Tyler is great. Recently a shower faucet jammed in the on position and of course at 8pm. After a few calls I found a plumber who answered, but who was tied up. He suggested Drain Doctor. Well, I called and Tyler answered and out here within an hour. He was able to do a temporary repair so we could turn the water back on, but as with all older houses he had to special order the parts. Once the parts came in Tyler came back the same day he got the parts and took the time to really do the repair correctly. He also took the time to answer some other questions I had. He definitely knows what he is doing. I would recommend him for both 24/7 emergency service (i.e. clogged drains are generally not emergencies!!!) as well as for your regular plumbing needs. Thank for the help! -

Tyler provided great customer service. He was at my residence within 24 hours of originally calling him for a clogged toliet. He was able to get the toliet unclogged and working properly..he even made sure to check a few more times to make sure the issues were resolved. He was very upfront and honest and didnt try to pull one on us like some plumbing companies we have delt with. Will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs! -

I want to thank Tyler from the Drain Doctors. I had called several well known plumbing services, that claimed to be 24 hours, holidays, all emergency ready. I realized it is the 4th of July, but they all told me they didnt come to my area, or no one was on call today. I googled and found the Drain Doctors were pretty close to where we live. I called, a friendly voice answered the phone and within 50 minutes, Tyler showed up to save my day !! Very polite, professional, we will keep his business card, close at hand.
