Louis Rodriguez, the plumber assigned to my purchase and installation of a water filtration system, is an excellent plumber. He discussed our needs, recommended an appropriate remediation, and installed a system. Louis came by shortly after my call and provided an estimate that ended up being the price charged. The install took a little over two hours. Afterwards he explained the maintenance required and that the full effect of the system would take a couple of days because of the water remaining in the hot water tank. Great service.

I would definitely recommend Premium Plumbing! We have used Premium plumbing 2 times so far, the first tech Louis, did an amazing job and replaced our hot water valve on our water heater. He explained the situation and gave us an idea on what to expect in our predicament. We had the start of the slab leak at that time. Our second time using premium plumbing, we had a slab leak repaired. Jake and Ben were great, they even allowed me to watch so I could gain some knowledge on plumbing and the situation. It wasn’t an easy job and they handled the business. If you need a plumber, I’d highly recommend Premium plumbing, we will be using them for our future plumbing needs as well. Started off with an online service request at 8:00pm. The next morning Premium Plumbing called us and fit us in the same day. Louis came out and sent a camera down our sewer line. Louis gave us 2 options and was forward about the lower cost option. We chose the better fix option and 2 days later Premium Plumbing fixed the problem. Louis and Brian did a great job. Both were highly professional and friendly. We would like to thank the entire team at Premium Plumbing and will highly recommend.Cant forget to name Flow and John, I would have not known who to call if we never met on a commercial job site.

These guys were life savers for me today. I had scheduled delivery of a dish washer and the installer wouldn’t do it due to the plumbing. Our experience with Mike Torres and Premium Plumbing was well beyond expectations. The morning of the appointment Premium emailed me to reconfirm the appointment. Shortly thereafter, Mike texted me to let me know he that he was on his way. Mike arrived at the early end of the 8-10 appointment window. Loved It!Mike was personable, respectful of property and very responsive to my questions. The job was to replace a kitchen faucet. He quickly provided an estimate which was very reasonable and began work. He was very proficient and carefully checked his work. He was able to finish the work much quicker than I expected. Mike was in and out in less than 50 minutes.Bottom line, we were blown away with the positive experience with Mike and Premium Plumbing. We will be using Premium Plumbing going forward with our plumbing needs.Awesome experience!

Louis has been the one to respond each time and is consistently prompt, respectful, courteous, and definitely knows his stuff. The receptionist(s) have also been very eager to help when scheduling appointments or answering questions. Pricing is fair and I always feel confident that the job has been done correctly. The entire process of replacing a water heater from beginning to end was just the way it should be from the friendly and helpful office staff to the installer. They bettered the lowest price of a competitor and were over $1,000 cheaper than one estimate. The unit was 20 years old and I wanted to replace it before it became an emergency. Louis had to struggle for an extra hour with draining the unit because of all the corrosion, but he never gave up. He also went the extra mile to ensure that everything was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Louis and Premium Plumbing!

Team was absolutely amazing. Showed up soon after being contacted, arrived early, went above and beyond in diagnosing the Sulphur smell coming from our water and quickly repaired the issue. They even noticed a noise while here and fixed a separate issue with our toilet! Cant recommend them enough, real, honest, hard working, and didnt break the bank. Really great plumbing service and Ben did an excellent job. Our toilet was continuously running and loose at the bottom. The float was replaced, and he was able to tighten, shim, and caulk around the toilet. There were also a few other items that didn’t end up needing attention but he was nice enough to look into for us. I’d highly recommend this service.

The communication is second to none, from letting you know when the plumber will be on site (including tracking the truck,) to explaining the problem and the repair. The pricing is fair and they let you know up front. We have used them for our condo common elements repairs multiple times and a number of owners use them for individual unit repairs. We appreciate the excellent service!

Benjamin sent me a text with his photo and a cool link to use when he was on his way that I shared with my tenants so they could track his arrival and had the name and photo of who was coming to the house and when he would be there. Benjamin was very polite and professional and didnt try to make the issue worse or sell me a service I didnt need. He phoned me with the quote before he did the work since I was responsible for the payment and I really liked that level of customer service. I highly recommend Premium Plumbing in Tampa.

Both times I’ve hired Premium Plumbing I was more than satisfied. Megan is very pleasant, replies very quickly by text even on the weekend, and is quick to set up an appointment within a 2 hour window. I was not stuck waiting around all day long wondering when the plumber will arrive. On the day of the appointment they send you a text with a link to a map where you can see how far away the plumber is and exactly when they will get there. Louis arrived within the expected window both times. He is friendly, kind, honest, professional, wore a mask, and got the job done without trying to overcharge.Edited to add a subsequent experience: there was a plumbing problem in an Airbnb Im renting. The host told me per Airbnb policy, plumbing issues appearing more than 48 hours after checkout are the guests responsibility. (This may not be accurate.) I was forced to call a plumber. I called Premium and they were able to send Ben out right away. He got the problems fixed and explained these were issues that existed long before the week ago that I checked in, and there wasnt anything I couldve done to cause the issues. Repairs were over $700 and now I will have to communicate with Airbnb and the host.

Premium Plumbing offered the most affordable price and didnt try to upsell me on other services like some of the other companies I called out for a quote. The repair ended up being more difficult than originally planned and required technicians having to come out more than once. They stayed true to their original price and were prompt with their responses each time. I want to thank Mike, Ted, and Louis for their professionalism and making the process as painless as possible.

My experience with Premium Plumbing was PHENOMENAL. I can’t recommend them enough. They worked so hard to figure out the problem I was having and got it fixed quickly. They even called Teco for me and came back out the next day to meet them to make sure the gas inspection would pass. Wow! Best experience with a plumber ever. The first person I dealt with at Premium was superb, caring of my situation and got me scheduled for the next day since we were in the throes of a hurricane when I called. I got texts to verify my appointment and the next day the plumber showed up on time after texting he was on his way. Benjamin assessed my problem and gave me a price to fix it. I feel the price was quite fair considering he had to get on the roof to clear my main line blockage. Less than an hour later blockage was gone. Benjamin was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased and relieved. I will forever recommend Premium to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

I called Premium Plumbing because I heard some dripping in the walls when my faucet was running. I was expecting to spend a good amount of money to get that resolved. They sent Corey, who was very professional, as well as extremely knowledgeable, who explained that it was something I did not have to worry about. Huge relief! If they were in it for the money, they could have told me a million things that needed to be done, and I probably would have just sucked it up and forked out however much it would have cost. Not only were they half the price for the same job, Louis was so friendly and helpful. I am totally satisfied with Premium Plumbing. They sent a plumber to give me an estimate on the same day that I called! An estimate was uprovided before the plumber left my house. I then ordered the parts required and recommended by the plumber. After receiving everything I called to find out when a plumber could come and I was told they would send Mark ( the plumber who provided the estimate) the next day.Mark arrived exactly on time and changed three faucets and drains as well as a kitchen garbage disposal unit.The new fixtures look great and Mark took away all the old stuff and the boxes and rest of the trash. And he cleaned up.The final bill was exactly the same as the quote except for a leaking part that was not foreseen.

By far the best! Great customer service, personable, polite, clean, caring, honest and most importantly COMPETENT plumbers. Ive been having plumbing problems for almost a year. Several companies mis-diagnosed and their fixes lasted days or weeks. Two companies tried to upsell me into re-piping without carefully cchecking out pipes. 1 company tried to sell me camera work without any follow up to explain what they saw. 1 company did basically the right work, but did it so poorly that it didnt solve the problem. Premium did everything right. They located and diagnosed the problem methodically and quickly, explained the needed work very clearly, fixed the problem, and warrantied the work. If Id called them in the first place, I would have saved a fortune by getting the job done right the first time! And their prices are right in line with everyone elses.
