    Jordan was wonderful. He worked tiresly for 2 days and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. He has to return next week with dirt to fill in once the excavated area settles. He went over what the job called for. Tammy, the scheduler was great to work with, too. I would recommend Near Me to anyone looking for a plumber. He made a recommendation to me for a concrete person that to this point, I have high thought about. That job isnt completed yet. Thank you Jordan.

    Near Me Plumbing has great customer service for my whole house water filtration system. The install they did was great with an instant water improvement. They have maintained my system promptly when I call. The water in Chandler is very hard and having the whole house filtration system makes a marked difference. Generally once a year changing the filters is recommended but here it’s seems every other month works best for me.

    Near me plumbing and drains did excellent job. I had my home warranty company deny my claim after sending a different company out who proceeded to block my drain completely. Causing me more problems because I had AC units draining into the vanity sinks and I had to put buckets under them to drain every so many hours. Near me plumbing and drains came out and within an hour was able to snake the drain and clear the plug without cutting a hole in the wall they did an excellent job and were quick.

    We had Near Me Plumbing out after hone warranty called them to look at our laundry room which had flooded. We had another plumbing company come out and we knew that the drain in the floor was flooding and water was coming out from behind the wall. We had one service tech come out one on 5/17 and one on 5/18. Still couldn’t figure out the issue. At one point thought it might be the washing machine but that was removed as an issue. 5/21/24 had another service rep come out. We got water to come up through the floor but not the wall. Can’t figure out why it’s happpening. The service tech Jordan who came out tried everything. Still working on the issue 2 hours in. Very professional. Offered to pay for the service call for the washing machine as he had mistakenly thought that was the issue. Even though issue has not been fixed yet happy with the service so far. Will update once completed

    I have to say Near Me is a very professional and prompt company. Jordan is very honest and explained a lot and said he would work with my insurance! Too bad my insurance wont pay for the repair of my sewer line though!My sewer and plumbing insurance sent out a first company as my shower and toilets was backed up. I had to call them to get appt and On 3rd day they came by and everything supposedly worked fine, that evening shower and toilets backed up again. I called insurance 1st thing am and asked for a new company to come out. They issued repair to Near Me plumbing, they called me within 5 minutes of my insurance request and said it may be up to 6pm when they can make it out. Jordan showed up about 3pm and did full camera inspection to find roots in the line, explained what needed to be done but will have to come back tomorrow. He cleared best he could, again said if I back up at 2am, to call him direct and he will come out! Well it didnt and he was back early and cleared all roots as he said he would do. Said he would submit to insurance and try to cover full trenchless repair. Sadly insurance said no to repair and Jason said roots shouldnt come back for a while, but to keep insurance and he will come back and clean any time I file a claim. Had to call again( different laundry room problem) requested Near me, they came right out and then cleared my laundry room clog and reassured me those lines were still very good and no tree roots. Love the communication and prompt responses! Even receptionist has been great with me and my many questions. I highly recommend Near Me plumbing!

The price was very competitive so we agreed to have it done today. Jared went back out to purchase a new garbage disposal, returned and had it installed by 4:30pm. Im impressed!     I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night. I tried to replace the Mixet stem cartridge in my shower myself, but the new one I bought didnt fit and the old one fell apart, and I couldnt turn my house water back on until I had something that worked. I couldnt leave the house water off all weekend until I could go out and shop for parts. So I called this company. Jared came out within an hour and fixed it so I could turn my house water supply back on. He couldnt get the part I needed that night because the plumbing parts supply houses were closed, but he was able to make my old stem work temporarily so I could turn my house water back on for the night, and then he returned the next day and installed a part that worked. I would definitely use this company again - they were prompt, responsive, courteous, and solved my problem as quickly as possible. It cost $410, but considering he had to come out twice and drive to multiple stores to find a working part (he had to see the part, because even ones labeled as being correct didnt necessarily fit), and he saved me from a waterless weekend, it was worth it.     I’m so impressed with Near Me Plumbing and technician Jared! I was having a problem with my washer actually backing up into my toilet this was very strange anyway Jared knew right away that it was a blockage outside and he went to work! He had updated equipment and cameras that showed exactly where it was. Ended up that it was actually a tree root and was located in sewer. With a lot of work with Machine was able unclog!     Quintin was professional and thorough with installing a new kitchen sink for us, which ended up entailing several visits and coordinating with granite specialist to tweak the opening size. We were very pleased with his service. Add to that, our garbage disposal clogged and the pressure separated the drain pipe a couple weeks after. He came immediately over and made the repair without an additional charge (even though the problem was my fault for thinking disposals were invincible to all foods). Very happy and will use for our future plumbing needs and recommend to family/friends.

    We had a remove and replace a kitchen faucet.Jordan returned our quote request from Yelp very quickly. It was very reasonable.Our appointment was scheduled for the next day. He showed up on time, at the beginning of the 2 hour window! Very nice and pleasant to speak with.In less than 50 minutes he had our old faucet out and the new one in!He removed all the old and cleaned up the area.He also told us he has a 1 year warranty on his work.Couldnt be happier!

    We discovered water pooling in our backyard this morning and found out from the meter the main was leaking pretty heavily. Jordan was able to come out within a couple hours much sooner than anticipated to assess the leak. He dug up the area, removed the pavers and found the leak. I received photos of the issue along with photos of the repair as I was not home at the time. Overall the job was done in less than 3 hours and his work comes with a warranty for any future issues.     We have not had hot water fast since a new water heater was installed last Feb of 2022 .
