    Hurricane Milton knocked down a live oak in my front yard, pulling up my sewer line as it fell.Initially, I thought the sewer line was simply bent, but James came out and inspected it with a camera. It turns out the line was completely shattered, and sewage was flowing into the huge cavity created by the trees root ballā€”yuck!Unfortunately, the line couldnt be repaired until the tree and roots were removed.Initially, the thinking was that the entire sewer line needed replacement, which also meant destroying the beautiful flagstone walkway in my backyard.As the tree was removed, Marc and James spent much time, trips, and resources video inspecting and discussing the situation at no charge. They wanted to get a solid understanding of what exactly needed repairs.It was finally determined that the entire line did NOT need replacing and my backyard would remain untouched.The repair was estimated to take 3 days because of rerouting around other trees, but thankfully, it took less than 2 days.I cant say enough about the work, dedication, and professionalism of Marc and James at All Hours Plumber.

    I called All Hours Plumbing at approximately 3PM today. Marc was at our house by 7PM. He was caring, gave us amazing advice and worked really hard to save us money. What was a huge problem for us, was fixed by Marc in under 2 hours. He was super personable and caring; with a focus on quality materials and superior workmanship. We have many additional jobs ahead of us and will definitely be returning to All Hours Plumbing.

    I could not be happier about hiring this company for my plumbing needs. My wife and I had sewage come in from underneath our toilet during hurricane Milton. In a brief moment of data signal a couple days after the storm, we found Any Hours Plumbing on google and were able to get a hold of Marc. I kid you not, a couple hours after calling, James and Jason were at my door to seal the portal to the sewer-world that Milton had unleashed upon our lives. While they were there, they scoped my pipes and brought back memories of being told years ago that a re-pipe would be in our future, when they informed us we would need a re-pipe and that the future was now. The professionalism with which everything was handled up to this point made me feel that this was the time and people to do it. Marc answered all off my many questions about how this all would work moving forward. He also assisted with recommendations on what to look for in the way of reputable brands and options for various bathroom fixtures to furnish our impromptu renovations that would last and make installation easier as well. Jamesā€¦.Justinā€¦.if you guys are reading thisā€¦THANK YOU. You gentlemen do absolutely BEAUTIFUL work in an unbelievably short time. These guys showed up on time TO THE MINUTE during this project, and got so much done each day that it was honestly hard to imagine that 2 guys were able to accomplish it.     Darrell & Brian were fantastic. We were having an issue with both our garbage disposal and faucet on a Sunday night, they were able to come out Monday to get it fixed up and order a replacement faucet for us, which they installed the next day (New Years Eve).     From my 1st phone call, at 10:45 p.m. last night, I spoke to Mark who was very reassuring, and got me set up for a 1st a.m. service call.James came out this morning, listened to my description, surveyed the existing (old) water heater, and took the time to explain what was actually happening with it. Being that it was nearly 21 years old, it needed replacing.James took the time to explain everything, as he went along, so I would know what was going on.     Starting with Marc, his communication, knowledge, punctuality, and professionalism were top notch! We needed our water heater replaced immediately upon closing on our home for our homeowners insurance policy. He and his crew came out right away and thoroughly explained all of our options. When we decided to move forward, his guys came out during a tropical storm to get the job done! James and Justin were so polite, let me know when they were getting started, how long it would take, etc. Since we werent living at the house yet, they waited for me to get out there to walk me through things at the end. They cleaned everything up as if nothing ever happened. We were so impressed from start to finish and highly recommend working with them!

    We had been using another plumber for years but they started becoming unreliable. All Hours Plumber was recommended to us by a friend and thank goodness! They were comprehensive in their analysis of the issue, reliable in terms of showing up on time with the right equipment, and always had great communication in terms of when they were on their way. James, Justin, Jose and Mark are just great guys to work with and did an outstanding job. The problem was solved quickly, they were careful to minimize any impact and everything was put back together as it was before. We had done a similar fix to another house over 10 years ago and the price then was about the same as what we had to pay for this, so we know the price was fair. Also it ended up taking less time than they originally thought so they reduced the price I had already agreed upon - so I also know they are honest. They are now my plumbers of choice and I highly recommend them!!

    The team at All Hours Plumbers operates a first-class service. James recently visited to evaluate issues I was having with low water pressure and small bits of yellow caviar type pellets appearing in my water. He quickly diagnosed the problem, informing me that the media in my water softener had depleted and migrated into my pipes, hot water heater, etc. In short order, James and his apprentice were onsite to replace my water softener system, flush all my plumbing, and restore my water flow to better than it had been in years. James and his colleague were both highly professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I could not recommend All Hours Plumbers more highly. Well done, guys! Ive found my new go-to plumber.

    James and Brian come out to look at my tankless hot water heater after it threw an error code. After I made the appointment, a friend sent over a plumber friend who installs them and he bleed the gas line and reinstalled the ignitor. He said, I donā€™t service them so get a specialist to double check it. The error code stop but wanted a service tech to double check the machine. They werenā€™t able to do anything as the machine would not throw the code. They were both very pleasant and explained what it possibly could have been.

    I moved into a house where the people before me just rigged fixes - imagining themselves a handyman while actually making things worse. Today I was hosing down the sidewalk around the pool for the holiday weekend when all of a sudden a huge water spout comes out from the ground - I looked over and the pipe leading to the spigot was just broken in half. No way to turn off the water because the prior owner put a spout on with the pool pipes. First I called 911 to have the city turn off the water - then I called 5 emergency plumbers for times available and quotes. All Hours Plumber had their plumber James out within hours to help cap and plug the pipe so we could have water again. With a 3 year old during a holiday weekend, this was a miracle. No other ā€œemergency plumbersā€ were available within 2 days. Huge shoutout to James for giving me multiple options to fix the problem and a write up for future possible issues in this 1954 as is house. Also - a big shoutout to J. Burgess from the city for helping me hold my composure.

    My toilet was leaking and the shutoff valve was broken. I tried calling several 24 hour plumbing companies. This is Saturday morning at 6 am.     Yesterday I had the pleasure of having all hours plumbing install my gas water heater.     What a great company ! My water heater stopped working 2 weeks ago. This company was recommended by a friend. I called & Marc Acker came out with in a couple of hours. I needed a new unit. The price was exceptional ! This was at 5 pm. I thought it might take some time to get one, but to my surprise he said I will see you around 8 am tomorrow , with in a couple of hours all done.     I worked with Mark at All Hours Plumbing, and he was amazing. I did a bathroom renovation and he removed the old tub, toilet, and sink and replaced with all new fixtures. Being unknowledgable around plumbing, he answered all my questions and walked me through the process. I have a young child and without me asking or knowing it was important, he reinforced the tub spout to make sure my child wouldnt get hurt pulling or climbing on it in the bath. I couldnt feel better about putting my trust in Mark.Additionally he noticed some other areas around the house that needed some work, explained why, gave me options to get it fix (mainline valve to the house old using plastic parts that can wear out over 20 years leading to failure) and never tried to pressure me into some repairs I wasnt anticipating or wanted. I can guarantee i will be using All Hours Plumbing for any plumbing work I have in the future.
