Your technician arrived promptly, was very professional, & responded well to our many animals. He didnt think we needed to replace the dishwasher door--we didnt think so either--so he suggested we store the new door & call if anything happened to the old one. Watts has always been terrific to deal with!

My AC suddenly and totally stopped working at 8pm. I called Watts and left a voicemail. They returned my call within minutes. The tech was on another job and could not get to my place for a couple hours. However, he walked me through troubleshooting and I was safely able to get it started. I then scheduled a full service check for a day and time more convenient for me. They were on time, couteous and professional and really knew their stuff. MANY THANKS!

Fantastic service. Decent prices. Helpful and nice technician. Ive used four different AC companies in the last year. This was the first 100% positive experience that Ive had. Ive found my new AC people. They were at my house an hour after I called and my AC was fixed an hour after that! Highly recommend.

If I could give them more stars I would! We have used them for everything at our house and at my sisters house here in Tallahassee. The company is excellent and responsive! James is our favorite-- he has been here to fix the HVAC (which had a manufacturing problem), to install the gas lines , to check for leaks and to make us a custom damper for our gas fire. He is funny and articulate and wonderful. And the owner Carre is a hoot and smart and treats her workforce with the respect they deserve. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I tell all my friends the same thing -- they are to be trusted to get it right. And they wont make you feel like a pest for asking.

The technician, Bear, was quick and efficient at servicing our air conditioning system, so it worked when we turned the heat back on when it got cold.Rachel is always pleasant on the telephone and takes messages, if necessary, and calls back if we need something.

The air condition in my house stopped working suddenly and I was at a total loss thinking what might have been the cause. I called in Watts Mechanical who got hold of the problem in the ducts in no time. Also,they cleaned it totally and now the AC is working fine again all thanks to them.

AMAZING! Over the last 18months we had hired two other companies to help us with our AC issues and both kept charging us without fixing the actual problem. Watts came in and had us up and running in less than an hour! Forever greatful!
