John from Formula Plumbing was such a hard working plumber as well as a nice young man. Installing the new city water line from the alley to the street took many hours of precise digging to prepare to lay the new line and connections before the city inspector arrived! Whatever he removed, he carefully replaced. Since he was working several properties nearby he had plumber Gage assisting! I will definitely consider this company as my go-to plumbing company in the future!

Ahmed the plumber from Formula Plumbing was great. There were some challenges and unexpected issues along the way that come from such an old home but Formula Plumbing dealt with them as they came up and were really terrific. All the work they did came out great. Formula plumbing spent extra time following up and making sure that I was happy with their services. The work they did entailed opening walls, digging trenches and many other things and it was all done in a timely manner. Everything looks tidy and neat. I highly recommend Formula plumbing for their professionalism, skill and customer service.

Formula Plumbing is by far the most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. Correspondence with the office and employees are awesome. Gage was the plumber that did all work, and what a professional he was in every way. Total respect, total professionalism, total honesty and total integrity. Might I add very clean, reasonable, and paid attention to all details, too. I normally do not like recommending Companies, but if your in need of plumbing work, Formula is The Company to hire. That was about 4/5 months ago. So just recently Sept 2024, I had Formula Plumbing back to do more work for us. I asked if Gage can be the Employee to come back and complete my job. My request was answered and the work was performed as expected, well above standards. They was an issue with material that I supplied and Gage had absolutely no problem going to the plumbing supply to rectify the issue. If you are looking to complete your list of plumbing work, want the job done correctly, and only once, again I recommend Formula Plumbing

This is not the first time that I have used formula plumbing. But it’s the biggest job they have ever done for me. The bathroom that they are updating is small and very tight and has caused its own set of problems. But they have come up with some great cost effective solutions. The young men they have sent over to do work on our home have been courteous and knowledgeable. My wife and I really appreciate the time they give us when we have questions about the updates we also appreciate how they talk us through every step of the job plus keep us up-to-date on the progress. Anyone who has done any kind of remodeling on their home or updates knows how Important, good communication is for a Successful job. On that alone, we give them five stars. Let me just say I will continue to use formula now, and in the future I will also continue to recommend them to my family and friends . PS There will be before and after photos in my next review.

The plumbing employees who visited the home were courteous and knowledgeable and continued to keep me updated thoughout the entire plumbing upgrade process. In an industry where these guys can pretty much write the check they didnt and were incredible.UPDATE: I just hired them to do the plumbing for my bathroom renovation and they are incredible Elliot and Josh were very nice and professional and did a great job!Update 8/9/23I had a running water issue on one of my toilets and they were quick to come. Joe the owner came and remembered my house the other work they did and asked how everything was. He then looked at my running water issue and made a quick adjustment to the valve (when he could have easily told me he needed to replace it) and said Im good. No charge. Again, with so many contractors and plumbers upcharging and taking advantage of us lay people, I am so happy I have a plumber I trust. Gage did a great job again with a third project (four projects total with Formula Plumbing). The tub was backing up with water for three days during showering and on the fourth day the toilet started bubbling/gurgling. I knew that was a sign of it going to overflow as it did for the past three years almost like clockwork.So, Gage, Joe and Michael assisting for cameras to check the line to both toilets, found the problem and cleared the line blockage and put in a brand new Toto brand toilet. I chose the third option to remedy the problem; the other two options would be like putting bandaids on the problem and the blockage/overflow would happen again.Thanks again Gage (and Joe, Michael,, Candice and Crissy)!! I originally called Formula 1 Plumbing because I had an issue with my water heater. I was given a couple options, one which was to get a new water heater and repipe my whole house. I chose to repipe my whole house. I was a little bummed that the technician decided to run pipes on the outside of my house without notifying me or giving me other options because I find the pipes running on the side of the house unsightly. Additionally, 5 months later I noticed that the drip pan of the water heater was full of water and the water heater was rusted. Apparently, the original technician did not seal a pipe correctly and the damage down by the water was unfortunate. The silver lining in the whole experience was that they sent out a very professional and polite technician to replace the water heater free of charge which I would have expected since the damage was not from homeowner neglect or misuse. I am happy now that I have a new water heater again.

Just recently used FPS for the second time. Initially they completely redid all of the plumbing in my home in order for it to be insured. This most recent time, they addressed a clog that was backed up to my main line. This involved getting on the roof and determining exactly where the problem was. The Technician, Elliot, showed up with everything he needed. I was concerned that he was late but in fact he stopped and got the materials he needed for the job and was still here at a good time. He worked alone and non stop. He ate his lunch white he was working. He should have had a helper but did a great job working alone. When he finished replacing the shower pan he cleaned everything in that bathroom, I tried to get him to do the whole house but no luck there. I cant speak for the value but everything else was excellent. Some of the plumbers that I called wanted an inspection fee just to look at the job, Formula did not. I would recommend Formula Plumbing.
