Called Halls with a water leak problem that I had no idea where it was coming from. What a great group of people. They immediately got on my problem and one of their staff was at my home in just a few hours. It was tricky to trace the leak, but it was found and fixed and at a very reasonable price, especially considering the amount of work and time it took. VERY happy new customer! Great service, great people, they did a great job. My house had the older outlawed polybutylene piping in the house. Hall’s Plumbing come in and bid the job to replace it all against two other local contractors. They were slightly more affordable.They came in and knocked out the whole project quickly. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with.I can’t say enough about how happy we are with the overall experience dealing with them. Shout out to Andrew and his team. Great job!

Huge shout out to Andrew at Hall’s for recently finishing a small job for us that involved replacing a sink twice. He handled the job promptly and courteously. So thankful to be able to count on Hall’s Plumbing.

I had a water heater problem and called Halls around 5:30 this past Wednesday. I dealt with a lady named Leigh ( ? ) and she could not have been more polite and helpful. When she called me back, she said a technician would call. When he called, he said he was on his way. He got there a very short time later, and honestly, i figured i was about to be dealing with a bad attitude. Thankfully, i was wrong. Kerian ( ? ) was so nice and respectful and it didnt take me long to realize he knew what he was talking about. He had to call and get some help with the old tank. A young man named Gage ( ? ) showed up and he was as nice and polite as Kerian. They got thru about 12:30 in the morning and i was so greatful. It was then that i found out they had begun their day at 8 that morning. I CANNOT sing thier praises enough ! If they lived close to Cherryville, where i work, I would do whatever i could to steal them away from Halls. I will tell anybody and everybody that will listen : If you need a plumber, call Halls Plumbing.

These guys (Joe and Kieran) came to the house of a lady I care for. They came to repair only 4 days after the initial visit. Showed up at 9am and worked like dogs, not until the job was done, but until the impossible was done because they wanted to resolve the issue. I can not tell you how overwhelmed both of us were by these guys staying not until the initial problem was resolved but going above and beyond, in spite of incredible odds, they freed up the pipes and septic tank until it was not just open but was 100% freed of tree roots. These guys were amazing. You need to give them both a raise. Your company get 5 ⭐️s from me and I will sing your praises forever. Good work guys.

Halls Plumbing is the best! I have never left a review, but their service was so great I needed to share. Within a couple of hours of making the call someone showed up and the technician sent was a Godsend. My mom is disabled and he made her so comfortable and called me letting me know every step of the process. We could not ask for better service! Will 100% call again for any plumbing needs!

Two weeks ago, we had a problem with our kitchen faucet. Leigh and Holly were so great to get us scheduled. Keuryan came out and diagnosed the problem, decomposing galvanized pipes. Keuryan and Riley came out and working like dogs replaced our hot water heater, faucets, and water pipes. They were so good and professional. It corrected the problem. Unfortunately I experienced 5 water leaks in an 8 month period from different areas within my home. I contacted Halls Plumbing for a complete water line replacement in the house. The team that showed up and completed work on my house was extremely professional and went above expectations. They did everything they could to limit the number of access holes they had to cut in the walls, including crawling in an extremely small space to run pipes so they didn’t have to cut the walls. After the work was complete, they swept and vacuumed to try and clean up as much dust as possible! I was extremely happy with the crew and the work they performed. I would highly recommend Halls plumbing!!

Halls came out to replace all the pipes under my house. The copper was thin, and had been repaired several times by me. The job would have taken me days, was too big for my limited plumbing experience. Halls sent 2 very capable, polite and professional plumbers. Kieran was the lead, and they were done in half a day! Perfect job! I looked over everything they did, and loved the quality of their work. Im a customer for life!

Excellent service and prices were very fair! My main water line needed repair and the plumbers went out of their way to work with Aqua water service to make sure my repair was done in a timely manner. (Even in the pouring rain they were working to get my water turned back on) I highly recommend using Hall’s Plumbing. I have used several other plumbers in the past and they were not nearly as qualified as the plumbers at Hall’s!!

Recently needed a new hot water heater and was referred to Halls by friend. I couldn’t be more please about the kindness, consideration and recommendations from Kirin. Very honest company and even a plumber I called from way back said he even refers to them. Kirin and Riley came to install and all is great!!
