    We hired this team to help install a whole house water filter for our residence. Abel assisted us and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind.He was patient to make sure he reviewed our specific needs and configurations and that our new filter would be installed in the proper spot.He made sure he had new piping for our install and also grabbed some parts that we didn’t realize we were missing so that the job was done properly.Would gladly hire Able again to help with any plumbing needs. He did an excellent job!

    Josh and Abel both provided outstanding service today. They took time to help me understand the issues and what they were doing to fix it. Josh had to correct additional items from a recent flip and sale of the house. I feel like they went above and beyond what we get from regular service. So thoroughly pleased!     Abel just completed a plumbing job for me and I am so pleased with the results. I called Brown’s Plumbing late last night and they contacted me as soon as they opened for business. Abel arrived soon after and quickly diagnosed and repaired my outside problem and then installed a new sink and garbage disposal. He was very polite and professional and worked efficiently and quickly. He was very personable and explained everything to me. I will definitely call Brown’s Plumbing for future plumbing needs.     Today was my second service event with Brown Plumbing Inc. and Im very pleased with the service that Ive received. I was pleasantly greeted and given a next day appointment by Olivia.Both times the service technician, Gary Dort, was immediately sent out to take care of issues that I had with my commode and also to install a dishwasher. Gary does amazing and thorough work. He is definitely an asset to the company and, in my opinion, he should be recognized, financially compensated, given a raise/promotion or all 3. He was a joy to have in my home and I will request for him to be sent for all future calls. Thank you Brown Plumbing, Olivia, and Gary Dort.

    Woke up to a broken water pipe Saturday morning and they were able to get someone out that same morning.Josh was able to fix multiple issues he found including a sewage line he found broken (no wonder I always felt my home smelled a little weird). They’re even coming back out to help clean with proper chemicals the mess in the basement from a sewage pipe.I appreciate that they take pictures and videos of their job to keep their office and the homeowner informed. Super thankful for you guys, y’all were a true blessing to my messy Saturday morning. Thank you for going above and beyond and for being for professional and responsive!

    Same day service. Was even a little early to the appointment. Abel did a fantastic job repairing a leaky pipe feeding our shower. Even installed an access panel for future maintenance if needed. Definitely recommend.

    Alfredo was quick, helped me out as best as possible and diagnosed a potential issue with my dishwasher pump. Unfortunately he couldn’t resolve the issue right then and there but referred me to a technician specialized in dishwasher electricals. Great service, would use Brown again.

He also gave me lots of good tips on keeping the line clear, maintaining our garbage disposal, and even pointed out that our faucet has a lifetime warranty so we can get free parts for it!This is my third experience with Brown Plumbing and they’re always really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.     We had Browns (no relation) come out for a plugged sewer main on one of our apartments. They were on site before the projected time, and got to work immediately. The technician ( Alfredo) was awesome. Very knowledgeable and polite. True professionals. Strongly recommend

    This company is unbelievably great! I work in the apartment industry and when our location was short handed in the maintenance department, we needed several issues handled quickly... ...like same day quickly. All of their employees are professional but AMARI is King in my book. I had a new move in that needed work done and Amari fixed it properly the first time!I feel guilty for waiting a week to write this review but we are still crazy busy with summer turn.     Ive used Brown three times now and each visit of theirs has been fantastic. This past visit, I had a leaking back flow and a soggy front yard. When I called, I was told that a tech would be there between 2-3 pm. Alfredo arrived just before noon, which I was extremely grateful for. Ive also had his brother, Abel, do some work at our home and he too has been prompt and professional.Browns prices are competitive, their customer service is top notch, and their services are done meticulously.There are a quite a few plumbing contractors in Tallahassee that are very reputable. However, I dont forsee using another comany for any future needs.

    We absolutely love Brown Plumbing. We had a leak from an old pipe and called them to get it taken care of. They sent out Abel to check on the problem. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions-I had many. Once the fix was made, he also check the pressure and tested the line to make sure there was no other problem. Robert Brown has a wonderful business. I can always count on immediate service from his company and his prices are beyond fair!

    My technician was Abel Barragon-Ramos. He arrived promptly, was very courteous and handled my problem quickly. Had a leak from a loose gasket on the garbage disposal. He came prepared with a new disposal if it needed to be replaced. He quickly diagnosed the problem and that it was just a leak at the top which he took care of and tested twice. I would certainly use Browns again and would certainly like to have Abel as a technician again, if needed.

    Brown’s Plumbing was highly recommended to contact for a re-occurring plumbing problem. Since I had a plumber coming, I decided to include other issues, which ‘I’ perceived as major plumbing problems. I was prepared to receive a high estimate. My issues were: 1) Kitchen sink not draining. In fact, the first company I had on site dug up the grass in my yard and installed new pipes and told me to keep adding Dawn dish detergent, which was a temporary solution and (2) the other issue was no water coming out of one faucet upstairs in the bathroom.I had spent so much time reading reviews for a company, I was glad to have a recommendation. On November 14, 2023, Les from Brown’s Plumbing was scheduled. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and a kind soul. In fact, I didn’t realize that the faucet issue, which I had put off for a couple years (because the other faucet worked), really wasn’t an issue.The integrity of Les, I’m sure, is the same integrity of Brown’s Plumbing, Inc. He was very pleasant and the clean-up was neat as a pin.Many thanks to Brown’s Plumbing for scheduling Les who took the time to talk to me in layman’s terms and just an overall excellent joy.

    The plumber they sent out to install my new kitchen faucet , Charlie, was fantastic. He was efficient, even took the packaging from the new faucet and the old faucet with him! He left the work site clean and he was a nice person to talk with! He did not try and “milk the clock” AND this was a same day service call! They responded and sent someone out within an hour of speaking to me!! 10 out of 10 will recommend and will use again! THANK YOU CHARLIE!

    Im very happy with the service . I just had my well pump replaced by a different company and they failed to inform me on how to clean out the well water properly before it went into the house. So all of the faucets in the house were backed up with sediment and not working. I called Browns Plumbing and made an appointment for he next day. Eiler was the plumber that was sent out. Hes awesome, very nice, knowledgeable, informative and professional. He backwashed all of the pipes in the house and got the water running again.
