Had to have my water main line replaced since it was made from polybutylene and didnt want to have it fail on me unexpectedly. Folks here were very detailed, transparent, and accommodating during the quote process and gave me what I would consider a very fair price.The work itself was great, they were in and out within a day and did an incredible job of restoring the yard to look like what it did before (to the extent they could) considering they had to dig a trench through the yard to replace the pipe. Highly recommend them.

At first I wasn’t happy with the company, it had nothing to do with the service or work they had provided. It was in the billing department, we had spoken to several different people in the office about the part of the bill we were disputing and to our surprise we were reimbursed for that part. This wasn’t the first time we had used them, this is why we didn’t hesitate to give them a call again. Thank you Action Service

I needed a plumber to diagnose low water pressure and started my search on google. I called 3 companies. Only 1 returned my call. The rep that answered the phone was spot on. She called back when she said she would, she scheduled the appointment to meet our unique schedule.The tech called & showed up on time. He was super! He was genuinely honest. He knew what to fix and was honest with the price. I have found a fine company that will be my go to for anything I need in the future. Thanks Action Service Company!

Doug was my service tech. He was scheduled to be here at 8:30am. Called when he was on his way and arrived at 8:28. I had called for service because the faucet behind my washer was leaking. He came in, tightened up the nut behind it and in less than 2 minutes, it was fixed. NO CHARGE. Since he was here, I had him check a small leak at my holding water tank (I’m on a well) He estimated the cost of repair and I approved. Also added a shutoff valve at that area so I didnt have to get on a ladder, in my basement, to turn off water to the house. All that took less than an hour. Reasonably priced. Very pleasant to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be using Action Service in the future for any of my plumbing needs.... thank you Doug !!

Sometimes people expect a “perfect” job the first time through. Being in construction myself, I know that’s unrealistic. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and follow up service to fine tune and make everything 100% right in the immediate hours and days after the initial work. That means more to me than someone who gets 90% complete in a day but you can never get to finish the other 10%. Service was prompt and personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to all.

Have been using Action Service Company since we bought our home. From the bathtub to a spicket outside theyve always been able to satisfy our needs. Had a pipe burst today under our home, wasnt expecting a response today but the owner himself came out and repaired it for free right before sundown. Highly recommend.

Once again - Action Service comes to the rescue! These folks are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I inherited a house and am trying to sell it. They took the time to school me on Hot-Water-Heaters and offer advice. I ended up buying it somewhere else and they installed it for me. Going through the sales process I had a couple of things come up and they were there in a timely manner - assessed the problem and were able to tell me what the problem was - and exactly how much it would cost to fix it! They are Heros! 5-Stars everytime! :-)

Dustin and all the crew members were so nice and helpful and top notch professionals. I plan to use them again in a few months for a new bathroom laundry room addition.

My wife and I were out of town, we had a plumbing emergency and Dawn at ASC was very responsive , polite, and informative. She kept providing me updates throughout the entire process to return our services to normal .. Doug was professional and honest about the situation. He provided frequent updates throughout the process and was comforting to our son who was a bit overwhelmed with the emergency. Doug also assisted with the City of Statesville water works department. I would highly recommend the ASC team, they are good people to work with .

We have used this company two times for plumbing issues. First time was to replace a bad faucet in the kitchen and the second time was to put a recirculating pump on our tankless hot water heater. Action Service is very professional and responsive. I had them out to fix a leak on a bathroom faucet (since I couldnt turn off the valve under the sink completely). Due to the age of the fixture, they couldnt pull the handle to replace the washer; plus the fixture was probably older than we thought. They suggested a new faucet. There was no charge for this visit. We purchased a new faucet and called. They were able to come out the next day and replaced it. The job was done right and in a timely fashion.Note: Prior to calling Action Service, I had called around and found their rates are very competitive. They charge a fair price for quality work.

We hired Action Services to handle our plumbing needs for a basement being finished. They were very responsive to our needs - getting us a quote, and performing the work in the stated amount of time. The inspector pointed out a couple of areas where they used some good best practices and did not cut corners, which makes my wife and I even more pleased with their workmanship. They have been great to work with and Id recommend them highly.

First off I am new to the area, so I was nervous about finding a plumber that would not rip me off. I called Action after reading these wonderful Google review and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. All the technicians were out of the office so the wonderful owner came out to check out my disaster under my sink. He was super nice and got me a quote immediately. Service day came and there was a incident that tied up the tech that was suppose to come out to me. The owner came back out and fixed my mess for me because he didnt want me to have to wait any longer. I am so pleased with the work that was done and the wonderful treatment I received that I will definitely be calling them back for any future needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

What a great experience. A pipe had burst under my mobile at 3 PM on Friday 2/20 during our severe cold snap. We had never had to call anyone before and found them in the yellow pages. They were prompt, courteous, caring and best of all, accurate. The person who came (Jeremy) took a little less than an hour and the repairs were done and without huge costs! Imagine this, a company who actually cares and does not overcharge. They won a customer today and I will be telling all who I know they should use them.
