These folks are absolutely amazing!! Text them at 7:41 am, responded with in 1 minute... 20 minutes later 2 technicians pulled in my driveway and less than 40 minutes later I received a text telling me the work was completed. Nothing happens this quickly in todays world but it did !!!! My emergency was a Top Notch priority!! I had already begun planning how many days without water, missed work time.... Thanks Tommy and Johanna!!!

After finding that our water heater was leaking (on a Thursday evening), we were scrambling to find someone who could replace it by the weekend. After getting what seemed like a ridiculous quote from one company and being told by another that it would be 3-4 days before they could give a quote, we found Top Notch Plumbing Services. They sent a technician out within a half hour, gave an estimate on the spot, and returned minutes later to do the installation. RJ and Daniel (and two others whose names I didnt catch) did a great job and finished by about 5:30. They were very courteous, took away the old heater, and left no mess. They REALLY were Top Notch! AND the cost was $500 less than the first estimate I got, and we got a higher-quality heater, to boot. I cant praise Top Notch highly enough.

My husband and I just bought an older house that had quite a few things that needed fixed. They came out and looked at it and gave me a fair quote. It was supposed to be an all day job but RJ brought like 5 guys and knocked it out in half a day. Overall recommend, great work, fair pricing, and efficient! RJ and Kaden were wonderful! They came out today (and were early for that matter) and did a free estimate for a water pressure problem we were having. They figured the problem out pretty quick, gave a fair estimate to fix, were honest as to why I shouldn’t have a water filter being on county water (which was the source of the problem) and put in a pressure regulator valve since we have polybutylene piping until we are ready to replace that ( I know how bad it is). We will have this company replace all that (huge job) when we are ready to tackle that. Thank you guys for doing a great job! You will be our go to plumbing company from now on!

The expansion tank of our hot water heater developed a pinhole leak, spraying water everywhere. Top Notch Plumbing Service dispatched two technicians to our home. They arrived on time and quickly replaced the leaking expansion tank.RJ and Danielle are both knowledgeable and professional. They patiently answered my numerous plumbing-related questions, and I learned a lot about our plumbing system. We were very pleased with their service and paid the invoice on the spot.I thought they had already left after receiving the check. To my surprise, when I went downstairs to the utility room to turn off the light, I found RJ and Danielle still there, checking on the newly installed expansion tank. Tom & Daniel came out to replace an old cast iron pipe that started leaking. Great team. Very happy with how quickly and professionally they worked. Cleaned up the area when they were done, too. We have used a number of different plumbers before finding Top Notch, and none provided the same quality of service and professionalism. Tom was also more than happy to answer unrelated questions I had about our boiler system and was very knowledgeable. Top Notch will definitely be our go-to from here on.

Top Notch (Tom) did a great job for us. Our tankless hot water heater had stopped heating. Tom was responsive to first diagnose the problem (ignitor switch), direct us as to exactly what parts to buy (online and cheaper!) and then return to prompyly install after the parts arrived. He did a great job and was reasonably priced. We are now having Tom come back out to swap out some faucets since he gave us some great advice as to where we should buy those faucets. Great company with whom to work! 5 stars!!!

I called Wednesday, spoke with Johanna Regarding need for removal of tub and replacement of new tub. The guys were out there the very next morning had work order completed and very pleased with their work, professionalism and response time unmatched! I had called a few other plumbing companies that same day I called Top Notch and Top Notch had the work completed before I ever heard back from any of the other plumbing companies. Wow! Tom and HIS company were terrific to work with!!! Came out same day, had great communications regarding appt and about arrival, and quickly FIXED my problem!!! They were very personable, had incredibly fair prices, and I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone in the Lake Norman Area! (Dont use one of the chain plumbers!) They were recommended to me and thankful I used that recommendation! I had a sewer clog so toilets started overflowing. From the receptionist - Johanna to Tom great experience. Tom and his team completed 2 major projects for us. The first was a re-plumb of our entire house (3 levels). The second was installation of a new main water line from our meter to our house (250 feet). They did excellent work! They were thorough and methodical in their approach. The guys at Top Notch are the pros that know the industry (and then some.)After hiring Top Notch for 2 separate projects now, I would recommend them again and again to anyone looking for Honest, Friendly and Hardworking Professionals!

This company is Top Notch. One of my coworkers gave me the name and number, after hearing that another plumber was charging way to much for the job. I spoke to Tom around 2:00 in the afternoon. It was like he dropped everything and went to inspect my problem. Gave me a price that was a lot less than the first plumbing company. I approved his repair. Top Notch plumbing had my water back on by 5:00 the same day. This is a very trust worthy company.

We used Top Notch Plumbing twice. The first time they replaced our water heater. The heater was on the second floor in the laundry room. They covered the carpeted stairs and loft with drop cloths to protect the carpet. The technicians were neat, professional and courteous. The second time we used them for a repair. Tom, the owner provided same day service, including driving to Charlotte from Troutman to get the needed part. This is a top notch company. Tom and his team will be our go to plumbing company. 5 star service!!

I had bad drain problems, a 911.. I contacted them at 3 pm and they fortunatley arrived at 4 pm. My problems were solved in an hour. My first mistake was spending $150.00 at Lowes buying all the fix it yourself gadgets ..instead of calling Top Notch first..Very professional and patient..Thanks again Gentlemen..No standing water in my shower this morning..no washing machine drain water to clean up...Mark Faircloth.

RJ came quickly to a large water leak in our front yard. RJ was super nice, courteous, and really professional. He found the issue which did require a new line from meter to the house, came the next day and efficiently got it installed. They left the yard in better shape that they found it. He even took time to talk about what he does to my teen that is thinking of this as a career. Top Notch is definitely just that. Highly recommended! Wonderful service, very quick to respond!

Tom at Top Notch was able to come same day and give me a quote on a new gas hot water heater much lower than two other companies. He came the next morning to install the new hot water heater and remove the old one. He did a great job in less than two hours and left the area cleaner than he found it. Tom has done other plumbing jobs for us over the last two years and although I like to get at least three quotes, I will always use Top Notch Plumbing Services Inc. Highly recommend.

I am a relatively new resident to Alexander County, so Im still wrapping my head around whos who when it comes to high quality services in the area. After a quick Google search, I stumbled upon Top Notch Plumbing and decided to give them a try due to the plethora of positive reviews. And after using them, myself, I can absolutely see why theyre so highly regarded!I am still in the process of moving into my new house, and I randomly discovered that one of the shower heads doesnt get warm. I knew it couldnt be an issue with the water heater since other faucets and shower heads in the house work just fine. I gave Top Notch a call, and the receptionist was SO nice. She was beyond accommodating when it came to getting someone scheduled to come see me. Additionally, I had to call back to reschedule an hour or so later due to a conflict, and she immediately made the switch. Johanna, I believe was her name. She served as a great first impression for the company, for sure!The actual plumber that was sent to me was named Michael, and he was an absolute delight. He was so gregarious and engaging from the moment he got out of the truck. I gave him a brief overview of the issue, and he did such a great job of outlining possibilities and walking me through his process. It turned out to be a relatively small fix/issue that he got knocked out in a matter of minutes. The entire process from start to finish (from calling/scheduling the service to the actual plumber fixing the problem and leaving) was incredible. I will never use another plumber; Top Notch will forever be my go to as I unearth other plumbing-related issues with my new home. Im VERY satisfied with this company and cannot recommend them enough to anyone!
