I am only giving 4 stars, because I dont believe I got my money worth. I paid 900 dollars to have my 1000 gal. septic tank pump and my up pump station cleaned out (which only took 15 minutes) to complete. The guys barrier the tank clean out leaving two 2.5 piles of clay for me to deal with, Im 70 years old. When I called and asked about the piles, they said that they will settle naturally. Ok within how long? 6 months 1 year?? When it rains I know my padio is going to be a muddy mess.

We had one of our septic tanks at 1 of our rental properties clog up and start to smell.We called Lentz they were able to come out the next day.They cleaned out the tank and were able to pressure spray the main line to the house which was very clogged and dirty and explained every step of the way what they were doing and for the reason why it got clogged to begin with.We have several properties.With well and septic and we will definitely be using them again.

We had our septic tank pumped by Lentz. They gave a courtesy call before arriving, to let me know they were coming. They arrived and quickly found the tank and dug it up. Had it pumped in no time! I was informed we had two units and that we needed to turn the bull run valve every six months. No one told us that when we bought the house, three years ago, so Im glad he was knowledgeable and shared that info. They took card payments too, no hidden fees, surcharges, or taxes. I would have liked to have given 5 stars but the lady I spoke with on the phone, on two occasions, was not friendly. In fact, she was very curt. After our 2nd conversation, I was tempted to call back and just cancel the appointment. I know its hard to find help so I hung in with hopes that she didnt reflect the company as a whole. The only hitch was the tank pumping company has a sister company that handles the gray/black water pump side of the tank and their scheduling was 3 months out … probably due to all the new construction in the area. They gave me a referral to a plumber that could come in 2 days to troubleshoot my pump so we’re in good shape.

I contacted Lentz Septic on a Friday evening 5mins prior to closing not expecting a answer but a machine. However, I was panicking after just having a depressing conversation with another Company in the Area that quoted me TWICE the Price of Lentz and recommended options that was totally upselling. Jeanie answered to my surprise and was totally patience and allowed me to vent. She promised to call back on Monday as a follow-up, and schedule an Appointment for repairing our System. We were told by the other Company it would be weeks before scheduling, not Lentz same week service. Jerry arrived promptly at 9am Wednesday Morning and completed the job to our satisfaction by 11am for half the cost and didnt strong-arm me or my Wife with scare tactics to make more money. I believe in paying for the value of Good s and Services, but not at the expense of being lied too. I highly recommend this Company to anyone thats needs their Service. Please avoid a Company that calls themselves your First Choice perhaps theyre extremely busy but I am grateful for choices and I chose Lentz Septic Tank and Water Services.

Septic tank pump out. Gabe and John were awesome. I have a huge amount of gardens, and these guys walked the paths with me and made sure the pump hose was not going to damage anything. They had a tarp to zhovel dirt onto, to make sure my new mulch didnt get red stained. Quick, efficient, pros. Definitely going to be a customer for life if the business. And if they keep it ran like those two were, pretty sure the company is going to outlast me.
