Had Pauleys out this past Sunday for a blockage in our drain. Matt did an awesome job of getting it cleared and telling us the unfortunate news no homeowner wants to hear. You need a new sewer pipe. When Matt returned Monday to quote the repair, the issue was even worse, more flooding. But he was able to clear it yet again and gave us a very honest assessment and quote. Pauleys was the only company that responded to my dire request for help on a Sunday. For that we are forever grateful. I called or messaged at least 5 companies. Thanks Matt for all your help, I highly recommend Matt and Pauleys plumbing. They are honest, friendly, helpful and fair.

Barely a week into our new home and we had sewage backing into our basement. They responded within an hour and where there to assess the situation and give their professional opinions. And about an hour later Kevin was down there tearing out and replacing all of the old rotted pipes. Very hard and diligent workers, very professional. With minimal assistance he was able to complete the job with periodic updates as to how it was going. Even offered to fix a couple of odd things here and there. Would recommend 👌 as new home owner we were not looking to spend a fortune to not have sewage in our basement and they seemed very fair and were able to work with us as best they could. We will be using this company again in any future plumbing jobs. We thought we would be with no help for at least a week and they came through for us very promptly. Kevin did an awesome job and is a very diligent worker

Kevin came out from Pauleys Sewer & Drain to install two bathroom faucets. Kevin was great, helped us pick out a nice set of new faucets, and did the installation very efficiently. My moms croc started collapsing on Saturday and we had a big mess of mud in the sump croc. She called numerous plumbers and the only one who called back was Brandon Pauley. My dad s 101years old, Kevin was WONDERFUL! He listend to my dad’s concerns he explained everything to my dad (sometimes twice). 2 years after a knee deep basement flood, and several companies saying everything was perfectly fixed, we had 3 flash floods. Finally, we experienced a 4th flood, but this time with a toddler introduced. We couldnt risk it happening again, and we finally landed on Pauleys. Chris and Kevin might well be Undertaker and Kane, because these boys were the brothers of destruction when it came to eliminating the root problem. From sun up to sun down, they assured me they would find anything and everything they could to prevent this from happening again, to make sure our little one stayed safe and they did just that and more. They found hidden things other plumbers couldnt, and rectified the issues while thoroughly explaining each procedure to make sure we didnt feel out of the loop or lied to. And the best part? We barely even broke the bank for all the hard work they put it. Most other companies charged us nearly their full fee for 1/4th the work. Theyre knowledgeable, friendly, and at this point, family because if theres every any problems we see in the future, or can refer someone we know, were calling Pauleys, no thoughts or questions asked. 11/10 service. Five stars! When I needed a pipe unclogged, Pauleys came to the rescue. So when the underground pipes in my backyard colapsed, I was glad to have a company I could trust to turn to once again. They did a full replacement, and didnt charge me extra even though they had to dig extra deep to reach them. The guys worked all day and even into the evening to ensure Id have running water - all this within 24 hours of my initial service call. I have never had a plumber that cleaned up after themselves before, but they did. I had no worries about the safety of my pets or child playing in the yard afterwards. When I needed a follow-up visit, they were there right away, and didnt charge me even though it was an issue that was not directly related to the original job. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was explained in a way that was easy to understand, well also respectful. Best part: reasonable prices. Ive also referred them to friends and co-workers, who were also very satisfied. Highly recommend!

After another plumber fell through, I reached out to Pauleys in desperation at 6 am. In three hours, I was supposed to have water heater disconnected in preparation for a larger project in the basement. The whole project was in danger of falling apart, at a considerable expense to me. Pauleys immediately set me at ease, We can do that. Within two hours, they had completed the job. They were in and out before the other crew even showed up. They saved the day.

We called Paul, Kevin, and his crew (Pauley plumbing, sewer & drain cleaning) after finding 6 inches of water in our basement. He was able to come out the same day within a few hours. He found two busted pipes and worked on the basement from 11a-11p. He takes pride in his work and ensures everything is clean and tidy when he leaves. He offered to move my things around for me since I am unable to. Paul, Kevin and his crew moved my washer and other things for me and stacked them very neat. Once the cement dried, he came back the next day and put everything back the way he found it for me. In such a horrible time, I am glad I called Paul. He made the process so much easier for me to handle and lifted a weight off my shoulders.

We were having problems with our kitchen drain and I called on Sunday morning around 8 am and Pauley answered the phone. He said he could be out within an hour to come and snake out our drain. The minute he walked in our door he was friendly and professional. He went to take a look and unbeknown to us we had so much more of a problem than we anticipated. He fixed the immediate problem to get us through the rest of the weekend and scheduled the rest of the job to be finished on Tuesday morning. Pauley (who showed up with a smile) showed up on time, and got right to work. The whole drain pipe, along with all our pipes and the garbage disposal all had to be replaced. He never stopped working the entire time he was here. He showed us everything as he went so that we could see for ourselves what the problem(s) was. I could not have wanted a better experience than the one that we had. Excellent A+ Service.. I called Pauley’s Plumbing to help with my Mothers plumbing issues of an Faulty sump pump that flooded out and drowned out her hot water tank .. Paul Pauley called me back right away and said he would come out to help us.. He was here within an half hour. He pulled up the sump pump ( which looked like an old artifact dug up from the Titanic) lol..Paul Pauley gave us a quote price on a replace sump pump and New Hot water heater and new shut off Valves.. and upon our acceptance he had his crew here doin the work.. We had a backed up drain on Friday afternoon. They were the only ones who could show up in two hours instead of before Monday! Matt came right out and we thought we had it cleared. We tested it with excess water and seemed to be draining correctly. Had another small backup on Sunday night, so I called on Monday and Pauley answered and was a gem. He talked to Matt and they came right back out. Matt put the big cutter attachment on and took it all the way through in forward and reverse. Drain is cleared now. We were told they could start right away, but probably wouldnt be able to finish until the following day. So we decided to just have them start fresh in the morning on Monday.They gave me a quote for the work, and the next morning they showed up bright and early and finished everything later that afternoon.They pretty much had to replumb our entire bathroom, and they were quick and efficient.Would highly recommend Pauleys for any plumbing issues you may have.

Amazing Experience with Pauleys Sewer & Drain. My parents basement was flooded and we called two different companies before Pauleys, both of them gave us estimates over the phone without knowing what the problem was. Yesterday I had a clogged toilet that I struggled with for almost 2 hrs! I was exhausted and overwhelmed. I called a few places but no one could come because it was Sunday evening. A few years ago we had a clogged pipe leading out to the front sewer, they replaced the pipe AND put my landscaping back where it was.
