    Where do I begin? Lets start with the price. They had the lowest estimate of 5 companies I called. With good reviews and free estimate I said I will give them come out. The techs showed up and was clean and very courtesy. I approved of the estimate and the techs went to work. Once the job was complete. They tested, cleaned up, and showed me how to work everything.     I found these guys on Thumbtack. Alberto came out to give me an estimate, and while we had a small communication barrier, he contacted Alex, and I got the estimate super fast. I decided to go with them because they offered me a discount to help with my homeowners renewal. Every little bit helps! Then came installation time. Alberto and Alejandro showed up right on time, got right down business, and completed the job. I could NOT ask for better. I would recommend this company and these technicians.

    The Plumbing Therapist was right in time. Got texts with updates first thing in the morning and one had a photo of our technician. Two guys showed up, one from the picture text so it was easy to know they worked for the company. Both were very polite and professional.     First let’s start with I never post reviews, but I had to post one for these guys. These guys a great. Awesome job they did putting new drain lines in the foundation and rerouting/new installation of hot and cold piping as well as valves.     Response was great and Adalberto showed up right on time. My plumbing issue dealt with installation of shower water regulator. It took nearly 5 hours which seems like a long time but everything turned out great and the company stood by their previous estimate. I knocked off a star because Adalberto essentially could not speak or understand a word of English so I had no idea what was taking so long but, overall, very satisfied.

    I just had my whole house repiped with Pex-A and my water main replaced with CPVC. When the technicians took out my old galvanized pipes, they were disgusting! I am very glad and feel safer drinking and using water now. I highly highly recommend The Plumbing Therapist. They are honest, great prices, and do a wonderful job.

    Top-notch service, extremely affordable prices, and professionalism even cleaning the scene of the repairs ☺️ They were one of the first companies to contact me for my request for a repair for my washer dryer, and my shower that were suddenly not getting cold water delivered. They were at my home before I even made it home and they were ready to go to work as soon as they arrived. The team of three were very professional, very genuine, honest, and, I had to research how do use my spaceship like shower to ensure that they did the job correctly. I could appreciate that fully. Their pricing was much less than I expected it to be they even had to go in my crawlspace in my attic to access the back of my shower and they repaired the wall back to its existing condition which was a lot of work. Thank you so very much guys .. long live Cuba! Top notch service will definitely use you all again and again!

    These guys were amazing. Showed up exactly when they said they would. My water heater wasn’t very accessible, the guys took care of everything. I had my quote and replacement in the same day.     I am extremely happy to have found this business through Thumbtack. Family owned and operated, they were responsive to my questions and someone answered the phone with each call I made. I have well water with an extreme sulphur content that was unbearable. I had a Halo 5 whole house filtration system installed by Plumbing Therapist. The crew showed up on time, dressed in company uniforms, were courteous, professional and worked diligently to install the system. There was no joking, talking on cell phones or standing around by this crew of four young people. At the end of the work, they were respectful of the property, everything was cleaned up and put back in order. Oh, yes, and my water is like spring water and no “rotten egg” smell in my home!I would highly recommend this company based on their work ethic and level of professionalism.     I bought three toilets to replace the old ones in my home. I also supplied new wax ring seals and supply lines. Plumbing Therapist was very responsive, provided a competitive estimate for installation, and was able to schedule very quickly. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. I love my new toilets! However, during the installations, they informed me they needed to replace the flange for one of the toilets for $50. It costs $6.50 at Lowes. I pointed this out to them, but they didnt care. I would recommend them, but only if you supply all of the parts needed for your project.
