We decided to take on the task of getting our entire home re-piped after having a few copper leaks in old copper pipes. This was a big undertaking as it is an expensive job and involves a lot of holes in the walls. You really want to make sure you hire someone fantastic for this. We got 5 different quotes and did our research. Someone in our neighborhood recommended Believe Plumbing. I did my research and saw the many good reviews. I decided to have the owner, Annier, come by to give a quote. By then I had already had several quotes and knew that their price was very reasonable compared. I was hesitant at first because a lot of the other companies I contacted were in business for 30+ years. I decided to go with Believe Plumbing and I am glad that I did. Annier, who is also the owner, is very involved. He is very patient, I like to ask a ton of questions! The guys he sent out worked very hard. Ismael was very friendly and always had a smile even with our many questions or if we pointed out something. This job is very messy and you will want to cry with the many holes that are necessary but rest assured, Annier has a guy to recommend that does excellent drywall work and will get you right back to where you started. So far the pipes have been great. They do the permit process for you and coordinate the inspector to come by. So its all legit work. I also had them completely move my water heater from inside the home and into the garage and install a brand new water heater. In my opinion, a good plumber that charges reasonable rates are VERY hard to come by these days. Plumbing work is never cheap but compared to other plumbers who ripe you off, their rates are much more affordable. Annier also came by when the re-pipe was completed and inspects it himself. He does not take payment until the entire job is done and passes inspection by the county. Any issues you bring up, he will address and have a solution. I love that! Today I had to contact Annier because our garbage disposal just went out on us, he was super fast in responding and will have someone out today completing the work with a reasonable price. When you find a company like Believe Plumbing, you save them in your phone and only go to them as you can trust that you are getting the best! I hope they always provide this type of service even when they become an even larger operation. Thank you Believe Plumbing!

We had a sewer clog happen on a Saturday and it was a nightmare. Their technician showed up and promptly took care of it. I was impressed with his efficiency, he didnt try to hang out and take extra time (they charge by the hour).They seem honest so far. We are likely going to hire them for the sewer repair since they gave us a great quote! (Ill update once we get the sewer line replacement done).So far, 5 stars!Edit: Update: its been 2 years and the sewer line they installed has has no issues! Beautiful work for an amazing price. Also I recently hired them to do work on my back room sink. Techs were in and out super fast and got the job done. They are now my go-to plumbing service!

I have to say that after having a horrify experience with another plumbing company, Believe Plumbing was the next plumbing company to be dispatched to my home for some repairs. I was notified by the technician who’s name is Junior who not only came on time but walked through the steps of what needed to be done to make the repair. He told me it would take about 4 hours to complete the entire job but he was done in 2 1/2. He was very proficient, knowledgeable, neat, kind and overall polite gentleman. He fixed the issue at hand without me having to make another call to send someone else out to fix his work. I would recommend Believe plumbing to anyone who needs the job done quick and done right. I needed my kitchen faucet replaced. I called Believe and they scheduled me in right away. The technician Eliud was right on time, identified himself and was very clean and thorough. He went to work immediately and cleaned everything up when done. He was courteous and even asked me for a Brillo to clean the old rings off of the counter from the old faucet before installing the new one. Completely went above and beyond. Excellent customer service from start to finish. My family has a new plumber. Thank you Believe.

What was really awesome was the turnaround time - I requested service on Sunday night and my appointment was midday on Monday.I had a leaking outside faucet. Junior shut off the water and replaced the old faucet in 5 minutes. I couldnt believe how fast it was.The whole job was under $100, and I paid with a card. Easy peasy. Will be using these guys again.

My neighbor recommended them to me couple weeks ago, i though i should give them a try for all the good reviews Ive seen. They do great work like any other professional plumber would. I just wish their company got a better time management system. They dont show up on appointment time and dont return calls as promised, time is important to customers and this is unprofessional in any field of work. When I call customer service why they are late, they first denied and said they never late on work and then i guess after they checked their system and then admitted it and told me their employee is still at the last job location. Feels like they either have a very bad communication system between company and employee or they dont have enough employees to fill up all the jobs they took in. If you are a busy schedule person, call some other plumber who can actually arrive on appointment time. Time management is their companys weakness, hopefully they can improve on that.

Professional, on-time, price was right. HONEST.I was really impressed by the plumber that came out. He did a great job and was efficient. I do bathroom remodels for Rockledge Lowes near Cocoa Beach. I was in Tampa trying to fix up my moms house to put it on the market. The old tub and drain leaked bad and needed to be replaced. I did the demo and tried to find a licensed plumber to do all new plumbing in the bathroom. Everyplace I called had an office lady answer the phone and wanted to send someone for an estimate or told me it would be at least $1500 when I told them exactly what needed to be done and I’m not in town to let anyone in for an estimate. Believe Plumbing answered and it was the owner (someone who actually knew about plumbing). He was the only company I called that ASKED me questions about the plumbing and bathroom before trying to tell me a price or just say I need to send someone to look. They came and did all the work for half the price of everyone else. If they were closer to where I lived, they would definitely be my new plumbing sub. I would recommend Believe Plumbing to anyone. After the plumber left the owner showed up himself to check his work and meet me in person. Im very impressed. Hard to find reliable people in the trades. Thank you Believe!!

When my wife and I needed to replace all cast iron piping at our house with PVC, Believe Plumbing was the best priced and the highest quality company out of over 10 local plumbing companies that quoted us. The job took a few days and Victor, Carlos, and Roberto worked very hard to ensure the fastest completion of the project. Anel and Myra from the main office were also very attentive and accommodating. The crew kept our house as clean as possible during the project and cleaned up at the end as well. Overall we are very happy with the work completed.

Due to a communication issue this was originally one star review. But Junior asked me for a second chance to make things right and he did. Solid job fixing my pipe and explain to me exactly what happened. They charge a flat rate rather than an hourly and were up front about that price. Im happy the work, though I wish there was better communication from the dispatch initially so that we wouldnt have had a miscommunication. If youre like me and had a leak from the cities meter to your house. Then they recommend a leak detection done before you call the plumber. The plumber doesnt want the responsibility of guessing where that leak is coming from when it can trickle and come out in different spots.

Saturday morning water heater went out. Within two hours, Junior was at my house with a 50gal tank that I wanted and a 40 gal if the 50 would not fit. Two hours after that, Frank and Junior had the old 40gal out of the attic through a drop down stair and the new 50 gal in its place. It was a difficult swap as water heaters go and on a Saturday afternoon. My wife and kids wont take one shower without hot water because Junior and Frank gave up their Saturday afternoon to complete a difficult water heater swap. The entire time they acted as if they were glad to be there.I found my plumber! I BELIEVE!

We tried calling a few other companies and they couldnt get here for at least 2 weeks. But Believe was able to come out the next day. They were able to fix our problem quickly. The only issue was the guys didnt speak English. Thank goodness for Google translate.
