    Great old school company. today was the second time calling this company in the last 2 months for different emergencies. both times they could have ripped me off replacing parts or making the jobs bigger than they were . but not with this company.two separate occasions and two different technicians solved both problems within minutes of being in my house. they were honest and fast. and i paid a whole lot less than i thought the jobs were gonna cost.. if you need a company to come out and give you a honest assessment without getting ripped off you must call rucci oil. my tech just left and i feel like i ripped him off i paid so little. honest companies are hard to find these days this is one of them!

    Vito & Lauren helped make the plumbing job go smoothly and painlessly. Vito and his helpers did a great job installing and updating plumbing for my kitchen project. Lauren made sure everything was scheduled. Appliance deliveries were delayed, but Lauren sent Vito when I was ready. The project went smoothly and was affordable. Thank you.

    I highly recommend Rucci Oil. Our furnace needed repairs and they were out within a couple of hours of my call. The repairman was friendly and professional and explained everything to me. He was able to fix the issue same day. Very happy with the service that we received.

    Rucci Oil is extremely dependable and competent. I never have to worry about running out of oil or waiting hours for service calls.     For the last 3+ years I had Rucci Oil supply my oil burning furnace with oil and yearly start up/cleaning. Made the replacement of a circulating pump, fully covered under my service plan, a quick and easy process. They always responded as soon as possible to any emergencies and quickly resolved those issues. Lauren Assini has been wonderful and always managed my account and requests with professionalism and attentiveness. She definitely was a big reason for me sticking with Rucci after leaving a previous supplier that I could not even get on the phone when I needed anything.     One night my oil burner started buzzing loudly.. The next morning I called Rucci. A tech arrived shortly after, diagnosed 2 problems and made temporary repairs. 2 days later Frank arrived, explained everything, fixed both problems, and couldnt have been more informative, professional, effective and pleasant. My Rucci insurance policy covered everything, and Ruccis same-day response and terrific technicians are invaluable.

    For the most part Rucci has been a very good oil company. Have had one or two issues with service, but over the years, I have been satisfied. In the past I used a company in New Jersey which had very little customer service. At least Rucci tries to help as quick as possible.

    I would normally give Rucci 5 stars but when I recently had a leak in my furnace, a technician came over and said he’d be back the next day with a part. He did come the next day and put the part in. Later in the day I noticed it was getting cold in the house and I had no hot water. I called and the answering service said they would contact a technician. I called back a couple hours later and was told she would contact the technician again. About 11pm the technician showed up and he was great. I believe his name is Anthony. He said that the guy who put the part in earlier that day may have spilled water on part of the furnace and it shut my furnace down. Anthony restarted it and waited to make sure I was getting hot water again and that the heat was working. My son told me, and I agree, that the guys who put the part in earlier in the day should have made sure the furnace was working properly before they left. They literally were in and out of here in less then 10 minutes. Other then this mishap, I am very happy with Rucci.

    Rucci Oil came to install a new dryer vent from my second floor wash room. They had to place hard piped duct through a closet and to the outside. The gentlemen that did the work were very skilled and paid attention to every detail. I personally am critical and have to say that the work was flawless.Moreover, these professionals were friendly, patient and answered all of our questions. Thank you Rucci Oil.

    Rucci has always been prompt, reliable and thorough. Chris once again prepped my very old boiler for the winter, and as always did a superb job. Ive seen relatives struggle with their hot water systems, but my old steam system keeps me toasty warm all winter, thanks to Rucci Oil!

    Just had my furnace checked for the winter...and it was another pleasant and satisfying experience....The courteous Professional Technician arrived on time and took the time to explain things I should know to keep my furnace running safe and efficiently. He cleaned and checked all aspects of my unit, taking extra time in cleaning the filters...To date I have had several experiences with Rucci Staff and Managment...and I cannot say it enough...I am exceedingly pleased with the fact that I choose Rucci Oil Company, for all my HVAC and Plumping needs.

    I am usually too busy and/or lazy to write reviews - but service from this company is so amazing that it motivated me. They deserve as much praise as I can give. First of all they are a SERVICE company and thats EXACTLY how they act. They always deal with you as if the most important thing for them is to help you solve your problem as quickly, efficiently, and professionally as possible. If they have a very booked up day and you need them ASAP they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Property ownership would be SO MUCH easier if other vendors/contractors were like this. Every time they have sent us one of their employees theyve been very professional and knowledgable. The woman who coordinates the jobs when you call - Lauren - is always sooo helpful and conscientious. She makes sure that everything is OK and that you understand what is going on. She calls to keep you updated if there are any changes. At the moment we are going through a particularly frustrating situation with the gas company. Yesterday she actually called me AFTER OFFICE HOURS - ON HER OWN TIME!!! To ask about how the situation was going, and if theres anything she can do to help!! If you have been dealing with vendors/contractors you know how unusual this is! When you give this company money and your business, they really take their obligation to serve your needs and solve your problems seriously. As I stated before we have an annual service contract with them to service our hot water heaters and boilers. And there are constantly unexpected problems popping up. It is such a HUGE relief to me as a property owner to know that such a professional operation has me covered when problems to arise.

    .3 years later rucci is still the best.. they saved my behind many times...the service contract is A MUST! the technician came at 7am 2 hours after an EMERGENCY call...and got me running in 20 minutes.....excellent company and HIGHLY RECCOMEND........Rucci has been very helpful and usually on time. If for what ever reason they are running late they ALWAYS communicate great..they are honest and knowledgeable. .using them over 2 years and always been great to use .. before i found them on staten island i reached Out to 4 companies that wouldnt even take my call or canceled the day of.. the delivery guys and repair men always do the right thing so far. Im in the service industry and i recognize the games shady companies play and rucci and my self are far from SHADY.. in these types of industries its hard to find honest hard working people you can trust. I recognize this in rucci and recommend them to anyone that needs their services. I use them to fix my oil burner and delivery fuel.. THANKS RUCCI FOR YOUR SERVICES!!
