I made an appt online for service to my AC and was contacted to schedule an appt almost immediately. My technicians Frankie and Jason were amazing. They assessed my AC and determined that the line was clogged. we had great conversation and they taught me how to keep up the maintenance to help prevent the issue from happening again. I was having a problem with my A/C system and as a new home owner in Tallahassee I wasn’t sure what to do, I went on Google and the first place that popped up was AND services, they had great reviews so I went for it and called, I spoke with a representative named Jim, not only was he very kind and understanding he was also very knowledgeable and helpful, he provided me with same day service. I am very grateful for his help and very grateful that this company was able to provide great service.

I called AND Services for plumbing services. They answered right away and scheduled techs to come out. The techs called me and we agreed that next morning worked best. Frankie and Jason were the 2 techs and they were awesome. They were very knowledgeable, very thorough, extremely polite, and overall just nice people to deal with.Most importantly they figured out what was going wrong, explained in detail what they could do to solve the issue, gave several options and then did the work efficiently…and solved the issue.Because of these two, I would call AND Services. every time and also recommend them to others in Wakulla or Leon county.NOTE: AND Services…I don’t normally leave reviews unless the service or product is exceptional. Take care of these 2 guys. It is difficult to find competent people these days that do a great job and take pride in their service and trade.

The company actually has a person who answers the phone. They set up a technician to be at my house within a few hours which is really great. Most companies have an answering machine and when you do talk to someone they say they will be out in a couple of days . This company is awesome highly recommended them over their competitors

The customer service for scheduling and service technician was great! However the pricemark-up on the Goodman Air Conditioner compressor fan motor was disappointing to say the least. A $150 - $200 dollar electric motor cost me a $1,000 bucks off the service truck. Because this was my first time using this company,…I will probably not utilize AND in the future due to the high cost of parts off their service truck. Nevertheless,...my AC unit got repaired the same day in a timely manner.

And Services was the only company that could provide us same day service for a plumbing issue we had. We were initially told our plumber would be at our home around 2:30 and then got pushed to 6:00 and once again got pushed to 8:15 at night. While this may have upset some people, I was just thankful that after an obviously longer than anticipated day, our technician still made the trip to our home well into the evening to take care of our problem. Jonathan Hermosillo did an awesome job and got it done very quickly as well. He was clearly very qualified and had years of experience and knowledge. He took a look at the issue and found the problem. He talked to my wife and I about the cost and the work he would need to do. There was no sort of upselling or vague explanations. He was honest, transparent and very fair about what needed to be done. I felt that the pricing was fair and justified for the work that needed to be performed. He did the work that night and was able to get on his way back home by 9:45. I appreciate so much him and his apprentice coming out so late into the evening after working a very, very long day. They had positive attitudes and a will to get the job done quickly but also correctly. Ill absolutely be using them again should the need arise. And I fully suggest anyone reading this review to consider the same. Great company, excellent customer service and dispatchers and great techs!!

Bailey Prince 🤴 I put an appointment request in this morning for 9-11am. I received a phone call maybe 5 minutes later confirming and getting more details. I received another around 9:30 confirming again and to let me know to give tech a couple hours and they will call en route. Got the call at 10:18 and it was Bailey. He left me with a work up of different options for my landlord and I didnt have to pay for him to come out. I was expecting to. I must say I was once again awed by the service provided by Chris. He was also my technician last year. Chris is very thorough and investigates a possible issue to its resolution. Chris explains what he found and his zeal concerning his work and the customer shows in his work ethic and his genuine concern. In the past other techs, from other companies would barely spend 10 minutes looking at my HVAC, then off they would go, some even tried high-pressure sales tactics. Our AC went out and we have a service contract with a different group... to much red tape for this weather so I made an executive decision and I am sooo glad I did! We have now cooled off and our fur baby is extremely happy!!! If you are having AC issues... PLEASE give them a call. The installers were very professional and worked hard...
