Dominic and crew came out to replace my clogged galvanized pipes from my bathtub to the main stack with PVC. Overall a great job at an amazing price and would call again.Price: Very reasonable and stayed true to the original estimate with no surprises.Timing: Came out within a few days to provide an estimate and once I gave the approval for the job they were back the following morning.Quality: Everything looks up to code and they were extra thorough to check for leaks. Even came out an extra time when I noticed a small drip which ended up being unrelated to the original job. Just needed to fix some caulk and grout after they pointed it out.Cleanliness: The mess left behind in my crawlspace was the only minor complaint but not enough to detract. I understand its impossible to replace pipes without some degree of a mess, but my encapsulated crawlspace was originally clean and afterwards there were some stains and debris left behind. The owner took responsibility and offered to send out a cleaning crew but I took care of it myself. Picture shows after my cleaning.

They came out in a hurry today on new years eve. There schedule was extremely busy today because of storms an might not get to me. Me an my wife had our son on 23rd once I told them my situation with my newborn they had someone in my basement in 1 hr.. no question. Seriously cant recommend them enough on there urgency, professionals, big thanks to Eric that make out extremely fast an did every thing he could. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Joel and Chuck did a fantastic job listening to what I wanted and matched everything perfectly to what I already had. Charles& Erion,of Best Plumbing, are excellent, they converted all my waterlines,in my 81 year old house, to pex,there were many unexpected surprises but they completed everything to my satisfaction, I requested Charles & Erion ,again, after they put in a new utility sink and converted a cast iron drain to PVC a month earlier, they are coming back this Tuesday to install a toilet in my upstairs, with 3 people in my house, it is much needed, any time I have any plumbing needs, I will request them again07/26/2024Charles and Erion came back as scheduled, the intent was to put a toilet in my upstairsbut because of different pipe diameters would have been cost prohibitive, so plan B was initiated, now it had to installed in my basement,quickly they discovered they couldnt connect to the existing pipeline and jack hammered a reroute ,also another surprise, a hole in the original pipe, after laying the new PVC pipe, they covered the pipe ditch with the existing dirt and pea gravel then quikcrete, they came back 5 days later to finish installing the toilet and vanitywe were extremely pleased with the resultand the completion of a job well done after the many unexpected problemsThere wasnt any problem they couldnt solveIf I have any other plumbing needs Charles and Erion are on speed dialNow an 81 year old house has a much needed half bath

Im very happy with the new faucet, undersink filter and shutoff valves that were installed by Julian and Lance! They called early to let me know the time frame they would be here, and then confirmed 20 minutes out. There are no leaks, the work space is neat, and I love the new faucet and the turnoff valves are easy to turn. Also, I got a next-day appointment.

Most recently we had Sean and Chad out to do some work on a gurgling kitchen drain that had to be rerouted. They even pointed out other pipes I should probably repair or replace in the future, without being pushy. It was nice to have repairmen who made me feel like they actually cared about my wellbeing. Best Plumbing got me out of a bad situation on the same day!! Other places I called couldn’t get me in till the following week! Tub handle broke, could not turn off water all the way so water kept running at a good clip and the shut off valves to tub didn’t work! They were out within a few hours of my call and put in new tub fixtures and shut off valves! Erik & Nick did an awesome job!! Highly recommend!!

I had a huge job with doing a full rough-in for a full bathroom in my basement along with all waterlines, main stack replacement, hot water tank upgrade, all new plumbing for my existing bathroom and kitchen along with basically full sewer line replacement. They showed up not long after my call that my garbage disposal died. It was replaced with a new one. Works fine.As an aside, once the plumber left, I decided to run the dishwasher Nothing happened…….I opened the cabinet under the sink and saw that the dishwasher had been unplugged by the plumber for some reason. ???? Plugged it in and started it and all it would do is flash F4 and then F8 over and over and over again. Called the plumber and was told that he had no idea why that happened but it had nothing to do with them. I have to buy a new dishwasher. Not happy. The dishwasher worked just fine the day before. I suppose it could be that the garbage disposal and the dishwasher coincidentally died on the same day but seriously, what are the odds???🤷‍♀️

Beat plumbing came in, said they believe they would just have to change one section and if they needed to go further they would. They came, did the work and just like they said they only needed to change a section. They showed me their work as they were doing it! Nice, very professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend Best Plumbing. We had a unforeseeable mystery water leak...but no signs of water on laundry room floor. Erik identified the source of the puzzling water leak in the laundry room. Erik and Nick resolved the issue, unfortunately the water leak caused mold growth inside the wall and some carpet in family room. I was surprised to learn that Best Plumbing is certified in mold remediation. Erik and Nick were able to effectively remove the mold and remove carpet out of the house. Julian and Lance came to replace our hot water tank after it stopped working. Julian helped us get a better price deal on a new tank plus toilet. They had previously fixed our old toilet but we knew we needed a new one. The first hot water tank they brought was damaged and had to be replaced. He seemed very concerned that we had no hot water. Julian tried hard to get a new tank the same day to replace the damaged one but was unable to. He also helped me clean up some water that had leaked from the old tank. He kept us informed about everything every step of the way! We never had to call him! He got a new tank in here within a couple of days but the tank would not heat. Again Julian was on top of it, working hard along with Brian to have Electricians out to the house to get it running. We were so pleased with this excellent service! It felt like a VIP service! All of the men involved were top notch! Julian was super, a real people person. They r professional, courteous, smart, concerned and try hard to give the best deal. All of that work would’ve worn me out but Julian kept that positive momentum! In fact Julian, Lance and Brian kept me laughing the whole time! Kudos to them. Their Electricians did a good job too…thanks Gary, great attitude and a real people person! Julian and his brother Dominick along with Sheldon did a great job installing toilets for us. The floor around both toilets looks neat and professional! We love the toilets especially the one Julian installed. I’d like to take a selfie with that one…so pretty‼️. Classy‼️

Last week I attempted to clean a pipe under the sink that then disconnected from the wall. I called them and they said they couldn’t be out until the next morning, which I understood. When I called the next morning to confirm, they weren’t sure if they were able to come out that day, but given my urgency they were able to have someone there within the hour.Unfortunately, the job proved to be far more complicated than my initial call had suggested and they presented me a few different options and I chose the option that would do the job right the first time instead of putting a band aid on it.The price seemed reasonable for the work being done.They came out two days later and worked diligently for two days answering all my questions, keeping me aware of when I could and couldn’t be able to use the sink/toilet and even quickly did another fix when a separate leak was discovered. Everything is in great working order and I can already tell a difference in how the sink drains compared to how it was before.Highly recommended.

I rent out my two upstairs bedrooms to airbnb, so you can imagine when the drain clogged that it was a matter of high importance! This happened around 3 pm on Wednesday, and I had two guests arriving on Thursday at 3 pm. After vigorously plunging the toilet (not realizing I was making matters worse) and not getting anywhere, I searched Google for a plumber. Best Plumbing had a good rating, so I gave them a call. They said they could be there by nine or ten the next morning. I was a little nervous due to my short time frame until my guests arrived so I called them the next morning at 9:30 and was told it could be anywhere between 10am - 4pm. Tony & Lorenzo @ Best Plumbing Saved the day !!!My water heater would not turn on and we did not have hot water, they came and checked everything on the water heater and it had no spark. They reset the gas valve and like magic we had hot water again. They saved us $1800 for a new water heater. Wow we are so thankful. I called them on the morning of 03/24/2023 within hours they had a tech out and repaired my problem, I had called a so called 24 hour service the morning before and set up an appointment and after leaving work early to make the appointment they never showed, when I called them 5 times they said someone was on the way, but 5 times they wrote the phone number wrong and tried to blame me and everything in the world rather than admit fault , Im extremely glad they didnt come, I got to meet Best plumbing and their great customer service and abilities , I can say I will recommend Best to everyone, I know out of the 7 shops we run if a need arises Best plumbing will get the call! Now customer for life.After a lot of time and multiple attempts trying to clear my 1939 sewer line of roots, they put a camera down the line. Determined the exact spot and depth the drain tiles had shifted or collapsed by the city connection. They did not charge me for the camera and gave me a $14K quote to dig up my backyard and fix the problem. But both the tech and Brian from the office called to tell me about a subsidized city program which might fix it if it is near the main.A trip to the city showing their findings resulted in a $2500 fee which Dearborn will even split to my city taxes over several years. The city fellow also said $14K quote was very good price for private work if I wanted it done right away. I can have slow drains for a few weeks for the $11-12k which Best could have pocketed by doing the work.I should also mention unlike others I called, they picked up the phone and came out within a few hours. Great job and highly recommend.

I called to ask if they could help me with installing an item on my outdoor faucet and they told me the name of the part that I needed and that it was a quick 2 minute fix. They said theyd prefer to not charge me for something thats basic but to call back if I needed help. It really was as simple as putting a hose on a faucet and I appreciate them being honest about it. Id use their services anytime.

Really great service. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen and Julian and Jordan were called on Friday and were out here on Monday! They were even nice to the dog!
