We have used Parlier Plumbing & Heating several times over the last 5 years, and at several locations between our various family members in Statesville and Stony Point. They have always been helpful in finding and fixing the problems we have encountered in our air conditioning and heating units, and they have never given us a high pressure sales pitch to replace our somewhat “aging” air conditioning units, but have been able to repair them with quite a cost savings over the expense of some completely new units. And when the time comes that we do need a completely new system we will definitely use their company to do so. The field technician Drew Stapleton has always been very courteous and friendly, and the lady running the office, Tracy, has the same friendly attitude. Awesome company! Came out last minute to fix my heat with no problem! Very friendly guys. Got the job done quick and for the right price! Highly recommend them for any of your plumbing, heating or cooling needs! Definitely will use Parlier again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I was having trouble with the thermostat and they tried their best to research the exact model and even attempt to help me over the phone. This type of customer service you do not find in may places. Tracy is always so helpful and accommodating in setting up appointments and the service technicians very polite, efficient and prompt. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They know their business and appreciate and take care of their customers.

They are true to their word and offer reasonable pricing!!!! Very refreshing in a world where a lot of vendors dont even bother returning calls.

Spoke with Tammy in the office first thing in the morning regarding a leaking toilet. Shawn came right out within an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Cost was very reasonable and really happy with the service. Both Tammy and Shawn were super nice and professional.
