Amazing service from these guys. From the initial estimate and communication with the office to the actual replacement of my sewer pipe, I couldn’t have asked for better service. David was kind and informative when he came and did the estimate. Chris and Alex came to do the replacement of my sewer pipe and were top notch! I went to work in the morning and came home in the evening to a new pipe. Alex and Chris did amazing work and left the yard looking beautiful. I’m super happy this company does trench less replacement and that they were willing to come up to Flagstaff. You don’t get this kind of exceptional service very often and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you so much!!

All around a killer job completely rebuilding two areas on the exterior of my home. The online scheduling tool was a nice touch, and it only took them two days get out for a quote. Once quoted, I agreed and they were able to perform the work the very next day. The work was done to my strict standards, with excellent craftsmanship and soldering work. I cant recommend them enough and has a new homeowner, its nice to have a plumber in my back pocket now for future needs.

We had a significant plumbing issue over the Thanksgiving weekend. The company that originally diagnosed the problem was going to charge me $1200. I reached out to Patriotic Plumbing and they did the job the following day for 1/3 of the price. They were friendly, professional, punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. I am so grateful that I found them! Highly recommend!!!

Robert Ayala came out on a Sunday evening to assist in installing a new toilet, and he was able to fix what I had started. Time frame from when I called and Robert showed up was right within the timeframe given. He was very polite and explained what he was going to do and how long it was going to take to finish the job. The job was completed and I was very satisfied with it and with Robert Ayala. When I need a plumber again I will be calling Patriotic Plumbing and asking for Robert Ayala.

Patriotic Plumbing replaced our entire orange burst main septic line in our 1950s house. Jason came out with Tyler and gave us a professional evaluation for a trenchless main septic line replacement. The following days Henry, Juan, Tony and David completed the job expeditiously and were super friendly along the way. Henry was outstandingly exceptional as he prepared our floor protective paper, he made a centerline with tape in the middle of it, so our kids had a race track for their RC cars. They really appreciated that, and so did we! Great service, fair pricing, and professional people!Will use again!

My tech was David he came out to fix my kitchen sink I wasnt getting hot water I guess the shut off valve was broke off he noticed I had a leak under the sink that had been leaking for a long time he replaced all my pipes put in new shut off valves both hot and cold and put in a brand new faucet.He even came back and replaced the board under the sink for no charge!!! When he showed me how nasty the pipes and the mold under my sink was I had no idea it was that bad Im So Very happy with the service David went over and above to please me he was very professional, polite,kind someone that truly cared about me as a customer you dont find good honest people like that anymore. I Absolutely Love my new faucet and by him removing and replacing everything (pipes)under my kitchen sink I dont smell that musty smell from the mold Im Very happy with the service I definitely will be calling Patriotic Plumbing and Rooter again for all my plumbing needs

Patriotic plumbing has been a life saver. We experienced a plumbing emergency where we had sewage backup into our bathroom, flooding the entire room. I called and Matthew arrived within 20 minutes. He and his supervisor stayed late to figure out the cause and came back the next day staying well into the day to fix the issue. Matthew called a remediation company who also came out same day and worked to clean up the mess and has been a guide through this process. I would recommend Patriotic plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber. Matthew has been amazing.

The owner drove all the way to the East Valley to provide a second opinion on a potentially huge residential job. He was professional and actually cleared a blockage that resolved the whole issue, all without charging. I was incredibly thankful and opted for a $1300 cleaning job which needed to get done anyway, these were the right guys for the job.I experienced a few initial challenges with getting the appointment around the holidays, but the owner Jason called me directly and worked out a solution. The tech that arrived, David, was one of the friendliest guys you could meet. He worked quickly and was very communicative.

Called Patriotic Plumbing for a second opinion after another company failed to clear our kitchen sink drain and wanted to reroute the drain line and use our homeowners insurance. Matt and Justin came earlier than expected. They scoped the drain line, used a snake, and recommended hydro jetting before any rerouting. Matt cleared the drain in about an hour. These people are very honest and knowledgeable about what they do and they do it well. I will never call or recommend anyone else ever again as long as they are in business!

We are super pleased how the whole process worked out and our sinks drain again!

Online they had no appointments available for Sunday, but I called and left a message for Christine and explained my problem, and she called back and said if she had a technician free up, shed call and let me know. I got the call at 2:00 that a technician would be by within the hour. David showed up on time, came in and assessed the situation, and went out to his truck and came back with what he needed to clear the clog on the bathroom sink that affected both kitchen sinks. He was professional, efficient and very quick! I asked additional questions and hell be back to use the hydro-jet to clear the pipes of old sludge and muck. He didnt try to push that on me, I asked questions to make sure I wouldnt end up with future clogs, so he suggested that route.Im very impressed with this group all the way around and highly recommend them!

My kitchen sink had a drainage issue and several months ago I called in one of the big name companies. They charged me $1,000 and the drain started backing up again within two weeks. I felt totally ripped off. Researched to find a good local company. I found this process frustrating. Many companies have glorious reviews and then I would dig deeper and find absolutely horrible reviews (and not the well, this reviewer is clearly unreasonable kind). So I started looking at worst reviews first. I came across Patriotic Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised to find only one bad review among a lot of great reviews. I made contact and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I received a confirmation call before the appointment, and Tanner arrived on time and got to work. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He located and fixed the issue quickly. His charge for the fix was very reasonable. I highly recommend. I found my forever plumbers!

Im sure glad I called Patriotic Plumbing this week for a second opinion, they have saved me thousands!I had a clogged toilet which another plumbing company claimed that tree roots had destroyed the connection to the main sewer line. I was quoted a “spot repair” that could be completed the next day (it was Fri, so work could begin as early as Mon). This would require tile floor removal, jackhammering, digging under the foundation, concert pouring plus I will be on the hook for any surprises along the way. I was quoted thousands of dollars.Wanting a second opinion and second estimate for the work that was needed, I went back to google to look for options and found Patriotic Plumbing who arranged a next day plumbing consultation with Jason. Jason arrived on time (something the other company failed at three times) and showed him the toilet, which the other company had removed. The pipe was covered in roots and Jason said, “I bet they’re coming from the top here and growing down. Roots don’t grow up”. He went to his knees, pulled out his pocket knife and within 30 seconds had cut all the top roots. Once that was done with little effort he reached into the drain and extracted 3 ft of roots from the line. With the roots removed he was able to use his camera line to confirm there was no damage to the sewer pipe. Jason did this all without charging me and stopped the other guy from performing unnecessary work, costly collateral damage and ripping me off. I have already arranged for Patriotic Plumbing to handle next plumbing needs and will recommend them to others.

We just purchased our home and found a leak in the wall for water line to connect to ice maker. We called Patriotic Plumbing to see if someone could come out. The receptionist was very responsive and understanding of our situation. We had a plumber the next morning. David Diaz came out took care of the leak and set up the connection to the ice maker. David also installed a Reverse Osmosis system for us. Good clean work. He was diligent in getting this done. We definitely recommend uses this company for your plumbing needs.

We had another company come out when we heard and seen the gurgling in our toilets and heard it from our kitchen sink. The other guys wanted over 4K patriotic plumbing came out this evening after hours, and put their camera inside the pipes, and cleaned us out and we also found out that the previous plumber had made up a picture saying our pipe was cracked, when that is not the case according to what we seen in the camera. The owner of the company himself and his wife came out because he lives not too far from me. The work was thorough and quick, he knew what he was talking about. Will be reaching out in the future. Vicente and his crew replaced 15’ of broken clay pipe in my backyard that did not have slope and had lots of roots and breaks and him and his crew excavated my backyard without absolutely tearing apart my landscaping. They did minimal sized holes with minimum destruction and maximum cleanliness. Their backfill and put back was impeccable. My water heater was not staying hot so he even gave me the best deal on that. I’ve searched far and wide and let me tell you Vicente with Patriotic Plumbing is the most excellent honest plumber you’ll find.

OMG I just had the best customer service!!! I have to share and no this isn’t a scam and no my account wasn’t hacked. It’s really me. So our garbage disposal stopped working this morning. I figured I could fix it cuz I’ve done it before. Well I couldn’t figure it out and finally around dinner time, both sides of the sink were backed up and I called a plumber. I placed the call at 4:59. At 5:14 the plumber was at my house!! From the first phone call I made and spoke with Jazz(maybe Jas), I knew this was going to be a good experience (well, as good as major plumbing project can be). Jason and his side kick, Joe, came out right away and started looking at my issues. It was not good. Jason made all the arrangements to destroy my house and put it all back together again.Our Navy SEAL destruction team was Ralph and David. David did a great job for us and comes highly recommended, but Ralph was simply amazing. He is one of the hardest working young men I have ever met. In addition, he called all the family members by name (even the dogs). He was polite and cordial and always kept us updated on his progress and problems. When completed, there was extra work done to make sure we had smooth running updated plumbing.This turned out to be a much bigger job than anticipated and I fully expected there to be additions to the bill.
