    FIVE STARS! Thanks guys for the excellent job replacing our over 30 year old flimsy 1/4 gas line tap for our new gas dryer. The two man crew was professional, did a great job and the price was reasonable. Would recommend again to anyone. We feel safer now knowing we have a robust professionally done line we no longer have to worry about.I chose these guys because I have been in their store a few times and they seem to have everything a licensed plumber would need - I have bought faucet parts from them, if they dont have it they can get it or tell you where you can.

    Mark was extremely helpful. I was looking for expertise in buying the right toilet. I had some back up issues partially because 0.5 gallons per flush (bought cheap toilet and my kids have to hold the handle down 8 seconds to get the full 1.28 gal/flush). Mark was patient and answered all my questions and got the parts and toilet I needed next day. Thanks Mark keep up the good work.

    This place is great! Tom came out and updated the pipes that supply gas to our dryer and stove. Even though I know nothing about plumbing, I immediately noticed the difference when using the stove. The burner flames are strong and even now. I am grateful to S&W Plumbing for getting everything up to code and safe in our home.

    Very nice person at the desk. He knows lots about plumbing, I needed a 3 plug for my basement main drainout. The one I bought at a big box hardware store did not work. I brought my drain plug and he found the one I needed very fast.One star lost because this store smells like smoke. Which I think is crazy that people will smoke in their own store and make it smell terrible.Also the 1 star person a has a point as the person at the desk does not wear a mask. This is May 2020 and maybe he is vaccinated.

    I went in looking for an old diverter stem after spending a few hours at bigger hardware stores and failing to find a proper replacement. It took less than a minute for them to find the right replacement and less than 5 for me to put in. Definitely coming here again next time I need to do some light home plumbing repairs.

    From the owner Mark to all who work with him, they were very courteous, helpful and professional. Tom did the plumbing work at my elderly Moms home and she couldnt have asked for better. She was so pleased Tom fixed a plumbing issue that another plumbing company charged her for, but didnt fix properly. She also said Tom was incredibly polite and careful to protect the cosmetic finish on her fixtures. She even enjoyed hearing Tom humming while he worked.The fee for S & W plumbing services was very fair.WE WILL DEFINITELY USE S&W PLUMBING FOR ALL OUR FUTURE PLUMBING NEEDS.

    I needed a new burner assembly for my water heater. Went to a few other places first and was told they dont have parts for my brand (American Water Heater Company). They said the same thing, but gave me a phone number to call at least. Got the part, and had a few questions on it. I had a few questions on the part so I went back up and talked to the same guy. Very informative. Now my water heater is back on, and I cant wait to take a warm shower again!

    I needed to replace three shower stem packing units from 1956 from when the house was originally built. I went to ACE Hardware and Home Depot and was told that I would have to try and figure out what hardware I need from a magazine. Mark from S&W helped me match up all the hardware and even had new handles and stem covers to replace the old ones that were damaged from previous home owners. I would highly recommend S&W as your first stop. Even if multiple trips are necessary, which sometimes are when dealing with plumping, you are always dealing with someone who cares and will make it right!

    Being referred to S & W Plumbing was better than finding gold at the end of the rainbow. After spending a full day at the Big stores with no success to replace a tub faucet stem, the gentleman at Lowes recommended S&W. They had the correct part and was fixed in a matter of minutes..     Discovered these guys on a Saturday past 12:00 when everyone else is closed, so I was simply lucky to go there the first time, where they instantly recognized the cartridge I needed, allowing me to turn the water back on in my house that day.From the first experience, I decided to return to get the parts needed for a sink project. In about five minutes based on my simple drawing, the guy working the counter had a solution engineered for me and ready to go with a complete, logical explanation of where all the bits and pieces go. I’ve never gotten that type of service at the big boxes.They know I’m not a pro, and I know I’m not a pro, but they don’t treat me like some foreign object off the street, and I really appreciate that. This is definitely my go-to plumbing store from now on.

    This place is my go to place for plumbing. They sell original parts. All of the hardware stores sells the junk Danco replacement parts. You do the repair, fixtures still leak. The original replacement parts works, no leaks. You may pay a little bit more but it is worth it to do the repairs right the first time.
