    What could I say; from our opening conversation with the office manager Andy to the plumber/owner Craig, nothing was short of spectacular. Craig was 10 minutes early, he was a well spoken individual who was professional in all aspects, even smelled good. Hes a master plumber who knew his craft well, explained everything clearly, and most of all FAIR with his quotes. After you experience the services from Roadrunner, youll feel satisfied and comfortable as I did. Its reassuring to now know I have a plumber that I could trust.

    These guys are great! Chad came out next day to replace 2 upstairs toilets in our home and did a fantastic job at a great price. They are upfront about quotes and didn’t charge anything extra after doing the work, like we’ve had other plumbers do in the past. Both him and his brother, Andy, are super friendly and we will definitely be using them again!

    Chad did a great job! He came on very short notice when our hot water heater started to leak and needed to be replaced. He cleaned up his work area after he completed the installation. We will be calling him in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

    Roadrunner plumbing came highly recommended by a trusted, experienced realtor of mine. When I called to make the appointment, they took the call immediately, listened to me explain our plumbing issue, and we schedules an appointment for the next morning.They showed up exactly in time, were professional, clean, courteous, listened to our concerns and spent a good amount of time explaining, showing, teaching us about our plumbing issues. They are experienced, educated, knowledgeable and have all the tools needed for the job.They absolutely could have charged us for a lot of services that were not necessary, but they are ethical and recommended best next steps for us with an appliance company.Their charges were very reasonable and I will be adding them to my list of favorites.I highly recommend Roadrunner Plumbing.

    Came out on the Weekend with same day notice and was able to restore water flow to my house after my shut off valve broke in the middle of the night. Very Professional and efficiently fast.     I can’t say enough good things about this company, and with Mike and his son. We had a rather large leak in the front of our home. We called and they arrived the next day, keeping us informed about their time of arrival. They got right to work, excavating and looking for the leak. Mike explained the possibilities if they couldn’t locate the leak, which included rerouting the water line. After quite a bit of digging, with his head in a hole and his arm underwater, Mike’s son located the leak! It was a cracked pvc pipe. They gave us a price for the repair, which was less than we expected. It was late in the day and they didn’t have the proper supplies on hand, so they came back first thing the next morning and within an hour had the pipe fixed, tested the line and then filled in the hole. They did a great job and we’re very happy with their work. They were both professional and friendly, and clearly knew their business. The price was fair, and we would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Thanks, guys!

    I had accidentally drilled a screw into my main Pex waterline; I called Roadrunner right after turning my water off. They were on another job but answered the phone, said they could come in an hour. They showed up promptly in an hour and proceeded to do an excellent repair on the 1 line. Tested it and not even a drip of water leaked anywhere. I thought the price was fair and good value for such a quick response time in an emergency. Will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing and highly recommend.Thanks guys!

    I called to have my water main shut off looked at. Because I couldn’t shut the water off to the house to have new appliances installed. So Mike, and Chad came out to evaluate the main shut off. I thought they were coming out to give me an estimate. But they came ready to work. And were able to replace the pipe on the spot. Very prompt, and clean work. They even patched the hole where they fixed the pipe. Superb work. I would highly recommend their services.

    GREAT JOB!!! THANK YOU, FELLAS! 0/16/22WOW! Well worth it!!! I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. I needed a pre Purchase Home inspection of all of the Plumbing in a 3,860 sq ft home!!They were on time, very thorough, had some great suggestions for me as well. This company provided me a full report by the end of the day. Their report was easy to read and understand they supplied me with many pictures. That was great! This made things very easy to present to the home SELLERS my concerns about issues found. The Roadrunner employees I delt with were very polite and informative. I would use them again and I do highly recommend them. If Im to ever have a plumbing problem I will call on them first. VERY REASONABLY PRICED!!!

    The guys from roadrunner plumber were great. My 3-year-old managed to stuff large objects in both of our toilets and after several attempts to unclog them it was determined they would need to be replaced. Mike and Chad came out the next day and quickly installed our new toilets for a reasonable price; and my kiddos loved watching the process. Would definitely use them again.

    11/2019My toilet had a leak and the Road Runner Plumbers came early on a Saturday morning. I had decided since they were coming to repair the leak why not update the toilet installation. They discovered my toilet was not even tied down, only airspace between my sewer pipe and floor. I wondered why it rocked. They poured a quick set concrete, securing the toilet bolts. Less than 2 hours later my toilet was all set. It has been over 2 months since the repair and all is working great.June 2020Used them again to install a new water heater. Best decision I made, again a quick response, caring attitude, replaced it with all new high end pipe and fittings. Prices better than Lowes and Home Depot. I highly recommend this family operated business.

    Roadrunner Plumbing is amazing. My husband was installing a bidet on my mothers toilet and ran into an issue when a piece of the attachment to the wall broke. Thankfully we already had her water turned off, but if we turned it on there would be water flowing everywhere. We called RR Plumbing on a Sunday evening and they were able to get to my mothers place early Monday morning. Not only did they explain to my mom what they did and what they were doing, but they reached out to my husband to explain it to him as well. They also offered advice to ensure theres no issues with the installation in the future. They truly care about their clients and use their knowledge to help and educate others. We will without a doubt use Roadrunner Plumbing for all of our future needs!

    Roadrunner Plumber came out to my residence a few weeks ago to address a loud toilet and slowly draining tub. I was very surprised that they came the next day after calling in the afternoon, and the two-man team was great. Updated me with everything that was being done, and once the issue was diagnosed I was given my options. It was all done from the time of arrival to them leaving in about an hour. The charges for parts and labor were fair too. Another thing I appreciated, given the current environment and social distancing, they both wore masks as a courtesy to my house which was highly appreciated. Overall I highly recommend this business!

    Mike at Roadrunner Plumbing is hands down the best plumber I have found in over a decade at clearing drain line issues. My first experience with Mike was a little over a year ago and the results were unbelievable. He cleared my mainline of heavy heavy roots when no others could (had about 6 other plumbers try). He has specialized equipment and the desire to clear mainlines when they can be vs the majority of plumbers who want to dig and replace with prices starting at $4K. Mike stated he never had seen roots as bad as mine, yet he got the job done and when I sent a camera down I didnt see a single root. Amazing. Fast forward another year, at a different house, my kitchen drain line backed up. Over the weekend, I had two different plumbers come out, both could not clear the line. Other plumbers began talking about the potential need to dig through the slab of the house to repair the line. Mike shows up Monday afternoon, and in about 2 hours clears the line. Amazing results again. Thank you Mike at Road Runner Plumbing.

    Up early on a Sunday morning taking my dog for a walk when I noticed a leak coming off the main water valve at my home and water running down the street. Called local law enforcement (Sun City West Posse) and they came over and turned water valve off. It was determined that repair was our responsibility. I Then called Roadrunner Plumber and they were out within 90 minutes. Dug up waterline until they found the leak. Repaired coupling where PVC pipe connects to copper pipe. They then did a great job of cleaning up the area (even hosed down driveway). Job took about 2 hours. Extremely happy with their service and would HIGHLY recommend.

    Very friendly and professional. I had clogged drains in my laundry room. When I called, Michael, he not only told me the base price but also told me the price if they needed to go on the roof for access. They dont do the bait and switch that others may do. They were able to clear the drains using a cool pressure gun thing (at the base price). They even explained the difference between the pressure gun (idk the actual name), a snake and a hydo-pressure cleaning.My old house pipes are not really adequate for my newer washing machine, but they did not pressure me to upgrade. In fact, they told me how I can adapt until I can afford to re-pipe.I have a very high regard for people who respect my budget.They know what they are doing, are honest and give fair proces without any surprises. What more can you send for?

    GREAT!!! Chad came out and fixed my problem within 10 minutes!!!I had 2 other plumbers come to help me change a DELTA valve cartridge (PARKER and EASYFLOW). Both wanted to cut into my wall and change the valve box in the wall. It Would have been very expensive (about $1,800.00.and then more for the tile work). EASYFLOW changed the cartridge valve but could not get any hot water? Wanted to cut into the wall and replace the valve box. They charged me $435.00 for replacing the valve but could not get any hot water?.Chad came in and just adjusted the Knobs and had HOT WATER within 10 minutes of adjustments. He is also a great guy. Chad told me that their charge for the same service would have been about $385.00. Chad saved me a lot of time and money.I wish I had ROADRUNNER PLUMBER come out in the first place.
