    Outstanding company who is the go to for all plumbing needs. Trevor & Mackinley did an excellent professional job at my home today relocating plumbing during a remodel. They were paitent, prompt and communicative.Excellent family company. Roger, Ms Debbie, Chris, Jenny & Blake always prompt, thorough and very timely. If you need plumbers in Tallahassee for 50+ years these are the best ones and the customer service is why.     Whiteā€™s Plumbing did an outstanding job on our re-piping project. From start to finish, Mr. Roger White and his team were professional, kind, and thorough. Unlike other contractors who said theyā€™d need to dig up our floors or break tiles, Whiteā€™s Plumbing managed to complete the entire project without any major mess or damage. Thanks to their careful planning and expertise, we didnā€™t need a tile contractor at allā€”a huge relief!The crew, especially Tyler and Johnny, worked incredibly hard and were highly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. On top of that, they were so respectful and considerate, especially toward my elderly mom. They went out of their way to make her feel safe and comfortable, which meant a lot to us.The receptionists were also fantasticā€”so courteous and professional. They always called ahead to confirm the techniciansā€™ arrival and made sure it was a convenient time for us.     Whites Plumbing was professional from the beginning to the end of our home water leak issues. Having an older home we ultimately had to replace the water pipes throughout the entire house. We were very appreciative of the owner Mr. White stopping by to make sure we understood the repairs his team would perform. Whites knowledgeable team consisted of Carter and Trent. They were courteous, professional and wonderful to work with during the 3 day process. They throughly explained daily what they were doing as they went along and cleaned up behind themselves at the end of each day, even vacuumingšŸ™‚.     Whites was a breath of fresh air in an industry where the quality of a plumber can seriously affect your quality of life moving forward.Weve tried a few plumbers in the area with varying success, but when we were afraid our toilet was leaking, we called Whites shortly before Christmas and had a scheduled appointment for only a few days later. I was shocked at how quickly they made room for us and how pleasant the phone call was as well.Charles, the man of the hour, showed up right on time and immediately diagnosed our issue -- and even more importantly, fixed every problem we had on his way out. Im not joking when I say that him fixing some of our shower and faucet issues was the greatest Christmas gift we received this year.I couldnt recommend Whites enough. They didnt only meet our needs, but exceeded them by a long shot!

    I came home from work on Wednesday to water streaming, low-key GUSHING, out from the WALL OF MY HOUSE into the garage. Rapid-stream vibes. I heard it before I saw it. 3 inches of water in the garage! Whites Plumbing was responsive, insightful and fit us in fast. Fred discovered the leak, patched it, filled the dirt back, and patched the concrete, all in 3.5 hours!! A leak in the concrete slab of the floor of my laundry room was incredibly overwhelming, but Fred was kind, supportive and explained everything clearly every step of the way. My husband and I were making plans to stay with family or a hotel for the next week, and they were able to fix it, same day. Iā€™m so thankful for the friendly customer service (shout out Brittany!) and the extremely knowledgeable Fred and his helper! Thank you, Whites Plumbing & Fred and his assistant!

    I had a plumbing issue prior to the Thanksgiving weekend. Dillion came and got me up and running for the weekend and diagnosed the problem. Blake came very timely the next week and confirmed and made arrangements for a permanent repair. Finally, we had Howard and Tim and they did a great job. I am always pleased with how timely this company is - how they clean up any mess that gets made and can explain the problem to me (who had no understanding of plumbing). I hate to have to call the plumber - but when I do have to call, I am glad that Whites Plumbing is there and ready to help me;. Defiantly will call them again when needed.

    Ive been using Whites Plumbing for my plumbing needs for about 5,6,7 years now.... I just had to have a toilet worked on this past Friday 7/12/24 and the technician, Dylan was very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant...     I canā€™t say enough good things about Whites plumbing. From the start of the project till the end everyone was amazing. Blake who came out to review my project, JT and John who did the final work and I canā€™t thank Nichole enough at the office for all her help.I had a generator installed but it took 3 months to get the city to put in the gas line. Nichole called every week to try and get a date. Finally it is ready !!!My sincere thanks to all the great people in that business for a smooth job.

    Chris White came out twice to give an estimate to hook up the natural gas line for our pool heater to be sure it was what we were looking for. He looked at all of our inside gas connections to be sure they were operating properly as well, and added regulators where needed. JT and Sutton came out to install our gas line. They arrived on time, were super thorough, polite, and very knowledgeable. I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I have had the pleasure of working with at Whites Plumbing! Their prices were reasonable and competitive as well! I will definitely call them again for any plumbing or natural gas needs in the future!

    We built a garden potting station with an old sink. Carter and Trent from Whites Plumbing came out to install the fixtures and tie it into our existing plumbing. They performed their job wonderfully. The work exceeded our expectations. Great job guys.This is typical for all the work we have had Whites perform.     I had a great experience yesterday when Trevor and McKinley came on a days notice to install a new hot water heater.     My daughters roommate drilled into a water line from the waterheater on a Saturday morning. Being from out of town I called them going by star review, a hope and a prayer.     I rarely write reviews, but in this instance Whites Plumbing deserves the proper recognition and an amazing review for handling my recent situation. We had our handyman work on a kitchen sink clog for over three hours and were led to believe that we had a major issue on our hands. We were told that we would need an expert to handle our situation. I had always heard good things about Whites Plumbing, so I called and they got me worked in immediately that day. Within 15 minutes of arriving our tech professional Charles had found the problem, assured me that everything was going to be ok and took the time to show me exactly how he was fixing the problem. Charles then took the extra time to check three different ways to make 100% sure the problem had been fixed. As if that was not enough, he took a few minutes to show us how to keep this from happening again and left us feeling great about our experience. When you are expecting to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars, and find an honest company who does not take advantage of your bad situation, it is worth writing about it and sharing this for other to have the same experience. Finally, I called to speak with the owners and thank them for the wonderful experience and let them know how professional their tech professional was. Rodger and Debra both took the time to listen to my great experience and were very complimentary about their employee and grateful. In the end I learned one important thing, it is better to find an expert who knows a lot about a little, than to use some one who knows a little about a lot. We actually wound up paying our handyman more than Whites Plumbing. Honesty, Integrity and Trust are the three most important ingredients to finding lasting success and Whites Plumbing certainly possesses all three of the great qualities. Thank you Whites Plumbing for giving us a wonderful experience.

    Today Whites sent out a very knowledgeable young man named Brandon. He quickly assessed the situation and went about working to fix our plumbing issues. He jumped up on our high pitch roof to snake the roof vent, and it took several attempts. He also resealed our toilet, as it was leaking. Bottom line, he quickly and efficiently fixed all our plumbing issues and we are very grateful!! Also both ladies we spoke with at the office were so nice and helpful. Thank you!

    Just had our water heater replaced by Whiteā€™s Plumbing. Most importantly, I am impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Big thank you to Carter, Trent, and Bobby who came for the service call. They were prompt, explained everything in detail, and followed up when they encountered a problem that required a little bit more work ā€“ and kept to the original estimate. I especially appreciate the care they took in wearing protective clothing and using drop cloths to ensure our carpets stayed clean. Bobby noticed our backflow valve leaking and offered to stop by later when he had the right tools. True to his word, he returned, cleaned out the valve and added new o-rings. I admit I requested several quotes from local plumbers, and instead of going with the cheapest, I chose the best quality. Whiteā€™s Plumbing had installed the first water heater in this home twenty years ago. I am glad they installed this new one, and Iā€™ll keep using them as long as they are in business, which I hope is many more years to come.

And time efficient.------- 6 years ago....2018Eddie from Whites plumbing serviced my home after a water leak from my upstairs was dripping through my 1st story ceiling! He was like a seasoned detective, resetting my toilet and seal, cleaning out my shower pipes, & replacing my toilet handle. He was great at explaining exactly what he was doing and why. Clayton is a quality person and a real professional. He thoroughly explained what was happening and figured out a very easy solution to problem 1. Problem 2 required waiting for parts (which I did). After a short delay, Clayton was back to install the parts. In addition, communications and the payment process were a breeze.

    Whites Plumbing is our plumber of choice and heres one of the many reasons why. We noticed a leak in our shower the morning we had planned to leave for our summer vacation. We couldnt leave with water running, so I called Whites Plumbing. They said they could come out the same day. We expected to get to go on vacation, but we realized we would probably be leaving very late in the day. Whites knew we were planning to leave today and they let our favorite plumber, Clayton, know about our situation. He came to our house before 11 am and fixed our issue! We not only owe Whites Plumbing a big thank you for the swift repair, we owe them a BIG thank you for saving our vacation!!     We needed to replace our aging toilet that was leaking water and causing the toilet to partially refill the water tank every few hours. Brandon Smith came out the next day, quickly removed the old toilet and a troubling flange protruding above the floor, then ordered a particular toilet we wanted. He scheduled replacement of the new toilet upon its arrival from the supplier. Brandon was very friendly, professional and immediately diagnosed what needed to be done. He carefully explained what he was doing, helped us find the right replacement toilet and cleaned the work site of all dust and debris. Love Whites Plumbing!

    First of all, they were very prompt in scheduling a service call for our kitchen sink leak. Second, our plumber Brandon was very thorough in explaining the problems we had noticed and wanted resolved. The sprayer was leaking due to a crack in the hose, and since hoses and connections can be unique he told me how to find the Model # for our faucet in order to contact Delta for parts. The sink drain baskets were also rusting, so he replaced those at my request. Brandon is very personable, and I appreciate him going the extra mile by leaving the kitchen as clean as he found it. Kudos to Brandon and Whites!!

    John Sutton and JT arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They worked well as a team and stay focused on the job until it was done. They were thorough and detailed letting us know our electrician needed to come back out and when a part was needed for dishwasher they handled it so the job could be completed on time. They also made sure to complete the leak and safety checks. We would be glad to have them provide services again if we ever need plumbing or gas services in the future.

    As our luck would have it, Friday night at 7 pm our pex valve exploded!! After cleaning up all the water, we did a search on Living Tallahassee facebook group as well as a good friend of ours suggested Whites Plumbing. We called and left the message with the answering service. Under 5 minutes later, we got a call from Adam at Whites Plumbing. He was very nice and kind and listened to our issues. We sent him a picture of what happened so he had an idea of what tools/equipment he needed before he got here. He was here in less than 30 minutes and within the hour, had our plumbing issue repaired. He was very professional and kind and explained everything he did and answered any questions we had. We will be using Whites Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. You wont be disappointed!! Prices were good too (esp for an emergency weekend type of thing). Highly recommend!!

Due to the fact that my toiletā€™s guts were no longer made by the original manufacturer, and that the seal had flaws, Adam explained that when I was ready, the toilet needed to be replaced.     Love these guys. Had a leaky two handle tub that dribbled a lot of water when turned off. They could have just said the whole valve needed replaced and got me for a big check, but instead they replaced the handle cartridges and even sealed the stopper thing on the tub that they noticed wasnt installed correctly. Price was super reasonable, work was done quickly and accurately, and the plumber was even considerate about not dragging in a bunch of dirt when it was raining outside. Im just not sure theres a better option out there than Whites Plumbing.

Originally they told me it would be next day before they could get someone out they called me 5 mins later and said they had someone on there way.     Whites first helped my family back in September 2019. When your plumbing goes or has issues, you want someone to fix the problem expeditiously, and with a reasonable price. After our lawn guy discovered we had a leak near our main water line we called McNeills on a Saturday to investigate. The gentleman on call figured out the leak was due to trees nearby rupturing the line with its roots. We were told we needed to re-route the pipes to prevent further issues and we concurred. I was told I would get a call on Monday. When the call never came, I called Whites to get an estimate and see how soon they could come out. While McNeills couldnt come out till Thursday, Whites was able to come out and lay a temporary line that Monday so we would not have to keep turning the water off and on throughout the day and night. In addition, McNeills quote was $700 more than Whites. We later found out there was additional work that needed to be done, but even this price was still over $300 cheaper than McNeills without McNeill even knowing about the extra work needed. The Whites owner and his son came out day one to help us get everything fixed.Fast forward to August 22, 2023. Once again Whites came through and saved the day after my son found a puddle outside of our house near where a root busted one of our pipes a few years ago. Without having to be at home, Whites came by, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour costing us a fraction of what it would be had we gone with a competitor in the area. When costs are rising drastically in all other areas, I am so happy to say Whites saved us! I will continue to recommend Whites to everyone who asks for plumbing recommendations in Tallahassee.

    We had a leak behind our refrigerator, in the water line to the ice maker. As a result, we had to turn the water off at the street, as the leak had found its way to our family room without us realizing it. One responded that day with us agreeing to pay for emergency hrs. I wonā€™t mention the name of the company. I had used them bf. It was late Friday afternoon. That guy walked around, looked here and there, brought no tools with him, walked outside. We were shocked. He got in his truck and drove off. Never said a word to us!! After the fact, we decided - late Friday and he was ready for his weekend! I called 4 other companies. One - the guy was out of town. 3 said they were booked and they couldnā€™t say when they could come. None of them even cared about our leak. Well - Whiteā€™s Plumbing has a customer for life. They listened to the problem, set an appointment, were here on time, fixed the leak ( which was not near as bad as we thought it was). They were very professional, very knowledgeable about our problem. Seems the leak could have been in my slab but it was a ā€œChristmas Miracleā€ they said as it wasnā€™t and was easy to fix. They were 100% ready to do what needed to be done. They worked fast, were friendly, had all tools needed. I canā€™t say enough good things about them. I donā€™t normally write reviews but had to in this case. If you want your water problem solved, donā€™t waste time with anyone else. Get it done quick, correct, and have professional knowledgeable plumbers. They treated us with respect and sincerely wanted to help us. We are truly happy customers - for life!!

    After we had new floors installed in our bathroom we discovered the toilet could no longer fit into the pipe in the floor so we called Whites to come raise the flange and install the toilet. A couple days later we found a leak in the base of the toilet and at the time we thought the installation had a problem so we called Whites again and they came out and made adjustments for free. A couple of days later this happened again and when they came out again they inspected our brand new toilet and discovered a subtle factory default causing the leak. Not only was their installation great but they didnt charge me a dime for coming out and working on this problem that had nothing to do with them, out on 2 separate occasions.     I cannot begin to share how grateful and appreciative I am of Whites Plumbing. My sewer line collapsed in a neighborhood that has a one way in and one way out street and the sewer main was 17 - 20 feet down on a narrow road. Mr. White came out on several different occasions, met with city personnel on the phone and at the house trying to come up with the best way to fix it so they wouldnt have to charge me thousands and thousands of dollars because it was such an unusual break in an unusual location.     Ive been a licensed general contractor for many years and in that time have done lots of plumbing work for myself and others. I only recently reached the point where I no longer have the time to do my own plumbing repairs.     I had a spigot run over by a food delivery driver a couple of weeks ago when it was supposed to freeze on a Saturday night. I shut the water off by the road. But we still had exposed pipes and the clock was ticking on when it was going to hard freeze that night. I called Whites and within 15 minutes Brandon called me back.     Ive had Blake Owens from Whites Plumbing dispatched to my house twice now for two separate and unrelated water leak issues. Today it was my water heater. Last time it was to fix a leaking pipe to the showers from within the walls. Blake is awesome. He always does more than what the job requires that other plumbers probably wouldnt do in order to prevent any issues in the future. So in other words, he treats my house as if it was his own.     I rent an apartment, so I have no say in which plumber comes out and works on my place. My landlord / property manager only uses Whites Plumbing, so each time a plumber is needed, the plumber is from Whites Plumbing.Typically when a plumber from Whites Plumbing comes out, the plumber leaves a mess. For example, I had a plumber leave sewage on the walls, sinks, flooring, etc. That same plumber soldered in the apartment with the windows and doors closed, filling my apartment with soldering fumes while I was out. (I rent an apartment and my property manager let the plumber enter and work unsupervised!!) When I returned, the air in the apartment was so thick with fumes that one could not see clearly anywhere in the apartment. It was like a super dense fog. Moreover, my son suffered an asthma attack within seconds of entering the place. (I removed him immediately and had him wait outside until the place was thoroughly aired out.) There was solder soot on all the walls, carpeting, and furniture. What a nightmare!!Another plumber that came from Whites Plumbing was installing new piping and the piping looked like it had sewage on it. (Mind you, that piping was used for our drinking water. As far as I am concerned, clean pipes are a must!!) When the plumber was finished, I had a mess to clean up. (There was dust and wall pieces everywhere he had drilled and cut into the wall.)Today, was different, though. Today was the first time I had a great experience with Whites Plumbing. I am writing this review to let you (and ideally Whites Plumbing management) know how great of a job Eddy did today. Eddy -- if you read this, know you have restored my faith in Whites Plumbing! :-)I had a leak in my bathroom. Eddy came out first thing in the morning. He was professional, had a great personality and superb people skills. He shared some tips and informed me of some products that might interest me that he himself uses so he knows they are good. He fixed the leak in record time. He left no mess!!! None! Eddy put back everything he had to move to get the job done, including the pine needles, etc that covered the main water shutoff valve for my apartment. Instead of putting his tools on my counters, etc, he kept them in his toolbox when he was not using them. He took off his shoes just inside the doorway so he would not track dirt throughout the apartment. In short, Eddy fixed the leak, was respectful, and demonstrated excellent customer service.Dear Whites Plumbing Management Team, please take note of Eddy and hire more plumbers like him.

    When your plumbing goes or has issues, you want someone to fix the problem expeditiously, and with a reasonable price. After our lawn guy discovered we had a leak near our main water line we called McNeillā€™s on a Saturday to investigate. The gentleman on call figured out the leak was due to trees nearby rupturing the line with its roots. We were told we needed to re-route the pipes to prevent further issues and we concurred. I was told I would get a call on Monday. When the call never came, I called Whiteā€™s to get an estimate and see how soon they could come out. While McNeillā€™s couldnā€™t come out till Thursday, Whiteā€™s was able to come out and lay a temporary line that Monday so we would not have to keep turning the water off and on throughout the day and night. In addition, McNeillā€™s quote was $700 more than Whiteā€™s. We later found out there was additional work that needed to be done, but even this price was still over $300 cheaper than McNeillā€™s without McNeill even knowing about the extra work needed. The Whiteā€™s owner and his son came out day one to help us get everything fixed. I will continue to recommend Whiteā€™s to everyone who asks for plumbing recommendations in Tallahassee.
