property to try and make it happen for us. Certainly isn’t the “Dig 3 holes and leave Tech”! He tried for hours to help us. Even going through some treacherous terrain at times! Unfortunately it was just a giant shelf of rock! We appreciate his skilled efforts and professionalism!!!

Hired them for a new septic system for undeveloped property. Derrick was awesome giving advice on the best layout and type of system to meet our goals. The work was done impeccably and fast. John is a wizard with the evcavator and didnt hurt any of my trees, he was super careful. Chase bent over backwards to make sure everything was beyond our expectations. Chase & Derick completely installed a new septic system at our house. A competitor quoted us much more money, and said they would remove both fences (and not replace), would not fix any lawn irrigation that they had to break through, and they were planning to just tie into and extend the existing leach field (which we suspected was failing).But Chase and Derick managed to do the job by just digging underneath the fence, confirmed that the old leach field was failing, put in a whole new system, and got the whole thing finished in such a short time, and they stuck to their original quoted price. They fixed all irrigation that they had to work through, and were great about keeping us up to date on the progress.They knew my family was in a bind with this project, and they worked one of the days almost entirely in the rain to get it done. You wont regret using this company, their focus is 100% on customer service.
