Had Mr. Bill and Bobby our here today. They crawled under our home in 94+ heat to reattach the duct to the bottom of the AHU. I certainly didnt expect to see JPs out here before early next week, but they showed up on a Friday afternoon so we wouldnt have to endure the weekend in the warm humid air our system was putting out. Nancy and I appreciate these guys and JPs so much ! Very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful ! Thx again Bill and Bobby !

Had a real emergency when a toilet overflowed and flooded the entire downstairs. The companies we called could not come till the following week or even beyond that! But JPs plumbing rally to the call in a matter of a few hours. Talk about prompt service in an emergency! The men that came out Zack and Dakota were outstanding in their determination to find the problem and that they did. Thank you JP for your service and team!

I had JPs Plumbing come place a line to my new fridges ice maker. While in the crawl space, he found a leak in the pipe to front spicket and was able to fix the problem without rescheduling another visit.As someone with a busy schedule, it was a godsend!I will be recommending to anyone who ask.

JPs was awesome. Our water heater broke. JPs was able to source a replacement and get it installed the day after I called them.Everyone I spoke with was great. They quickly got a tech out to look, David got me a quote within a hour of inspecting the job.All the office staff was quick to get back to me on any questions I had. Even their answering service was professional and thorough.Zack did a great job. The install is professional and he left the site clean. Really enjoying having hot water again!Cant say enough good things about JPs!

Well, just not enough space or time to share everything that is so very right about this company. They really are the best in the business. I phoned at 9:30 a.m. and Angela, JPs delightful and helpful office manager, said they would have someone out by 1:00 p.m. Listen carefully, Devan was at the house just a little after 11:00! Devon and Bill worked to solve the problems, and I am sitting in my wonderfully cool house as I input my review. This fine small business has been taking good care of me since 2012. I cannot recommend them highly enough, in fact, I would not recommend any other service. JPs IS THE BEST. Thank you!Robin

Discovered pipe leak which could flood my basement. I called JPPlumbing around 7:00pm. I got an immediate answer from call service saying serv. Rep. Would call me in less than an hour. The rep.(Zack) called less than hr. Later we decided to repair it next day after I cut the water off. By 12:00 the following day Zack arrived and did the repairs. Satisfied less than 24 hours from my initial call. Price was extremely reasonable. Zack was polite, courteous and professional.

She was glad to see Bill, as she has known him over the years and says he is nice, professional, and always does a great job. Bill diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. My mom has been doing business with JPs since the late 60s. She continues to use them, as their professionalism and good service has remained consistent throughout the years.

Worked with Bill at JPs he was strait forward and easy to communicate with. He even went out of his way to sign up as an ally with duke power to save me extra money. Had our entire unit replaced and he worked around some other projects I was having done at our house during ac replacement to accommodate schedules. I would recommend JPs to use for any AC repair.

Our second floor unit wouldnt cool. Cody called several times updating me on his status and arrival. Very pleasant and professional once arrived and quickly determined the problem. He explained the reason for the failure and replaced the faulty thermostat in short time. Trained on the new controls and offered personal cell phone number for follow up or other issues. Great representation of the company. Hope all the other techs are like Cody.

We have been customers of JPs for quite a few years. They have always provided top quality service so when our HVAC/heat pump finally gave out it was a no-brainer that they were the ones we called.Bill, Cody and Sam were terrific! They are the picture of professionalism. They did a great job of informing us all throught the replacement as to what was being done and when they would be here working.All three of these guys worked their buts off so that we could have some HVAC this weekend.Bill (senior tech) did a great job of getting the job going and then turned things over to Cody and his helper Sam.I hear people complain all the time about young people dont know how to work hard, (I dont agree) well Im here to tell you that Cody and Sam busted their buts and it was appreciated. All of these guys were really friendly, easy to work with and very professional.If you need any plumbing or heating repaired or replaced these are the guys to call!By the way, I think Cody is going be the rockstar of JPs, hes bright, young and hungry, all qualities any employe would love to have in an employee!

Phillip came out to take care of things and I couldn’t be more pleased! I had a whole list of things that needed doing from installing a new hot water tank to unclogging the drain for the washing machine to repairing a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. He was so friendly and professional and took care of everything! If I need more work done I’m definitely calling JPs!!

Updated review...I have been working with Devin via telephone on getting my very elderly heater up and running again. In an effort to save us money, we were able to get the parts needed ordered and ready for install all by phone. I am very convident with this company. They are now my go to source now for all of my HVAC needs, and will be calling them for my plumbing needs if needed in the future. They are professional and very knowlegable in their trade. Very reasonable prices. I strongly recommend JPs for any HVAC/Plumbing needs you need addressed.

Was needing a plumber for my 2 compartment sink. JPs was recommended and an appt. was made. Zach came out, on time, took a look at the sink, said no problem it was an easy fix. My wife was wondering about having a little more done, he again said no problem. Work took him about an hour and 20 minutes to replace all the pipes under the sink and put 2 basket strainers in. Price was ok, but we got a great job done and some peace of mind. If you need someone, call these guys, no pressuring to do other work and Zach was extremely polite and respectful.
