The whole process and communication from Bobby (the owner) at The Family Plumber was awesome. I had numerous questions about a Green fusion water softener which he fully answered. Bobby was always very prompted and able to either call or text anything that we had questions about. While the unit was being built locally, Bobby kept us updated because we had a small window with traveling schedules for install. He showed up on time and knocked out the install promptly. Setup the system for our correct water hardness and away it went. We got follow ups after the install to make sure everything was still doing well. This is very refreshing compared to trades that are out there these days and are horrible on communication.
