Keith Lawson Company has been my HVAC provider for over 15 years. It has been easy to schedule repair and maintenance calls. I was very pleased with the preventive service provided today by technician Joe Nelson. He arrived within the stated time frame and began work immediately. At the end of his service, he provided photos and an estimate of recommended work. He removed all his work debris and ensured my unit was running as it should before he left. He was very polite.

Rapid response to a no-heat issue when we returned from a trip. Felipe went right to work and diagnosed a failed blower motor. Ordered the part Monday afternoon and called later saying he had the part. We called Tuesday a.m. and the motor was installed by 4:20, and tonight it’s supposed to be in the 20’s. Felipe is a high energy technician - fast, professional, courteous. I hope we don’t have any future issues, but if we do I’m requesting Felipe. 5star service from a great company. Glad we chose Keith Lawson as our HVAC company!

I needed to establish a relationship with a different HVAC service. I knew this company when they started years ago. So, when I needed a mini-split in my studio I called Keith Lawson. Chad came out promptly, gave me an estimate and they installed the new system within a weeks time.Treat & Juan were the installers, they arrived on time, were appropriately dressed, courteous and did a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it. They went the extra mile, moved tile out of the way and even took out the old window unit for me. Chad came by to ensure that I was happy with their work.Finally, I can get my studio set up and work in comfort all year long. Thanks, guys!

They came to my house two days this week; one trip they cleared my clogged pipes in the kitchen and fixed my garbage disposal. The other trip they went under my house and gave me an in-depth diagnostic overview of what I need to do to get my air-conditioning ducts repaired and my electric bill lowered. They fixed some things on the spot and took pictures and showed me details that I did not previously understand. They are outstanding and I highly recommend them.

Donald was a super-star yesterday afternoon (Tuesday), fixing a home a/c system that had been out for 2 days blowing warm (and warmer!!) air while my son and his family were out of town, and I was dog sitting. Donald was very professional, efficient, experienced and knowledgable fixing what was wrong very quickly, checking the whole system out and answering our queries before he left. By the time he left cooler air was already beginning to circulate. Highly recommend and if we could give more stars, we would! Thank you so much once again for a brilliant service.

A previous plumber from another company told me I needed a whole new shower piping system, which would include drilling into the bathroom walls. Troy fixed the issue by diagnosing the problem and then replacing the faucet cartridges. Thank you, Keith Lawson, for being a great company with such talented staff.

Weve had very good service for several years now. Technicians have been excellent. However we did not renew our annual service this time because they had a price increase of nearly $100 and then was going to charge us quite a bit extra to use a credit card to pay them. Enough is enough!

Once again today, Joe Nelson came by and cleaned an internal fan. These are the types of things that with servicing you can find early. This is the thing that you would never see and if somebody did not come and check would get worse and worse over time. Joe was on point and on time and I really am glad that he wears those shoe covers when he comes in the house. 👍🏽‼️Today I had excellent service. Joe Nelson came out and did a great job for us. He was extremely thorough and explained everything to me clearly. All good !! we do have to have a part cleaned later on that he was able to discover. It was something that overtime would have gotten much worse. So we are glad that he found it now early and we have scheduled our cleaning and maintenance of that particular part. he showed us pictures of it and everything so that we were very clear about what was going on as we could not actually see the part inside. I am confident that Joe is advising us correctly and maintained that all the rest of our equipment is in good shape. One thing about HVAC is don’t put off the general maintenance so that you are not caught later on with a major problem that could have been avoided. just the same as the way you treat your vehicle or should treat your vehicle.

I called Kieth Lawson heating and air to come check my unit out at 4pm on Tuesday, me and the wife had been melting in this summer heat. They sent Joe Nelson. Joe called me 30 minutes before he arrived. He then showed up right on time and heard my concerns and assured me I was in good hands. Joe was probably the most professional tech I have met in any trade that I’ve had at my home. I have never seen any other trade show up and use their own doormat to keep from tracking dirt inside my house. He also used shoe covers. Joe clean and serviced my A/C system. He had us back up and running in no time at all. Joe took the time to explain my thermostat to me and how to set up schedules. No other tech has done that since it was installed 2 years ago.he cleaned my drain lines and then tested the whole system A/C and Heat. Kieth Lawson is definitely training there techs how to be the best and Joe Nelson is definitely a prime example of it.

Highly recommend Keith Lawson Services for your HVAC needs. They installed a new 3 ton 2 phase heat pump split system for me last year. They service it every six months to keep it running at optimal and also replace the whole home air filter. At the latest service visit, at my request, Donald also installed a soft starter to reduce starting and running amps in preparation for a home generator. Every service tech has been professional, courteous, communicative, and knowledgeable. They understand that AC issues is an emergency.

He was very personable and seemed to do good work.Later in the day the day, when I tried to adjust the thermostat, it went blank. I called and a second technician came. His name is Bobby. He came after hours, on Friday night and worked for about an hour and a half finding the problem and fixing the system. He was friendly and stayed at work diligently during the time he was here.I was pleased to have both technicians in my home. I would recommend KL services to others.

Got the coolant put in and no maintenance, and coils cleaned off. The young man came out a second visit, and happily for me, he discovered that the ductwork was still intact. Also the compressor is still under warranty for replacement. That saves me a lot because I will be free of a greater expense compared to a whole new unit. This company was professional from the first phone call. After a leak detection company found our exterior water leak, Kyle called to let us know he was on the way to disconnect the irrigation system from the water main. He was polite and respectful, and got the leaking system disconnected from the main. He capped off the lines, and after the sealant dried, he tested to ensure there was no more leaking. He filled in the hole he dug for access, and provided a detailed report for the city. This report is what we needed to eliminate the need for annual backflow testing. He also informed us his work has a one year warranty.They were quick to respond to our service request and Kyle left us with a very good impression.We plan to contact the company for a couple of other household projects. We highly recommend based on our experience with them.

Troy came and did an assessment and was able to figure out the likely causes and have me a very fair estimate (I was terrified that the quote would be astronomical). I didnt feel taken advantage of and he did an excellent job. Troy was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He made me and my family feel very comfortable and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. I called Lawsons because no heat at all was coming out of a floor vent in our back room. They sent out Donald Stephens, a very competent technician and a nice person. I removed the vent and both of us immediately saw the problem: the ductwork was pulled loose from the vent base and daylight was shining on it from under the house. When I had previously checked on my own, I must have done so at night when it was dark under the house. Donald immediately got zip ties and screws from his truck, crawled under the house and tied the duct back to the vent base, then drilled in 6 screws around the duct and base to secure them together. It was an efficient solution and done very quickly. So I am very satisfied with Mr. Stephens work. What I am not happy about was the $125 diagnostic fee, especially since I could see the problem as well as the technician could. I wonder if I had first looked down into the vent during the daytime and had seen the separated duct would I have been charged the $125 diagnostic fee in that instance. So added to that fee a $175.00 job fee, my total for the work was $300. I am assuming the diagnostic fee is now a standard charge on all jobs. I really dont remember it in the past. Jan RuBino

Keith Lawsons Service Technician, Mr. Eiler Natal did an excellent job on my repairs on 12/29/22. Both toilets are working as they were when I initially purchased them over 6 years ago. I was very impressed with his professionalism: time he provided to explain the services; his recommendations; and to answer my questions. In addition, the repairs Mr. Natal completed on the two (2) outside spigots/faucets were exceptional. Prior to the repairs, I had some conversations with my brother who lives out of town regarding my plumbing issues. He took the cover off the contactor notice it was burnt no power going to it. I had a clogged sewer line from my residence to the main. Family recommended Keith Lawson Services for the successful plumbing work they had done for them. Next day after calling, KLS sent out Joe Covalt and his team, who unclogged the line effectively, efficiently and in fairly short order. I very much appreciated Joes friendly and reassuring manner, and his willingness to help me understand how my system worked, and how I could prevent similar problems. Be prepared for sticker shock because I found the cost of this job increased significantly over last year. Ask for an estimate, and shop around if you have the time.
