Gave them a call about a broken water heater. Holly did a great job of getting the necessary info so she could provide an accurate solution. She said she could have someone there within 2 hours. Promised a callback with precise details of who and when hed show up. She was very thorough, friendly, and a good sence of humor. (She likes her job!)Ryan arrived in less than an hour. Very nice guy. Professional. Gave me all of my options. He gave me a price, I approved and he jumped right in. Started tank drain process and left to get a specific new tank that would fit in my confined space. Installed new water heater with all new parts, including new pipes, valve even a containment tray. He had to run and get a new expansion tank that would fit my space. Finished instalation was perfect. He paid great attention to detail. Very clean job. It could not have been done better. Seriously. Great job! Highly recommended!

Caleb is awesome! Explained everything in detail to me. Beyond what he needed to. I learned a lot from him, he is such a nice guy! My dog loved him too!Caleb had been here before and replaced the main hose Bibb. Which we have never had a problem with since.This is a Great plumbing company. We had a strange leak in our kitchen roof. I called at 3 pm yesterday and Caleb was here at 10:30 the next day. Extremely reasonable price. As always, I’m so happy to have them as my plumbers! Great company with great employees! They have fixed so my problems in the past years that we have had. They are a great plumbing company that you can trust. Wow! Well ended up with a slab leak at my condo. With it using 20,000 gallons of water in 10 days. It was crazy. Ryan really helped a lot. He spent time in the phone with me from my initial call, advising me on things, hooked me up with a leak detection company who came out the next day and was also very knowledgeable. They came by the same day after he left, to make sure they couldnt do it right then real quick, they couldnt, but they had someone the very next morning. They fixed it in another 5-6 hours. Rerouted it. Thank you Ryan and technicians! So appreciate all your quick, hard work! Would highly recommend.

Needed emergency water heater replacement and used this company (Before & After Plumbing & Drain). Chris was the tech. I was very happy with service performed. Chris was on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He diligently completed the work which included some pipe re-routing and adjustments. The job took about 3 hours which I thought was good. Chris knew what he doing. He was also respectful of the interior of my home. Of course it is never fun to get an unexpected bill but I thought the price charged was in the ballpark of what is normally charged for this sort of emergency service. I did not feel I was gouged on the price. You can use this company with confidence. I highly recommend Chris.

We had a problem no one else would tackle. We had multiple other companies come out to look at our issue and most of them would not even give us a bid. They just disappeared and would not return a call, email or text. We have a secondary yard gas line that runs to our fire pit and BBQ that had rusted out due to not being properly weather proofed during the original home construction. (Original installation was not completed by Before and After Plumbing.) I called Before and After Plumbing and they came out the very next day, inspected the gas line, came up with a solution and performed the repair work necessary that very same day. The price seemed a little strong at first but once I saw the amount of time and work it took to get the project completed it was worth every dollar. When we went to turn the gas line back on it turned out there was water in the line. A lot of water! Bill spent 3 hours getting the water out. It was very impressive. His commitment to customer satisfaction, quality of work and making sure we were happy once the project was completed was second to none. We really appreciate it and recommend Before and After Plumbing for any plumbing/gas line needs. Thank you Bill and Before and After Plumbing!

Excellent service from start to beginning. This is the second time I’ve used Before and After Plumbing. They really helped out a few months ago with a toilet leak so I wanted to try them again. Phoned them in the morning and they gave me a three hour window time for later that day. They followed up and let me know the service person was on the way. Once there, they went over all the details and pricing. No hidden costs. Repair took about 45 minutes and he made sure everything was working properly and all cleaned up. Highly recommended.

Great experience! I called late Friday afternoon because my water heater had basically burst at the seems. They had a really nice guy (terry) who showed up and was taking a look in less than an hour from my call. We talked about options, then scheduled a time for replacement. They were willing to do emergency replacement if we needed but we were good with waiting until Monday for a regular appointment. Ryan showed up on time and did the job very well. I am impressed with how good a job he did putting in the new heater. No complaints. Decent prices and from what I read, they’re using a really good brand heater.

I own a Commercial Laundromat and we had a drain pipe blockage issue resulting in back flow issues sending water back into the machines and onto the floor. I called Before & After Plumbing and spoke with Cara who is a wonderful person, very attentive, and completely understood the urgency in which we were in need of assistance.As a commercial business fast reaction times is a crucial factor when Murphys Law strikes and the B&A team were all of that and then some.The plumber who serviced our facility was named Mauricio and he was a non stop force to be reckoned with. He worked the drain from both ends of the pipe from the inside to the outside and got the flow heading the correct way so we could begin cleaning out the machines and putting the place back together.The next morning at 4:30am I noticed some back flow building up again as something else had become lodged in the drain so I called and left a message describing the circumstance and when the dispatcher/owner got the message early in the morning he rerouted Mauricio back to my location.He immediately went to work on the pipe again and sent camera through to ensure we new what we were dealing with this second clog and he managed to get the flow working again. He also discovered that we needed a different type of machine to beat the repeat clogging down the line.With my lines up and running he left to handle his original install and then swing by his shop to get the appropriate machine to do the job and return back to my location after normal business hours to get me taken care of. He then worked tirelessly until approximately 10pm going over and cleaning every inch of the line and marking low spots for me to work on shoring up.Mauricio stayed and did what was necessary to get my business up and completely running and the rest of the B & A team were instrumental in communicating, re-routing, and following through.I am about a month or so late with this written review thanks to Murphys Law seemingly following me around for the last 30-45 days but I did speak with the owner directly during the sage and give him my thanks and tell him what a wonderful team he has built.Outstanding service from start to finishI thank you and my customers thank you,Sincerely,JJ

On Monday (May 16) Before and After Plumbing installed a shower head, handle and faucet. Bill was the technician. Since the existing cartridge was old, and a replacement could not be located, a new valve & cartridge (that I had from shower kit I had purchased) had to be installed. This required much work. Bill was extremely polite, hard working and did a fantastic job. Patty and the head plumber whom I also dealt with were wonderful. Absolutely fantastic service. I called expecting to have to wait since I called about noon on Saturday. They were able to accommodate me and came out same day. They tried the easy fix first just like I had but were unable to get any positive results. I appreciated their efforts tho. He told me he needed to snake the drain and that it would cost $185.00. I agreed to the terms and he was done shortly after that. He left the area cleaner that what he found it in. I couldnt ask for more. I would definitely use them again.

Our Moen garbage disposal stopped working after 2 years. I called Before&After Plumbing and they sent Chris over the next day to replace it and ensure everything was working. Chris was professional, explained everything to me and took care of the replacement within an hour. Everything is working well now and it’s nice knowing they backup their work with a 1 year install warranty. Price was high though at $482 (inclusive of the $120 Badger 5 disposal they provided) which was about $150 higher than another quote I received. The primary reason I chose these guys is that their company had more reviews and several people had mentioned that they backup their work without issue. Piece of mind is worth the extra coin, in my opinion.

I had a solar water heater that I was concerned about turning the water off to and asked the staff woman (Sorry, I dont remember her name) if there was a problem for the water heater. She didnt know. I hung up with her after making the appointment. Approximately 10 minutes later she called me back and she had called one of the techs and asked them about it and to let me know that it would not effect the water heater. I really appreciated her taking the time to find out and call me back to put my mind at ease.Friday afternoon, Ryan came out and my main line was leaking bad. When he arrived I noticed the van he was driving. I noticed it was very clean and professional looking. I also noticed that the inside of the van was neat and organized. I believe that this represents integrity and professionalism of the company and the person. Ryan kept me informed of the what he found. He had it repaired and dirt back in the ground by sunset. He also had to make a trip to get parts. I appreciated his effort and understanding my urgency of the issue. Ive never had to call a plumber before so my first experience I had to call a plumber was great. My kitchen sink and my downstairs bathroom sink flooded and I honestly didnt know what to do or even who to call. So I googled plumber near me and the first name popped up was Before & After plumbing. When I called I asked the gentleman if they did emergency or after hour calls and he asked me what was wrong. I told him and he said he had someones in the area and they would be at my residence in 20 mins. They were here in about 12 minutes. They inspected the problem and explained to me what they had to do and what would be the cost. After they fixed the clogged sinks they even cleaned up the disgusting mess that was left over in my bathroom sink (that honestly would have been there until my husband got home to clean it out....it was bad) and tested the drains and garbage disposal to make sure they all worked and werent clogged. I filled out the inquiry Saturday night and promptly received a call Sunday morning to set up the work Monday morning. Old faucet needed to be drilled and the work was done promptly and professionally. I will definitely use Before and After Plumbing again.

Before and After was prompt to respond very shortly after I called with a failed water heater. A technician was dispatched to my house and determined that I needed a replacement. Tyler, a friendly, experienced technician, arrived at our 90 year old house to clear a badly clogged kitchen drain line. Listening to him talk while he worked, it was like being in the operating room with a heart surgeon performing a bypass operation! Tyler really knows his stuff! He explained every detail about what he was doing, why he was doing it that way, what the options were and why this was the best way. It was a challenging job but finally, after two hours of hard work, our drain was flowing like new! Tyler cleared out decades of sludge and restored the use of our kitchen sink.
