Scheduled Burnetts (Tommy) to flush my hot water heater. He did a very thorough job, spending extra time to ensure it was flushed completely. He took great care and explanation of what was happening throughout the process. I also appreciated him adding a new value on the unit. I would recommend Burnetts for your plumbing and/or valve needs!

I had a great experience with Burnetts Plumbing recently! From start to finish, Tommy was incredibly friendly and professional. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to schedule a visit that worked perfectly for me. Tommy was on time, courteous, and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. The job was done efficiently, and everything is working perfectly now. Not only was the service top-notch, but the value and price were also right on point—no surprises or overcharging. Tommy installed two toilets and a new shower arm for me. He is very honest and is willing to give prices upfront. I contacted several plumbers before that wanted me to pay a service fee just to send someone with no estimate on the cost. I highly recommend Burnett’s Plumbing. His prices are very cheap compared to the competition.

Definitely my go to for all my plumbing needs from now on. I’ve had several issues with other plumbing company’s. Decided to give Burnettes Plumbing a try and I’m glad I did. He was here within an hour and immediately knew what needed to be done. Not only did he fix my problem, but he did it for a much more reasonable price than I was quoted from others. You can tell this guy is sharp and knows what he is doing…. 5 STARS

I have used Burnett Plumbing twice and they are now my go to plumber. Friendly, prompt, and unbelievable reasonable prices. I had Plumbing emergency on a Sunday and Tommy the owner was out of town on vacation. Called me and walked me through how to fix the problem. Most companies charge a service call plus repair cost but not Burnett. Cant say enough great things about this family owned business!
