    The gentleman was very nice. He arrived on time, and the quality of the work was professional. However, a 30 minute job cost five cost $536. The plumber said no matter how long he was there, if it was 10 minutes or 8 hours, that’s the fee. That is highway robbery!

Some contacted us back came out give a price and never arrived when they said they wanted to do the install, but these guys have it going on

    Our plumber was James and honestly I could ask from anybody else. He was kind, friendly and easy to work with. My family had a stopped up toilet and drains. He was able to take care of them at ease. He was quick and efficient. I Would highly recommend the Pink Plumber and especially James!     My Technician was James Rivera who worked on my plugged bathroom sink drain as well as replacing the dripping backyard spiget. He knew immediately what the solutions were and was able to address both issues. I found him knowlegeable, efficient, very professional and personable. Ashley J. kept me updated on the status of the appointment and James called me the morning of. Its so nice to have my sink draining freely again and everything working as should be.

    Working with the Pink Plumber has been a very worry free process. Scheduling was easy. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. Geoff called about an hour before arrivals so we had time to prepare. Geoff was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. In addition to performing the services, he was very courteous and wore shoe covers around the house so as not to track dirt throughout. That was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Overall, was a great experience.

    From the first phone call I made to schedule an appointment until the job was complete everyone I had contact with was very professional and personable. The scheduling process was fast and efficient and everything happened as promised. I received calls when a technician was available letting me know he was on his way.     Alex P. With the Pink Plumber was exceptional. He worked diligently to resolve my main line clog. He was able to repair the issue for me within an hour. He did everything he could to help save me money on the job but when push came to shove, we ended up calling in the big guns. I really love this company.     When we had an issue with our toilet, Pink Plumber was the only company I would call. While this was a minor plumbing issue, we have used them in the past to fix our septic system and empty it every few years. Our technician that came out today, Cecil was very nice, professional and very well mannered (he said yes maam); you dont see this very often. I highly recommend Cecil and the Pink Plumber!

    Angel was prompt, talked over what needed to be done, gave a quote which was right in line with 3 other quotes I got when asked when it could be done he said right nowwhich was the closer on the job. He had to remove the toilet from floor cleaned up all the problems left behind by original plumber and had job done within a hour and yes it works great and when he left everything was clean. Id call them in a minute next time I have a problem.

    TJ with the Pink Plumber was awesome, I wont call anyone else but him from now on. I had what 3 other plumbers thought was a very complicated problem and got quotes up to $10,000 for repairs. TJ took the time to do a very thorough investigation to understand the situation and resolved it immediately. He even took the time to walk me through what he was doing, why, and educated me on my homes plumbing. Hes a really good guy. Overall an A+ experience. I only wish I contacted them the first time.

    The pink plumber and Felix were extremely helpful and respectful. I needed my water heater replaced in an emergency today and he was able to come out and replace it in a matter of hours on a Saturday. From my initial call with Kianna who called to provide me with the technicians name, Richard as well as the time of his arrival to Richards level of service once he arrived at my home, the service was exemplary. Richard took the time to explain what he would be doing as it related to my requested repairs and proactively identified other issues that had the potential to be problems in the future.     When I called the Pink Plumber to schedule an appointment to see about replacing a water heater, Kianna H was able to send someone out, Alex P, THE SAME DAY! Alex looked at was needed, and thoroughly went over all the details, explaining everything and answering my questions. I agreed to the project and he was able to install a new water heater the next day. Because it went so well, I had Alex replace another water heater the following day. You’d never know he was even here. He worked efficiently and the area was cleaner when he was done than before. Excellent service at a fair price. Alex was thorough, careful and friendly. Just great! The Pink Plumber is fortunate to have both Kianna and Alex. I highly recommend them. I was expecting the worst and got the best.

    Excellent service. Enjoyed speaking with Richard Q. He was very friendly, relatable and knowledgeable. He arrived the same evening as the call and completed the job the next morning. Very satisfied with my replaced toilet.Edit: 9 months later, replaced another toilet and had Pink Plumber first in mind. Within 2 days of the call, Richard was able to handle the replacement. Once again enjoyed having him as my plumber. Very transparent about current conditions and long term benefits to any suggestions.

    I had my new LG refrigerator delivered when I discovered my water connection wasnt going to work. Plus my 36 yr old water turn-off valve was bad. Felix cut it out of the wall , added a new box and connector and got the new line connected to my fridge. EXCELLENT job.

    I called to get a quote for a water heater and he gave me a reasonable quote but I still couldn’t afford it at the time. He noticed that was vacuuming every 20 to 30 minutes cause the water was still leaking from the bottom so he went above and beyond and bypassed my water heater. I had an outside faucet he replace for me even though I didn’t call for it but seeing how he saved me a headache with my water heater I felt comfortable and could afford that minor fix. Thanks Felix for being very professional and going above and beyond for me.

    I have a water softener that was pumping out water every evening. I called and was able to get the technician out the same day. Anytime I’ve had an issue the response time is very quick. I also like that they send the same technician out each time so they are familiar with the setup and having the same technician improves customer confidence. Zachery is always friendly and explains everything.

    Richard was fantastic courteous and very professional had used him before for a hot water heater and for servicing. This time needing 3sinks and faucets and other thing we had discussed and needed well he did this all in one day also brought a 2 piece shower head which I needed but thought I could clean the old one.     We urgently needed assistance with multiple projects in the house and were told by other companies that it would be at least a week before they could see us. The Pink Plumber Team came out the very same day we called them! Our Professional Marcus came to the house with an amazing wealth of knowledge and the greatest attitude in the World!     Just had Michael Gregorio stop by our home to do an estimate for a gas water heater and I couldn’t tell you how wonderful he was!! He walked us through the process of replacing the gas lines, heater and possibly adding a softener since Florida water is not the best. He provided 2 options and never made us feel like we had to move forward immediately, which we truly appreciate. He was also very conversational and provided an awesome customer experience to new home owners! I recommend having him or anyone on his team come by!

    Pink Plumber was fast and responsive. Once they confirmed that there was a technician on the way, we got a text with our technicians name and a photo so I knew who to expect. Ray E was courteous and listened to me explain the problem. He offered a solution and explained why it would fix our problem and what would happen if it did not. He validated with me that our problem was fixed and we are happily able to use our shower again. Thanks Ray!UPDATE:We had another plumbing issue 18 months later so we decided to call Pink Plumber again. This time we got Michael M. Just like the first time they were timely, didnt push any kind of services we didnt need, and spoke direct. Michael went above and beyond to ensure our problem was diagnosed, and a solution was presented. He made sure everything was resolved before leaving. Youve taken someone who was pleased with your services and turned them into a promoter. Will highly recommend Pink Plumber to anyone in Tampa who needs help.

    This was the absolute best experience. Had emergency situation. Called at 12pm Explained what was wrong. Got an appointment scheduled for 1pm. Technician arrived early. Assessed problem.     Summer did her best and looked at it from several points of view, as it looked like it might become a big job. She tried to give this Disabled senior veteran a good price, though the possibility of it becoming a bigger job, much more money, she gave me some time to figure out what I wanted to do. I got my brother out here who manages the maintenance department of a senior retirement Condo place in town, and he handled the job for me. I was very pleased with Summers professional attitude and ability and would be more than happy to call her at the Pink Plumber should I need them for any other plumbing needs.     There was some confusion early on regarding discussions with the office and then the technician once he arrived on-site regarding the price and the brand to replace our 50 gallon natural gas water heater, but, once we were able to get those resolved, Zachary was very professional and did an excellent job removing our old water heater and installing our new water heater with new connections as well as an associated thermal expansion tank. He also ensured he got us the necessary information to seek a rebate from our local natural gas utility provider.     Fast, reliable service! Needed a new water heater ASAP. Called at lunch on Friday and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours and the project completed that day. Our tech, Felix, was polite, descriptive and knowledgeable. We had never replaced a water heater so he was sure to explain every detail and show us exactly what needed to be done. Not only did we feel confident in his recommendations, we also felt good about his suggestions to change out the old PVC pipes to the heater with new better material and valve that will last longer and reduce up keep in the future. Overall I was very happy with the service from the time I called customer to the final job sign off. I liked that all the paperwork was done digitally and that I received an email with my invoice and photos of the before and after. I would recommend The Pink Plumber and Felix.

    Thomas arrived in a timely manner, appropriately dressed and with a helpful smile on his face. After professionally and thoroughly considering the work at hand he got started and removed an old water softener and repaired a troublesome leak in our old houses copper piping. The work was challenging Im sure as it required many skills, cutting and measuring copper pipe, welding and screwing valves onto pipes not to mention dealing with the odd work that had been done by other owners in this old house. He also replaced an old valve that had frozen and was at risk of maybe failing. He did a most professional, complete and tidy job and was a pleasure to have on our property (work was in the hot as blazes garage)! I would trust him implicitly with any plumbing work I might need, regardless of the scope. I use Pink Plumber exclusively and as I have written before, my only concern is with their pricing. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work but have also always been left wondering if I paid too much. This is no reflection on the technicians - Im quite sure they do not set the prices. But at the end of the day, lets be honest. The truth of the matter is skilled workers are hard to find and when your house is flooding or toilets overflowing, who really cares?     I experienced great service from the Pink Plumber, specifically from Jason Calci. Jason was experienced, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. Best thing for me was that he put everything back the way it was before he started.     From start to finish my experience was excellent. We had a two visit process, but both Mike and David did their job very well. Mike had the easier task of snaking out the clog, but David had a lot of work to do that kept him at our house all day on the Saturday before Easter. Zach L. from the Pink Plumber helped me by digging the old system out and installing a new water filtration system that I am very excited about.     Had the Pink Plumber come out to my home for a problems with a sink in our bathroom. TJ Salvato came out the same day to find out exactly what had to be done. He diagnosed the problem and made suggestions as to what we could do. The choice was to take care of two issues and put in a new faucet. The next morning, he was here at 9:00 and took care of the entire job with a beautiful and clean job. He also verified that there were no problems with the adjoining sing. TJ then did a complete review of all of our plumbing and recommended a solution to our low-power shower and also our very old water softener. We paid with a credit card. There was no charge for just coming to our home as with other plumbers. The pricing was for the “job.”. We also have a bid on a new water filtration system that we are considering.     This is a great company to do business with. I called in the morning and was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. She took my information and scheduled the appointment.     I wish there was a way to rate more than 5 stars because from the first time Richard Q entered our house he was a 10 star person. When he found out that our problem was much bigger than we thought (clogged tub) he took care of the problem quickly. He had to remove our tub and build a shower instead, he had to replace all of our pipes, (50 year old house) and toilet. He did all of these repairs with his 10 star buddy Will. These two kept my bathroom clean the whole time they were tearing stuff up. I would recommend these two to anybody that needs a plumber. The Pink Plumber is the best.     Great experience from call to completion. First contact with Destiny was efficient and courteous, I really appreciated the upfront mention of a service call fee.     My first impression of this company was professionalism! The two ladies I spoke to in the office were friendly and attentive.Then David! Great guy! I had a “plumber” in my home the day before that I asked to leave - David came in and could see my frustration. He quickly said, I want to help you, let me see what I can do. He gave me three options - he fixed my sinks, checked them three different times to make sure they weren’t leaking. Once was after I paid the reasonable bill. Not all plumbers are professional, VERY competent but still friendly. We talked about our dogs, our new furniture and he but his shoe covers on without me asking. I’m going to get their water treatment system and I will ask for David L. Out of Tampa.

    Service was excellent and provided in a timely fashion - would have given 5 stars except that the price was a bit steep. The plumber they sent (Thomas Salvato) was excellent - very thorough, explained what was needed and what he was doing to fix things very well, and made several very helpful recommendations to improve some of the somewhat questionable things the previous owners had done to the houses plumbing. Did a thorough inspection of the houses plumbing components after completion of the intended tasks, and found and fixed a couple of leaks we hadnt even noticed yet. Will definitely ask for him again if the need arises.

    I saw and heard The Pink Plumbers working on my neighbors house. I quickly inquired into the matter at hand and both technicians were very professional and courteous with their responses. I recognized how diligently they worked until the job was completed,about 9 PM or so. Seeing their strong work ethic, I asked if I could have an estimate on some work I needed to have completed in my house.Two days later, Felix came to my home and gave me a very fair estimate on switching out all of the valves and hoses in my house, as well as putting an alarm on my water heater. Again, Felix worked very diligently to complete the tasks in a timely manner. Felix then explained what he had accomplished so that I understood the basis of how the work he completed would benefit my home in the long run, not being plumber savvy myself.     We were extremely happy with our service that we received from our technician Joshua Sayers. Even though things turn into a direction we werent prepared for money-wise, he I was very honest and showed us everything that had problems before he did anything.     Brian Fletcher was on time to replace our leaking water heater and performed the job perfectly for the quoted price even though it was a natural gas heater. Others wanted more to send out a gas certified tech.I do metalsmithing as a hobby and have sweat soldered pipes before. But when I saw that a previous plumber had left a pipe with several joints showing how many times the pipe had been worked on, and it was corroded around the last set of joints, I decided to call a professional.Brian work on the installation and then suggested, but didnt push, that we replace the pipe work and add a new valve that is easier to work. He was concerned about the older joints leaking and I had to agree. It added a little bit of money, but I am so glad that we did! The new swing handle for the ballcock is much easier to use than the round hose handle we had before to cut off the water in an emergency. Even with the added expense, the total was less than what I was quoted by another company for the basic replacement.Brian took the time to show both my husband and I, who were home at different times, how to light the pilot light and explained all of the features. He even gave us information on how to maintain the water heater. He cleanup up his work area (including the leaves that kept blowing in) and was very nice. I felt comfortable having him in my home.

    Woke up Saturday morning to backed up toilet and bathtub. 1st company I called put me on a 2 hr urgent time window but couldnt guarantee. I called Pink Plumber and was greeted nicely by reception who understood our dilemma. She had tech Jason at our door within 2 hrs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the main line was clogged and it wasnt even coming from our condo unit. Jason had to do work above and beyond what his original estimate included. He figured 1-2 hrs but due to unforeseen problems spent over 4 hrs on a tough job. Jason was really nice, worked hard and never tried to solicit or change the estimate. By the way, the 1st company called me back before Jason arrived to see if I had water damage so they could arrange to restore my whole bathroom. What nerve, they couldnt even schedule urgent service. Pink Plumber and Jason was great and will gladly call them again!

    Easy to schedule with a quick response time. The main office helpfully provides a 1-hour heads up when the service tech is on their way. My service tech, Richard, was very professional and quick to diagnose the issue with my electric water heater, which a lot of plumbers wont even look at!     I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking late in the afternoon and called The Pink Plumber. They sent someone out to my house that same evening. He did an inspection, gave me a quote with several options and we agreed on an appointment for the work. I was able to move the appointment date/time to earlier than originally scheduled, which was very helpful. The technician showed up and worked very hard, he did a great job in a shorter amount of time than I anticipated and left the area relatively clean, considering the mess he had to work with.

    Robert Potochney was by far the best plumber we have EVER had. Smart, articulate, well mannered, informative and got the job done. He figured out what was wrong and immediately set to work . When I called for a plumber it was 5:00 pm on a long holiday weekend. the Pink Plumber receptionist was right on it and she also did a really great job. She said we would have a plumber today and we would get an hours notice. before he arrived. We got a notice at 5 pm and before six he was here. He worked diligently for two hours! When he finished I said thank you for coming out so late. He just smiled and told me he loved what he did and knew we were in trouble so he elongated an already long day and came to our rescue. He obviously cares about his customers and he is the best example of a man dedicated to his chosen trade that I have met! Finally, they are the Pink Plumbers because they give part of their earning to help eradicate breast cancer. You can not do better than that! Hire them for all your plumbing needs!
