Nothing is fun or wonderful about having a plumbing emergency happen in your home but Apex actually made us much easier.From making the call first thing this morning to Austin calling to let me know he was on the way, it got easier and easier.Austin was not only incredibly knowledgeable regarding what was going on with our plumbing but extremely easy going and patient with all of my questions. I can’t even express how grateful I am that I was able to ask questions as many times as I needed and he never got frustrated.This was the best plumbing experience we could have had. Will definitely call Apex with all future needs and 100% be requesting Austin to do them.

We had a plumbing emergency and called Apex plumbing. The issue was a broken pipe right behind the toilet. Hard to reach but easy to repair. It is a 2 hr job. max. They promptly showed up within an hour, and provided a quote of 9X. I give 4 stars for the efficiency and professionalism, but it felt to me that their pricing was out of norm. I called around for a qualified handyman. A few hours later the problem was fixed for 2X as predicted within 2 hrs.

I have had Apex out for 2 different jobs.First one was to epoxy the main pipe from the master bathroom to the guest bathroom to the septic tank. It took 2 coats of epoxy to get it just right. This was in January 2024.Second visit was to fix a vent pipe in the guest bathroom. It had a major crack in it (see photos). Basically every time someone used the bathroom (shower, sink, or toilet) the whole house would smell like the septic tank. Throw in a non working ac unit and you have a perfect location for the portal to hell!Apex came in and fixed the issue yet again. They were very knowledgeable and super fast! Only slightly negative thing I could say is to keep better communication. I dont care if you are going to be late, just call me before you are late and let me know.

We live in an older house in West Tampa. After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and the kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it.With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. This was the standard throughout the entire engagement. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot on.All of Joe’s guys were phenomenal. John, Elliot, Matt; I cannot remember all their names, were consummate professionals of the highest degree.I would not hesitate to recommend APEX Plumbing.

Jimmy and Vinny came and replaced our sump pump today. Both guys were super nice and up front about what cost would be. They replaced our sump pump super quick and did a great job! Highly recommend!Sump pump wasnt working so I called to have someone come out and inspect it. Jared came out and fixed it right away! He was very nice and professional.

I called them at 4 AM. A technician called me back about 4:10 AM and was here within an hour! He was very polite and helpful, went to Home Depot to get a part for me, but unfortunately, the water softener could not be repaired and has to be replaced. He explained why and immediately emailed me an estimate to replace it.

Had the BEST experience with Chaz and Kheyl the last two days. We had them in to redo the stack in our bathroom that required them to pull up some of our slab floor as well as install a new bathtub and piping for the fixtures. They only took out two tiles from our floor, the bathroom is just as clean as it was when they arrived and the new bathtub looks amazing. They were diligent and careful to make sure everything was done properly and as neat as possible, they seriously offered to help us vacuum up the dirt from the bathroom multiple times. We supplied the tub and when it didnt fit with the existing drain, they gave us options and added an extra day worth of work to dig down and repipe the whole drain so we could keep the tub that we chose which we are extremely grateful for.They genuinely were a pleasure to have around, they went above and beyond and they were so kind and respectful of our space. We cannot recommend them enough! We priced out a couple options and Apex was the best value for the amount of work that we needed, and they have consistently provided great work over the last two years that we have been working with them.

Josh was terrific, very polite and professional. Left the job site looking clean and took away all the old water softener parts and boxes from the new unit. He did a thorough test of the new unit before finishing. If we ever need plumbing services again, I would definitely ask for Josh!

Hoping it will be a long time before I need to call a plumber again but if I do have a plumbing issue, I will be calling Apex.

I am rarely as pleased as I was with this service. The technician seem to know better what I was thinking than I did. I wanted to add water misters to my patio, but I also wanted to have a hose at the same place and I just really didn’t understand what it would take. But he laid the required pipes beautifully and my house ended up being better thanks to his service. I definitely recommend this company highly.

Kheyl from Apex plumbing did an over the top, excellent job on a multi-step and fairly complicated installation that others had failed to figure out at another plumbing company. He carefully evaluated the situation and spoke with the supplier to make sure it was correct. Kheyl was very patient and professional above and beyond what sadly has become low expectations of many vendors these days. Highly recommend Apex as a competent company with integrity who follow through on exactly what they say they will do. They are our only ‘go-to’ plumbing company!

Overall, everyone I worked with was exceptional. My 6pm initial call was taken with care and I had a plumber on the phone within minutes. Zack spoke with me about the repair and was onsite by 8pm. I was without water because of the problems in replacing my shower handle, and they got me back up and running with water that night. He had to have a team come out the next morning due to some missing pieces, and he wanted to ensure that a high standard was delivered. The team the next morning was just as courteous and professional in completing the last pieces. At the end of the project, everything was completed with quality that leaves me with confidence. I will be using Apex for future needs because of this experience.

These guys are beyond great. I had my whole house re-plumbed, and it took several weeks. They always showed up, answered phone calls, and did whatever they said they were going to do. For example, when they laid out 100 feet of three-inch diameter PVC underground, I asked them to make it four-inch diameter, and they returned the pipe and replaced it with four-inch pipe. Again, I watched everything along the way, and they made all the changes I asked for, at no extra charge. Highest reviews.

Jamil was great! I had a problem of a leaky bathroom faucet. I had tried to fix it myself, but I couldnt remove the hardware in order to access the problem. Best in the business!I have used APEX Plumbing for years. I was in the process of selling my house last year and needed to get some things done prior to selling, because of this I was on a tight schedule, I called Joe and he sent his crew over right away, they maintained open lines of communication and showed me videos and pictures of all the things that needed to be fixed/updated (house had a crawl space).They did a wonderful job then and now too!My current home has had some plumbing issues, they came in looked at everything and got it all fixed! I also just had a leak happen in my garage and again, called them up to come by and they fixed the issue - they were profesional and gave me peace of mind, specially as I am getting ready to leave the country and go on vacation!Overall Joe and his team are trustworthy so you can be confident that they will be honest about telling you what is really wrong and give you options as to what you can do. They have some financing options available if its a big job that comes with hefty cost! Call them up! You won’t regret it!

I recently have had to deal with a re-pipe job at my home that was recently renovated. Joe came over to assess the situation and provided a detailed plan of action. His crew was efficient, responsive, and accommodating a special shout out to Anthony Cain at Apex… this situation was very complicated and disruptive, and he managed everything with grace and empathy and showed extreme care and compassion for this situation that we had to manage in our home. It was very disruptive in my life, and I could not have asked for a better person to be in charge of this major job than Anthony! He was professional and courteous and conscientious.

HIGHLY recommend Apex for water heater replacement services!We completed our water heater installation with Apex Plumbing last week. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly including admin personnel (Alex), estimator/quote rep (Austin) and install techs, (Jared & Anthony). They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, timely, polite, accommodating and had a happy, positive attitude.We received 5 different quotes, ranging from a one-man plumber to other larger plumbing businesses. We decided to go with Apex Plumbing based on the reviews, warranty, pricing & initial experience with the admin & quote staff. I spent a lot of time communicating with Alex to confirm we wouldnt run into any issues. They did not disappoint and operate their business the right way; great communication, experienced people, and professional service.Jared & Anthony are very knowledgeable, had great attitudes throughout the entire process of parking, equipment delivery/removal & access challenges associated with high-rise condos. Our water heater resides in our laundry room with very little workable space. However, they were patient and careful extracting the old unit & replacing the new water heater while avoiding the wine fridge, washer/dryer & cabinets. They were very conscientious, and everything was cleaned up perfectly when they were finished. Would definitely request Jared & Anthony again for any future plumbing needs.
