I can’t say enough good things about Del Air (Simpson). Our AC was not cooling correctly overnight. Del Air was able to send a tech immediately, but our unit was completely frozen over. Richard explained that he couldn’t work on it until it defrosted, and it could take up to 24 hrs. It ended up only taking about 6 hrs, but by then it was the end of the work day. I called to see when someone could come back, Richard said he would take care of it that evening even though it was very late. He worked until after 10pm to ensure we had a cool house for our pets and ourselves to sleep in overnight. I can’t thank him enough for fixing our system so quickly!

THE best experience Ive had with an A/C company. We had them replace our 15 year old Trane system with a more modern one that is keeping our house nice and cool now. The only thing worse than having to spend that kind of money, would have been to have a bad experience with the company we hired to do it. Luckily for us, this was not the case and Simpson. Stephen and James made this a great experience and I cant recommend them enough. Thank you guys so much, we really appreciate the education, effort, smooth install, easy financing, and follow up visit to make sure everything was working correctly for us.

I was in need of an authorized Carrier service technician. After researching the best in the area, Simpson Air came out on top. My visit with John G. was nothing less than stellar. From the moment he arrived he took the time to listen to my concerns before starting any of his checks. John worked very efficiently all while communicating his every step. He took the time to explain everything in great detail and made sure several times that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. John was very personable and easy to talk to and I was very comfortable having him in my home. He even insisted on wearing the shoe covers, which I very much appreciated! Scheduling was also a breeze and the communication from the office was fantastic. You have definitely earned my business and Im looking forward to our next encounter!

The technician (Mr Cox) done an outstanding job servicing our A/C. He explained everything that he done, from cleaning the unit and checking the wires and exhaust, and checked and changed my filter. Then he went outside and done a thorough check and cleaning of the outside unit, checked the Freon and washed the complete unit down. I want to commend him and request that he comes out to serve our system each. And he did explain the benefit of getting the yearly plan versus the one time cleaning, thats why I switched. I’ve had Simpson Air work on my existing systems since I purchased my house in 2012. When my primary system died late in 2020, I had them come out and install a new system along with new ducts. Just the first night alone was like having a whole new house, all the dead zones and poor airflow problems were finally solved. Leonard was great in explaining the different options that made sense for my old 2 story house, and Daniel and Mike were fantastic during the entire install process. I could not recommend them enough!

We wanted to make sure it was working and more importantly that we understood it how it worked, so we asked for a service call from Simpson Air. They clearly sent one of their very best -- John Monaghan -- who took his time to service both of our units and more importantly he took his time to make sure that we knew how to maintain them. He was great -- so much so we made him promise that he would never leave Simpson (youre welcome, management) and that he would be our guy in the future. Highly recommend!

5 stars ONLY because of David Hood! I closed on my new home 12/28/2016. This is the 3rd time Ive had to replace my blower motor. David took the time to thoroughly check everything, and I mean everything he could think to check, to determine the root cause (you would think that the previous tech would have investigated thoroughly after the second time it went bad). Afterwards, David explained (in laymans terms) the probable cause and how it all works together, so I would have a better understanding of what happened. I had to wait a while for the part (during the holidays) so I requested that David return to fix the issue. Not once did I feel that David was being dishonest and I so much appreciate it! You know how hard it is to feel comfortable with businesses these days (it some times feel that they are trying to get over on you). I highly recommend David. He goes above and beyond (the extra mile needed) and I actually saw the determination in him to find the culprit. He really put me at ease.Unfortunately, I was able to get Mike (Service Manager) to work with me on the charges since its the 3rd time, within 7 years, that I experienced the same issue. Mike quoted me the discount based on my maintenance plan, nothing additional and I was not pleased with that. You have to admit, 3 blower motors in 7 yrs cannot be the norm. Ive been a customer since 2016 and Ive only used Simpson Air for maintenance and repairs and each time the blower motor went bad within 3 to 7 months after maintenance was performed....go figure.People like David Hood is a huge blessing and much appreciated! Thank you David.

On time. My unit went out on Sunday night I called and within a couple of hours a technician showed up and explained the problem and the choices I had to make to get the unit repaired. No pressure, no hassle. The second technician just left and after the repair and annual inspection told me what coming repairs were needed, no pressure to get it done immediately. I have been using Simpson for over 6 years and I recommend them for everyone in need of AC service. Both technicians were great, Cameron and Marcus were honest and helpful excellent assets for the company.

Our upstairs unit stopped working, so we called multiple providers to get quotes to either repair or replace the system. Stephen May and David Perez went above and beyond to help fix our issues, prevent us from having to purchase a new system, and provide us with some preventative maintenance tips to help reduce the risk of issues moving forward. It was Friday evening of Memorial Day weekend. During the previous couple of days, we had several other service providers look at our HVAC system, all of whom did very little troubleshooting and solely provided us with quotes to replace the system rather than fix it. Stephen arrived first and after some brief troubleshooting, suggested that we might be able to fix it rather than replace it. We were not officially on the schedule for repair, but Stephen made some calls and was able to get David Perez to our house within an hour. David fairly quickly diagnosed a couple of issues, which he fixed that very night. Again, this was a holiday weekend and Stephen and David stayed until almost 7pm to help get this resolved. We could not be happier with their thoroughness, professionalism, and willingness to save of us some money because it was the right thing to do. Simpson Air has a great reputation because of people like Stephen and David. Simpson Air has always provided us with great service, but this time was especially fantastic! Sometimes service technicians can be condescending or fail to explain the details of the fix because I am a woman. Not David. On one occasion we had to have a replacement part installed and they responded as quickly as circumstances allowed due to scheduling and made the repair in a timely manner returning out hvac to good running order. We highly recommend them. Their units are not the least expensive nor the most expensive, but are quality units built to provide long term service.

Love these guys. There are now my forever HVAC team. The amount of knowledge, professionalism and caring from the whole team is amazing. From the Maintenance team, installers, sales and all the way up the main office.The day before they arrive you get a text about your appointment and a number to call if you need anything. Then the day of your appointment you get a text letting you know your technician is on his way. You get a nice professional and personal mini bio of the person and sometimes a photo. And you always get a phone number to call for any questions. But here’s the thing, when you call you NEVER get a machine or crazy prompts that send you in endless circles for hours (those companies do not deserve your business) you always get a caring HUMAN, (Jesse, Britney or that other nice girl) that help you or immediately send you to someone that will help you.These are the people that worked for me. Ben was my maintenance technician. I was very impressed with his knowledge and courtesy. Marcus my leak finder on my old Goodman AC. This guy is a walking encyclopedia. I tapped into his brain before he could leave. Steve is the man. He showed me all the best options available for me to choose the best comfort for my budget. Jimmy and Matt did the install, fast, neat and clean. John stopped in that night and did some extra adjustments to the new system.I’m very impressed. Businesses like this are impossible to find. Simpson installed our HVAC in 2004. We had a repair done by someone else about two years later. And essentially called Simpson to fix that. Never looked back.They have always been responsive, and professional. Today we replaced that 18 yo unit. It was still working well but old and tired. Kind of like me.We met with Leonard the sales guy Monday, agreed to the service and set up the appointment.Unlike my normal way of doing things, I never checked with anyone else. Why bother? I might have saved a few hundred dollars with someone else. But I wouldnt get Simpson service.Today Matt and Warren showed up on time, as usual. And got to it. Hotter than Hades outside and lugging and connecting everything outside and in and out all day, working their butts off in the heat.Professional in everything they did, well orchestrated in execution, and putting up with me the whole time.They recognized the initials of the original installer. Apparently he is still there and his installs border on legendary. Heck.. mine was still chugging ...I strongly advise anyone in need of a new unit or of service to existing AC to simply call Simpson. Someone else? Again, why bother?The new unit is incredible. OMG, with this incredible heat and I’m sure tons of calls for repairs of AC units, Simpson came through for us. On a Sunday no less, our AC decided to stop working about noon. Actual outside temps were about 100 degrees and I called Simpson around 3:30 pm. A technician called me back in about an hour and arrived in about 2 and a half hours from my original call. Marcus diagnosed and repaired our AC in about an hour. Exceptional service!

Today I had my annual AC maintenance service. I have to say that out of the five years with Simpson Air, the service maintenance technician, Sean ONeil, was hands down great!! He informed me about the process he was going to take while proceeding to do the annual maintenance. He let me know what was happening during the process and kept me informed. I was very impressed today as he told me not to panic and that I would probably smell heat because he was testing the heater part of the system. I do not recall any other agent ever telling me about checking the heater during the maintenance on the air conditioner, which makes perfect sense.In the past five years as a customer of Simpson Air, all the service agents were always professional, respectful, had excellent customer service skills, and answered any questions.Sean, you are great, and thank you for teaching me about what should happen during my annual air conditioning maintenance!

Have used Simpson air for a few years. Marcus has been the constant rep that services our AC. He is friendly, works quickly, advises of all he has found or if it a clean bill of health. He verified if our unit was still under warranty which was a blessing.I recommend this company for its honesty and great communication and most importantly, their employee Marcus!!

Angel was awesome! He came in for my HVAC annual maintenance and when he got in he told me exactly what he was going to work on as part of my annual maintenance plan. He’s a great asset and very professional and courteous service.I highly recommend Simpson Air for all AC needs. This post is directed at the technician representing Simpson Air. If all Simpson Air employees embody the same professionalism then this post is addressed to Simpson Air as well.If all company personnel working for Simpson Air embody the strong work ethic as the technician dispatched to my home this afternoon, Simpson Air has nothing to worry about. Ben Arrington arrived to my home and took the time to explain what he was going to do in such a professional manner that I couldn’t help, but give my undivided attention.After inspecting my HVAC units he presented his findings and gave his recommendations on buying into a service plan. I’m not the easiest person to sell on things and though Ben left without me buying into a plan, I can say that I will have Simpson Air on call for any HVAC concerns I have in the future. I had never intended to buy into a plan, but watching Ben work and listening to his breakdown afterwards has me definitely considering the option to do so.I have had multiple HVAC companies at my home conducting annual inspections over the years and I have never once considered writing a review, let alone recommend the company the technician was representing. Thank you, Simpson. I look forward to a cool summer thanks to the Coolest guys (and gals) in town.Simpson has maintained my HVAC system for 9 years. This year John did my annual maintenance and Sean changed the outdoor motor in the AC system. I continue to be completely satisfied with Simpsons service, prices, and professionalism. I appreciate that John called my attention to the motor and recommended I repair it while the system was still under warranty. Sean came out a few days later and completed the job with his usual skill and friendliness. I cant remember the last time I actually looked forward to seeing a particular service tech year after year! It speaks well for Simpson that they are able to keep quality employees. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Simpson Air for your AC needs! We had a new unit installed and throughout the entire process we were beyond impressed. Leonard came out quickly to give us a quote. He was friendly, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable. He immediately knew the solution to a problem we’ve had with the drain line for over 10 years. Several different companies have serviced our old unit and no one recognized the problem. The two installers were also friendly and very professional. I was prepared for the house to be hot during install in the middle of the summer, but it remained cool. Everything was done efficiently and they even corrected our drain line issue. Leonard took the time to setup the new thermostat to my WiFi too. Now I understand why this company came highly recommended from a friend. Go with them, you won’t be disappointed. We have been customers for 15 years, and continue to receive the VERY BEST service from Simpson Air. Our units have lasted many years beyond the normal life span of air residential air conditioning assemblies in Floridas - mostly due to timely, courteous, on-time, thorough, and respectful maintenance visits accomplished by every technician they have sent to regularly see us. They answer every question, and do everything they say they will do. When our units finally arrive at the time to replace them - their teams do a great job. Today we had the second such positive expereince from an installation team - the second time that Matt Douglas was the team lead for us... Absoutely on time and on target. We continue to be well served by Simpson Air, and unreservedly endorse them in their recent merger with DELAIR. You will be well served by this company. They are the coolest guys in town, indeed !

We trusted Simpson Air to install a new Carrier AC unit for us and they exceeded our expectations. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. They scheduled the installation very promptly and the pricing was fair based on all the services and labor we requested. The technicians, Daniel and Mike, who came were exceptional! They put a new concrete slab and bolted down the AC unit, changed breakers, and changed all the hoses and installation in the interior AC component. Everything was labeled and paperwork attached to AC interior unit. Everything was clean, organized, and sealed to code. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I truely appreciate the wonderful work they did and the time they took to make it all perfect. I feel their pricing was very fair. Some may say that maybe I could have gotten a better price somewhere else, but I am certain that the quality of work these men did is worth so much more. I definitely recommend them for AC troubles. We had a great experience and are very happy with the result!

As an ex Navy technician, I know that troubleshooting takes thorough training and a willingness to seek and search out problems. Dealing with A/C technicians for many years as a homeowner has been almost a joke…they always inflate themselves up as being the best but still leave you not sure of what they did. However every once in a while you hit ‘gold’…that is how i would describe David with Simpson Air, he was very thorough and knowledgeable, I appreciate his honesty and personal integrity towards his job. Ms Donna was a God send and very personable and patient while scheduling an appointment with my demanding schedule. The service tech Jess was awesome. She was knowledgeable about what I needed done, performed the service in a timely manner and offered superb customer service!! She kept me informed of what she was doing and gave me tips to maximize my unit and save a few pennies. With many services these days, you get a window time frame of what time you can hope your technician will arrive. David was our Technician and arrived at scheduled time. He diagnosed that the compressor wasnt working. He did more checking and found out there was a wire burnt and loose causing compressor to not stay on. He found what was not working and checked to see what was causing compressor not to work. He could of said it was the compressor but was very honest and professional on checking everything and replaced the broken wire fixing the AC unit. He represents Simpson Air Very well. He is an outstanding Technician and Simpson Air is Lucky to have him working for them and a outstanding Asset to their company. Thanks David for the GREAT service.
