The Emergency Master Plumbers Company was the first multiple companies contacted for this urgent meds. There were others that responded minutes earlier to find out they did not serve RV plumbing issues. Austin responded after their front office had received basic fo from the site where the crisis had originated. It was a space at the LEAF VERDE RV RESORT in Buckeye, AZ. Not only did the field rep accept the challenge, Austin took the incentive to identify and locate the specialized part the repair would require, all the same day! The resort was completed in a couple of hours and the part and the work was evident only by the shiny new parts under the rig. Austin, as it turns out, happens to be the owner of the organization and by my own testimony here and now, will be a very successful business owner if not already. Their professional fleet of vans and the professional can do attitude was a saving grace to me and I will be referring this company to others in need for years to come. Plus, I am a fairly popular musician just getting to the Phoenix area with my genre of folk and rock music entertainment and you can bet Ill be referring his company to my other full time RV friends and neighbors for years to come.

AMAZING service !! I had an emergency plumbing issue that needed immediate repair. The woman who answered my call was accommodating, helpful and understanding. Cory saved the day. My fridge was leaking water from the ice/water system near the condenser. I went to shut off the fridge line valve on the wall to further investigate but to my surprise the valve broke off and started spraying water everywhere. I shut the main water line to the house immediately and attempted removing the broken valve on the wall. After futile efforts and a nearly stripped nut I gave up and searched for emergency plumbers. I called a company who said they could get someone over the following week. Then I called Emergency Master Plumbing. The lady on the phone was very helpful and said a technician would contact me and be over in 2 hours. As suggested Cory contacted me, I gave him a brief description, and he showed up within the promised time frame. He was very professional, efficient yet friendly and customer oriented. He cut a hole right above the fridge water line on the wall and was able to unscrew the nearly stripped, rock hard(due to calcification from the hard water we have in the area) valve/nut combo. He replaced the valve and put the line back together. I got my water back on with no leaks the same day. I am very happy with the prompt, professional, and reasonably priced service I received. Cory is highly competent and I can tell that he strives for excellent customer service. He went above and beyond what the issue called for. I know who I will call to get a water softener installed.

These are the hardest working technicians that ever had. They had a challenging job with old urinals that were improperly maintained by property management leaving tenants responsible for maintenance of bad plumbing and poor water conditions. These guys are miracle workers, and highly recommended. They were able to get through built up calcium deposits to clear the water flow.

We had an unexpected main sewer line clog after dinner. I called Emergency Master Plumbing, and they were here within 2 hrs. Justin started working and quickly realized that our sewer clean outs were installed backwards. Saved us a lot of time and money and had our home’s plumbing back to normal. Highly recommend Justin and Emergency Master Plumbing if you have any plumbing issues in the future!

Just want to start this out by saying Zach is the best plumber ever!!Had an emergency last night and not only did Zach show up within the quoted time frame, he was early.Zach was incredibly friendly and professional. Youd never know it was an after hours call that took well into the late night to fix. His positive attitude and helpful demeanor never even gave the slightest hint that this call was disrupting his night!We are so grateful for Zach. He clearly takes pride in his work and is knowledgeable about what he does. He was efficient and thorough. His communication was clear and he set reasonable expectations for the task ahead.Zach literally saved the day! (Or night in our case) good workers are hard to find but with Zach youve got a GREAT one!We almost didnt use Emergency Master Plumbing do to the dispatcher. I believe her name was Heather. From the start of the call it was hard to hear her and it seemed like our call was a bother. She tried to push us to wait until the morning for assistance knowing we didnt have water and then went on to repeatedly tell us there was an after hours charge that couldnt be waived (we didnt even ask). It felt like not only did she not want our business but that she felt we couldnt afford the charge.At the end of the day we are glad Zach was able to turn or experience around and that we didnt let Heather deter us. We definitely will have Zach back for any of our plumbing needs!

I called them on a Friday night to come out and look at my backed up sewer line.Nate arrived as scheduled and was able to determine the problem and fully explained it to me.He and his assistant arrived early Saturday morning & spent the next two days working tirelessly to hand dig down to the sewer line (nearly 10’) and then repair it. It should be noted the ground they were digging up was like concrete.I would highly recommend them!

Hands Down Emergency Master Plumbing and Air is these BEST repair, home maintenance, plumbing, A/C company EVER called to my home!!! They came quickly, worked extremely hard, on a weekend in the heat, hauling equipment, up and down ladders, you name it. My particular issue was NOT an easy fix. These young men did not stop until they had the answer!! I cannot say the same for the big name companies who initially came out. I can honestly say, Ive never been more impressed by a home service company in all of my long life and long years of home ownership. Plumbing emergencies happen 24/7 but not all plumbing companies that claim to be 24/7 truly are. These guys came out after 7 p.m from the other side of town and fixed a leaking pipe in the wall. He found the source of the leak up in the super hot attic and fixed it by replacing the line with much higher quality piping material than the original. My wife discovered water in the garage at around 7PM. Right away I knew it was the water heater. It was the original water heater and was more than 10 years old. I called Emergency Master Plumbing for the first time and a girl answers. I informed her my problem and was able to get someone the same day for a quote. I agreed and about 1hr later Cory came in, confirmed it was the water heater, and got a reasonable quote. Unfortunately the water also damaged my walls. Cory contacted a restoration company to get an estimate and who are able to work with my home insurance. Cory was able to partially repair the issue so I can still use water inside the home. He was setting up his schedule to finish up the job with installing a new water heater by tomorrow. Once Cory left the restoration company came the same day to assess the water damage, set up a claim with my insurance, and completed the paperwork. We also set up the restoration for next week. It was all an easy process starting from first calling Emergency Master Plumbing. I would definitely recommend this company. You guys just got a life long customer. Thank you!

I broke my toilet supply line and angle stop trying to install a bidet. I could not stop the leaking and panicked because water was everywhere and it was 8pm on a Friday night. Luckily Emergency Master Plumbing rescued me. I cant remember her name, but whoever answered my call was very sweet and helpful.Zack W was to my house within 90 minutes. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me and also explaining what had occurred. He replaced everything necessary and even helped finish installing the bidet. Super friendly, understanding, and helpful. 10/10 for Zack.The repair was also not as expensive as I anticipated. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, emergency or routine repair.

Zack came to my residence as promised, on time, professional and courteous. I showed him the leak which he said he could repair, however it would be around $595 and he would be happy to fix it. However he told me that it was actually an irrigation leak and that a landscaper could repair it for a fraction of the price. Zack said he would not charge me for even showing up at my home, looking at the leak and it’s source, and then referring me to a less expensive way to repair it. As a homeowner who has dealt with many repair people over the years, his transparency and generosity has certainly stood out and he and his company have won a customer over. Not only will I use them the next time I need a plumber but I will refer them to everyone else. Thank you Zack! Your integrity will take you and your company very far!

Justin did a great job replacing two bathroom faucets and upgrading hardware below. He was thorough and made sure the job was done right. He brought two single handle Moen faucets, which is a good brand with a lifetime warranty. A little more pricey than other faucets but gave me the option to pick out something cheaper if I wanted to. I like the flexibility but went with the recommendation. They look great!

Had a rude awakening this past Sunday. No hot water! Went to the water heater to see what was going on and noticed a smell of moisture and burnt electrical components. Sure enough the expansion tank leaked onto the water heater and got into the electrical component. Having only experienced this once before in another state I began searching for a plumber. Quickly researched a few and came across Emergency Master Plumbing. True to their statement, they answered the phone early on a Sunday. Got my information and scheduled a visit. They arrived on time and ready to assess. Took a look and quoted me a reasonable price. They went to a supply house and grabbed a new water heater and expansion tank and within a couple of hours we were good to go. I had a great experience with Austin and his company. He was polite and professional. In this time of COVID he and his team were masked up and cognizant of staying safe, for my family and his as well. Austin and his co worker came out they were extremely courteous and prompt at getting right to work.. they even greeted themselves when they were walking up and I knew it was them by the pictures I had seen on the website. Although Austin wasn’t able to fully fix the issue he did explain we needed a new toilet cause the one we had wasn’t letting it drain anymore and wasn’t due to the pipes or anything like that. He even stated after we get the toilet if we have any questions on the Installation I can call him and he will come back out and help! Now that’s some great customer service if you ask me. The repair was done at night and when they started, they had no big overall lighting to see the repair area so my wife set up her photo lighting so they could see what they were doing. Also we had already located the broken water line at a joint and dug the hole to it. The price was to high for what the repair guys actually did and therefore we may not us them again. This was a weekend job so I expected a high price but not necessarily the price I was given. In the end, if we wanted water I our house going forward I felt I had no choice but to pay the price. Update: They have refunded the service charge in response to my review, so clearly I need to add a couple of stars since theyve done everything that could be expected to make the situation right...I called them when my water softener failed, releasing resin beads throughout my homes plumbing system. The emergency help I needed was to temporarily bypass the water softener and to unclog the fixtures throughout the house so my family could use the water. I hadnt noticed that the water softener had a built-in bypass valve, which would have been easy for a professional plumber to point out to me. Instead, they happily welded a new pipe to permanently bypass the water softener and charged me $300 accordingly. When I asked about unclogging my fixtures, they shrugged and told me to roll up my sleeves and do it myself.

(06/2021) Well EMP did it again... I had to move my fridge on a Sunday. Of course the ancient water valve connecting to the fridge line would not shut off. I called EMP and they were at the house quicker than expected. Replaced the old valve behind the fridge and then replaced the washing machine valves as well (being moved next). Maybe not the biggest jobs, but EMP was there when I needed them, they were professional, and they did the work for a fair price.I should add that since my first review, I have also used EMP to replace a shower valve and install a toilet....all work done with no complaints on my end.I strongly recommend EMP!!(01/2021) Had a leaking bathtub faucet. Called EMP in the morning and they were out that afternoon. Great service! All good! I will not hesitate to use them again!
