Finished the job incredibly quick with no apparent issues. There was a faulty part that they immediately recognized the issue and replaced the next day. Everyone was respectful and Terry was especially good about making sure to put on the shoe covers when coming in and out.This is not the first time theyve come out to assist us and we will certainly have them again.

We just had Matt & Laura out here due to issues with our unit heating. The office (Savannah specifically) was prompt in responding to our landlord and then they showed up perfectly on time. Were not able to do a full repair at this time but they were happy to work with us on what could be fixed now -- the thermostat -- which was done very efficiently. They made nice small talk and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Also they were very nice to my cats, which is always appreciated!Customer service is 11/10 and we look forward to working with Coopers (and hopefully Matt & Laura!) in the future.

Joshua is awesome! He came over for a safety inspection to check our system and he answered all our questions. Very thorough! He gave us detailed information of all his findings in a way that was easy to understand for someone who knows next to nothing about their HVAC system. He was very kind, patient and professional. He told us all the concerns he found, gave us recommendations and gave us quotes we needed. He also explained a bit more of what was included in their Cooper Club benefits that I wasnt aware of (I had signed up for it 2 months ago) so that was really appreciated. I highly recommend Coopers Plumbing.We were in need of two bath remodels that were aged and becoming hazardous. We spent close to a year trying to find contractors and getting them to come to estimate the jobs. Those who did show up were overpriced and had a 4-6 month wait until they could begin. We were lucky to come across Coopers Plumbing. They came to meet with us the day after we called. They were on time, polite and listened! They gave us reasonable estimates on our projects the same day. And they started the next week. We were amazed.They let us make our own choices when what they offered was not what we wanted. They were patient with our process stop and start and stop and start again due to repairs required from other trades. They worked well with our other trades people and most importantly, they did great work.Javier was our project manager and he was always available and there was never a time he did not get back to us when we had questions or doubts. He made great suggestions and they never failed to work out issues we encountered throughout the project. Coopers made it easy. The crews are clean, polite and skilled.They will be our preferred repair and emergency plumbers and we will call them when we start our next project.

The technician, Ryan Grubbs, was very professional and did a great job quickly identifying the issue with my HVAC system after the other Coopers team replaced all the duct work in my home. A connector had gone out which caused the condenser not to turn on, but he was able to quickly identifying and replaced it. He even assisted with the install of my new thermostat as a courtesy since the previously technicians that were sent out to fix couldnt.I wish Coopers would have done a better job performing quality checks on the work of their technicians after completion of my job. They were quick to ask me to provide payment even before the workmanship was evaluated by a manager or myself. I also had to prompt them to send me after pictures of all the completed work.There is still a lingering item Coopers has yet to address, but now that theyve received payment they are not as responsive. I truly hope they will get someone out soon to finish sealing the duct cover outside with silicone to ensure no rain or water can get in and damage the ducting they recently installed! Hope they can get resolved before the New Year hits!

Greetings, 20 yr old Trane AC went out in March, got quotes from 3 companies, Coopers was by far the most professional that I dealt with. Decided to go with the Comfortcare unit, 16 seer, and there was literally no wait. They installed a window overnight just to make us comfortable until the install. Ff, three employees show up for the install, led by this powerhouse Paige (yes a woman), and worked ALL day non-stop until it was up and going. She paid attention to details and was gentle with my house. Works great! No issues at all, and the unit has been such a relief in these hot summer months! My utility bill has decreased by about 10%, but my peace of mind is at 100% I intentionally waited six months to post this review to assess the unit and give the public honest feedback. Feedback is, go with Coopers for the install, it’s a huge purchase but you won’t regret it!

From the time the technician, Javier came to my home Thanksgiving weekend til the time he left this young man made this awful situation easy to navigate. I’m disabled from a recent surgery and my husband is disabled. I know exactly what’s wrong. Javier showed me pictures and fixed the problem. He and the phone operator (sorry don’t remember her name), let me know exactly what the costs would be upfront and gave me options for fixing the problem and paying for work done. In future I would most definitely call Javier to assist me and my husband with any plumbing or A/C problems.

Coopers answered our after-hours phone call and Casey was here by 8am this morning. She knew exactly what to do (flip a power switch on the unit) and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. They worked efficiently, were super clean, and did a great job.

As a relatively new home owner I am skeptical of specialists when it comes to things Im experiencing for the first time, like when my AC finally couldnt be resuscitated (in August..). I have to admit Coopers wasnt the first number I called but they were the first to be here to help choose a new system and I am glad that was the case. After a thorough inspection by Jess, some new system suggestions and answering my many questions, the decision was made, Jess installed some window units to help us survive in the meantime, and within just a couple days Coopers sent a few of the nicest guys (thanks, Terry et al) who had the system installed. Might have even been even quicker if it wasnt for the holiday weekend.

Had an emergency on Sunday evening. I had to have plumbing done immediately therefore, I reached out to Coopers plumbing and they answered the phone and I got an appointment for the next day. Trenton and Duke showed up on time and very friendly I must say. The problem was repaired and they made sure everything inside was working before they left. I will say whenever I need anymore plumbing I hope these two guys show up. Wonderful service.

Had an unexpected guest climb in our condenser unit and it ended poorly. The capacitor and numerous wires were charred as well as the varmint. I called Cooper’s after using them before for an issue. Scott came out first thing in the morning and was as friendly and professional as they come. He walked me through what the issues were and replaced the capacitor and surrounding wires quickly. He checked all the logistics of the actual unit to make sure it was running at peak. He also walked me through quite a few other tricks to keep the unit running efficiently. We signed up for the monthly plan and that saved us money on the parts as well! He was knowledgeable about every single aspect of the job and couldn’t have been more kind. Call them if there’s an issue. They are transparent, affordable, and have good people at every step.

We contacted Cooper’s Plumbing and air in two different occasions. We had a plumbing issue in our kitchen and were able to schedule a plumber right away the next day. He was very kind and respectful. He gave us a timeline and answered all our questions. He showed us different options we could purchase at fair prices. The installation was fast and efficient. The team that took away and installed our new system were so polite and respectful. They had to work in the attic which is located through a small door in my child’s closet. Shop around for price. The quality of work they did on my plumbing was great. I have no issue with their people, and they were quick to respond to our problem. However, when my a/c went out and I needed a new one they gave me some quotes that seemed high. I told them I was getting another estimate and they immediately said they’d give me 10% off if I’d go with them. I went ahead and got another estimate and found they the price of Coopers was 30% more, even for their “economy” model. They do a price match guarantee. I found it saved me a good bit of money to get a second estimate.
